It was decorated for Christmas. We were greeted by a nice gentle man who works there named Jesse Parks I think that's his last name. He's worked there for 27 years. He guided us to the children's area and the Santa's corner brought my daughter a balloon and a candy cane while searching. He checked in us to make sure we were doing good. We got 4 chairs for a reasonable price and good quality. They had a wide selection and cool Easter eggs throughout the store. The trains throughout the store were amazing to look at! Jesse told us about the team that tends to them and a team that decorate the store for the holidays. It was such an amazing experience and such a cozy and welcoming vibe. We were pleasantly surprised by the fudge they sold as well. We will be back for the environment and fudge. When we checked out Jesse found us and checked us out and brought my daughter a deer stuffed animal and brought us directly to where they help load the stuff into the car. They helped us easily put the chairs in the car and I loved how they have a loading spot that's out of the rain. You can really see the care and time took out to cumulate the store to be what it is. I don't think I've ever gotten that great of customer service. We will definitely be back and just so happy to be surprised by the experience.

I really wanted to get a replacement now and instead of in two weeks, but she weren't even lower the price a dollar telling me it was a good deal when I showed her exactly where I could order it online for $207 (the $165 price is with a 20% first time discount from that seller - which I would get) she wouldn't match it and didn't even try to offer me a further discount which I asked for.
