we spent approximate around 3K in that store. we bought two patio umbrellas at the end Summer last year and patio furnitures. We put everything in storage, since we were going to use it this year. We were opening our set and one of the umbrellas were so old and rusted. Fabric was torn and stained and faded. It was an old and used umbrella inside a new covered. All we wanted was ex-changed it. The manager, Alex said he could not ex-changed it, because it was passed their returned policy time. iIf that was the case, how somebody returned that umbrella? and was put back in the shelff and sold it again. It seemed that it was used for more than one Summer. We left the umbrella with the manager, so he could sell it one one time. worst customer service ever. watch out when you purchase something in that store. Buyers beware. I use to love this store. It's so massive! The selection here is ok, prices are alright. I came in to look at some pictures they had, and some things for a new home I just bought. Service is ok. Many of the frames were broken. WAs upset about that, I saw a specific frame that I wanted. They had a lot of easter stuff which was cool. read more

Never felt more At Home then with At Home. I had the day off from work so a stroll through a home decor store... correction... SUPERSTORE is absolutely my jam. The staff on duty was pretty warm and welcoming upon entering. I felt like an adult in need of an adult because my senses where on overload (I'm a home decor enthusiast but I know how to window shop especially when I'm visiting from out of state). "Everything he touches turns to sold"... (name that movie...)... The way everything was so evenly spaced out and displayed was brilliant... When I saw these AstroTurf super rugs for outdoor space or even whatever room you want I was like YAS At Home... I don't know where to put you... But I'll take two. Perfect bar sets with racks for wine glasses also two. Clearance kitchen, bar and tableware... double of everything as well. Seasonal pastel outdoor patio furniture... click add to cart in real time. Couches, futons, beds and bedding... two for two! I don't have an AT home within 30 miles of me so this was my first time in one of their locations - spread out all over the US. Went a couple of days ago that store is so cool it's like a bed bath n beyond store but way bigger and had so much products from outdoor items to Xmas items galore also items for the home of course from mirrors, art, bedding, small appliances, pots pans, just so much to list oh big huge Xmas inflatables they have a huge reindeer so cool the prices are decent I bought a art picture was 29.99 and also Xmas stockings 8.99 not bad prices you can spend a couple of hours looking at all the goods customer service was nice and store was clean I will go back in the near future had fun shopping there thank you read more

Was excited to check out this place since i heard it had great stuff to accent, decorate, and add to your home. I went on a Friday afternoon, not many people were here. It wasnt hard to navigate around the store as I love to explore all the interesting things they have. Upon entering, the seasonal decoration will greet you. Further in, the signs will show so you can section off at what you need to look for. Only reason why I am docking off a star is because some of items looked cheaply made. read more

Pros: Nicely laid out store, bright and well organized. Nice people working there. Cons: it's expensive! There are no sales. Yes, you will be paying full price for anything in the store, unless it's on sale. As I said, nothing was on sale. Bath towels and mats are all drab. Almost all the rugs, and their are lots of them are rolled up, so you can't see what the look like. Bathroom items are spread through out different areas of the store, hard to find. HomeGoods is a better and much cheaper store. read more

This store is quite a trek from my home. It was worth the drive. Huge store with a massive selection of home decor. I have never seen so many paintings in one place. The display for the canvas paintings was a bit disorganized. They have the pictures so tightly packed that I feared an avalanche every time I took something out. And some were even damaged as a result of scraping against each other. The bath decor items and bath rugs were not of very good quality for the price. read more

Came by on both a Saturday and a Sunday afternoon. Sunday wasn't as busy so it was perfect. We just happened to come in here by chance as we were at the hardware store next door. Hubby and I enjoyed perusing the aisles. They have both indoor and outdoor decor, which I found to have good prices. We weren't looking for anything in particular but ended up finding a large mirror that worked for the area above our fireplace to cover a hideous recessed area. There are rows of mirrors to choose from. They have varying types of carts to choose from depending on what your needs are. The store is organized and clean. Staff were friendly and we were in and out at a blink of an eye. I"m definitely coming back. read more

My recent endeavor at the local At Home has been a short yet excruciating journey. After breaking a singular Christmas lightbulb, I set out to find a broom and dustpan to dispose of the rubbish. Upon entering, my senses were assaulted by blasts of artificial aroma. I was determined to find what i was looking for. After searching the isles of kitsch and tchotchkes i finally made it to the cleaning isle. There it was, a broom lying forlorn like the dust it was meant to dispose of. The thin plastic barely grasping onto the wood was no match for the daily battles of cleaning it would be required to endure. I stood there in my defeat ready to return to the jungle of consumer goods. It was a struggle not purchase any of these charming items distracting me from my journey but i prevailed. I returned to the front of the store empty handed gasping and for air. An experience i will never forget and wish to never repeat. The pillows were nice. read more

First visit and I am already obsessed! Keep in mind items on shelves are not entirely stocked but signs indicate more items to come! Layout is very organized and appealing to the eye as there is so much color coordination. Storage, outdoor furniture oh my! I could have stayed here for days but of course I wanted to stay married so I opted to show some restraint! If your looking for actual furniture I did not see any, not sure if there is plans to sell but there was a selection of chairs, bar stools and other items to decorate to your hearts content. With hours like 9am-10pm, you can't go wrong. Lines were not too bad but I went during work hours I am sure this place will pick up on weekends and as word gets out at their selection. This is pretty cool home decor place. I think they may have just opened a few weeks ago. Not sure if there's any other locations in WA yet but this location occupied the building that use to be Eagle Hardware, then Lowe's. This is the mother of all home decor places. For most men, in and out in a few minutes but most women will spend HOURS here. Think big box Homegoods times 10 with new stuff....they have furniture, mirrors, wall decor, outdoor patio stuff, rugs. It's super clean and the layout is easy to navigate. I'm sure my wife will spend quite a bit here regularly. read more

They didn't open up the other cash registers until four people were in line. Also, throws were in the clearance section with the shelves clearly stating that clearance was 25% off. When I got up to the counter, my throw didn't have a 25% tag on it and they said only the throws on that shelf with the 25% tag on it were clearance. The ones that weren't marked are full price. They suggested that the throw was placed there by mistake but there were at least five of the same throw on the shelves, which I told them. It's misleading advertising, and they didn't honor as it was listed. Will not be back. Amazon has a better selection and better prices. read more

I honestly don't have any idea what has happened to GOOD customer service. Ever since covid these stores are taking just anyone off the streets for a body to be present. I had the absolute, most rude customer service today there is no way I will ever give this store one penny of my money. I asked for a price check on a clearance item at check out. I rudely got my head bit off with a comment, "we have price check places all over the store!" Oh, I'm sorry, you can't do that for me?! I was buying a clearance lamp and asked if she could check it to make sure it worked so I didn't have to return it. She pulls open a drawer and says, "Nope, no light bulb", I said, "could you go get one?" She replies, "nope". She had an attitude of total entitlement. Then I found a clock I wanted and got another gal on the floor. I told her my experience, asked for a manager, they called her but guess what the manager was too busy to talk to me. I said I want this clock, but I refuse to have her check me out. They called another checker, and she YELLS across the register, "OH, Apparently I can't do that?" OMG.....I was so mad and hot at this point I am returning every piece of merchandise I bought and going to Hobby Lobby!!!! Ruined my day! I will let my friends know too not to shop here. read more

I went in and bought 2 wicker patio chairs and a side table. I struggled trying to carry my items from the back of the store to check out. 3 male employees passed me and never offered to help. Finally got to check out and the girl that checked me out said thank you and NEXT. Not once asking if I needed help. Pulled my car up and carried each chair and table out. 2 employees watched me. This place is like Home Goods on crack. It's hard to come in and just browse. You'll walk out with something for sure. The only thing I dislike is how they have their area rugs and their large canvas art displays arranged. It's hard to find the rug you want because it's really unorganized, also I find the rugs that I liked on the display were out of stock (It's so annoying when they have something on display you actually like and then you find out it's gone). Then with the large canvas art they are so tightly packed together that it's hard to look at them all (they're all mixed in the display) without worrying you might damage one because they get stuck on each other. Other than that, I'd say this is a great place to come and find things for your house. We found some patio furniture there that we love and I did find some cute things to put on my wall. read more

Excited to have this store in Puyallup. Clean, giant building, and good selection. Prices on some things are high and average on others. Only complaint is the aisles go both directions, horizontal and vertical, so you cant go up and down the aisles to browse (which leads to overlooking certain aisles). Some wasted space, but hopefully they figure it out with time. Staff were friendly and excited which added to the experience.
