Well the people here were incredible in assisting us. There was a young lady at the register that directed us and two more people helped us locate : Yes a cane tip! I was elated! I have bought those before and it can be a pain to find the exact tip for canes. Both of us use canes now for better mobility. So we are glad we do not have to replace our favorite canes but put tips on them now. There is a section that have a variety of sizes. One store clerk pulled the tip off of my husband's cane and found the perfect fit. The package has four ! It was $5.14 ! I I bought a package of 2 tips at the nearby drugstore for for my cane. They were pricey and did not fit. And worse I lost the receipt. So I had to buy another cane. Because that tip was worn out to use anymore. So getting four tips for about $5 is a great deal. So anyone who has canes of any kind ,go to Ace Hardware to replace tips! They are helpful and go beyond to provide great customer service. And no worries, they will help you remove the old one and put new one on quickly. I truly did not expect Ace to have those kind of things but they did. I will return here and refer my friends. Oh and they also have some pretty plants here too. Next year I am definitely planting some flowers! And as you leave store, there is free hard candy to grab a few for just visiting .

Lacking in customer service. I went to the location near me…read moreto make a purchase with a coupon promoted and readily available through the Harbor Freight app. When I tried to redeem the coupon I was told that I could not use it unless I set up a "customer profile", requiring me to share my private information with Harbor Freight. Nothing on the coupon states this"policy", additionally nothing on the website/app contains any information to support this. Harbor Freight does have "Member Only Deals". The coupon in question is not one of them. It's simply identified as a "Super Coupon, Use In-Store& Online" The "Supervisor" who handled my transaction had no interest in helping me & was condescending and rude. Why make deals available to the public, then deny customers access to them? I won't pay an extra $30, but I will make the purchase elsewhere.

I have been wanting to come to Jungle Fever Exotics for quite some time. I have driven past it…read moreplenty of times and was curious about it but it wasn't until quite recently until we finally made a stop here. The outside of the nursery was mildly intriguing but a lot of plants and the set up definitely had the "out of season" vibe. We saw some Venus Flytraps outside that were cool and some pretty red flower plants. But going inside is where we saw a lot of exotic and impressive looking plants. There were more carnivorous plants that definitely were more unusual looking than the Venus Flytraps. There were other plants that were great looking like the little plant with spikes in the middle of the leaves. I deemed it to myself a "punk rock " plant. There were some beautiful red and purple leafed plants inside as well. We didn't purchase anything for the reason being that we aren't very good with keeping plants alive to begin with. Steve more so than me so we would need something very low maintenance. And we could have asked for such a thing and perhaps we will when we come back again but this first visit was definitely a visit based out of curiosity.

I really liked the big, leafy plants as well as the large cactus. Unfortunately I have a black thumb and kill plants. In fact even low maintenance plants I usually don't do well with. But it was really cool seeing a nursery like this downtown. They have some cool home decor items as well which enhances the atmosphere for sure and offers a nice variety there as well.
