I again said to the young man that we were looking for a ceiling fan. He quickly said, 'OK, but before we talk about that let me tell you about the roof and gutter offer we have for today only!' He continued telling us about the wonderful offer they were having a discount on for today only. We told him we just had our roof and gutters done and we were there to buy a ceiling fan. He insisted he was just trying to save us money! He needed to have our address and phone number to schedule someone to come and give us an estimate. The final result of his wasting our time is that he gave us brochures for Leaf Guard and we left the store without making any purchases or wanting to return.

They walked me through the whole build process, explaining in detail why I didn't need the more expensive i7 and what options were available that met my needs yet was still within my budget. They never talked down to me. My new computer was ready less than a week later and I'm writing this review on it. Set up was so easy, it's embarrassing. I was up and running in minutes. Despite being retired, I still work full time and my computer is my primary tool. I am extremely happy with their work and my new computer. I have worked with computers in one way or another, but mostly as an user, since 1982. I know good service when I see it. I know phonies when I see them. These folks have done other work for me in the six years since I moved back home to Tacoma. I have never been overcharged; their pricing is eminently fair for the work they do. They are fast and efficient. They have even done a couple of quick fixes with no charge. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs computer repair or help.
