We have been coming here for years. Such a fun experience "picking" out your tree, decorating it…read more(if you want) and coming back to get it. U-cut or have them prep it for you. The staff is always friendly, and answers questions and explains anything. They have a cute holiday shop and recently a little food truck, I believe maybe doughnuts and hot chocolate to get. They had 7 different types of trees to pick from. We usually go noble firs this year we got a Nordmann, which is a cross between a Noble and something else, which is great. Also said that it retains its needles better than others, so happy to see how that goes. We paid $85 for a little over 6' tree, great deal. Plus a little extra for cutting and having them wrap it for travel.

We would have even bought one had we known this garden center was even here but we were planning half a day in the car and that would have done the plants no good but we will plan accordingly next time. The nursery also had lovely pottery for all of the do it yourself planting at your home which we admired also. These are probably the best packaged tubers I've ever received. I've purchased from well known US dahlia farms and also from local growers across the years and they don't come close to the ones I received from Hidden Well. Tubers are extremely healthy, all with robust, visible eyes. They even sent a bag of mystery tubers, looking all healthy as well! I am so excited for these to come up, planted them in grow bags in a polytunnel to allow for more chances of success in my shorter Northeast season, fingers crossed for these beauties to pop out!
