Their theme is "home furnishings at bargain prices" in my opinion, and they do well at that. It's amazing the prices some of the items are priced at... lots of "Big Lots" kind of price bargains but on a vastly broader and higher-grade selection of items. It's easy to "get lost" in here. Yes, it's a tad crowded in the merchandising and can be a little messy while they're moving stuff around - but given the amazing array of what they sell, in the space they have available, they've done a great job. We've already bought a number of items here and will keep coming back. Nicely done. Full 4 "Yay! I'm a fan" Yelp stars Dave

We came back the next day and placed our order for our custom couch, I can not recommend them enough, the quality of the furniture and the pricing is exceptional. We recently purchased a used 8 piece teak furniture patio set. The set is in great condition,…read moreslight graying. Did research online for refurbishing ideas. Too many differing points of view so decided to visit a teak furniture store. Harbor Teak is nearby our home so we made the trip a few hours ago. Store owner Justin was so helpful and knows teak woods very well. Justin focused on our needs and wants. We showed him photos of the teak furniture targeted for restoration. He walked us through steps to take, and steps to avoid. So glad we stopped in. Ended up purchasing teak oil, but will hold off on applying it after cleaning until springtime as suggested. Evidentially mold spores are attracted to oil in outdoor humid environments. Our newly acquired 8 piece outdoor furniture is too large to store indoors. Even with a patio roof, high humidity in Washington State during fall and winter is normal. We didn't see the yellow flag with snake mentioned in another review, but asked about it. Justin collects all kinds of flags, even old military flags with "don't tread on me" meanings. Coming from a military family myself, I got a kick out of someone misunderstanding the flags meaning. Just ask Justin, he has lots of interesting stories!

I had driven past Shin Shin several times in Lakewood, but always headed elsewhere. This time I…read moremade it a point to detour and check it out (4/17/26). It is a fairly large retail site that carried assorted housewares, some alcohol, restaurant gear, small appliances, bedding and linen, Korean hair & skincare products, and clothing. I was rather amused at the gigantic sizes of some bowls, woks, rice cookers, and cooking pots...literally could hold a toddler or two. As other Yelp posts have noted, they do have attentive store personnel that are at the ready should you have any questions. Unless you're a regular shopper, one will definitely be wandering and browsing every aisle since there are no overhead signage. After all that wandering, I did end up paying for a substantial back scratcher for The Homie and a floral print quilted vest for my mom. Both were reasonable and one was even on sale! Chalk it up to, you don't think you'll find anything in particular, but stop in Shin Shin for some momentary retail therapy.
