The styles and variety of furniture they had in their showroom were extensive and well made. We came back the next day and placed our order for our custom couch, I can not recommend them enough, the quality of the furniture and the pricing is exceptional. They provided guidance, creativity, and follow-up every step of the way. Their computer-generated kitchen plans and visual images were very helpful in assuring us that the design they described is what we wanted and in the price range we were looking for. Adrian was our assigned on-site contractor. He was phenomenal to work with. His knowledge, skill, reliability, and "easy-to-work-with" personality made the process from demo to project signoff a smooth and stress-free experience. Adrian and Vered never let any unforeseen or unexpected situation alter or delay project progress. They worked together to offer solutions and resolution in a timely manner. Adrian and one or two other helpers did most of the work themselves, so we were never waiting on subcontractors. The project started on time and finished on schedule. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We are very happy to have selected Lux Design Builds and highly recommend them for your upcoming remodel.

I'm genuinely shocked by the poor reviews for this company on yelp. We had a lovely experience…read moreworking with Renewal. Everyone was so kind and professional. From the VP Troy to our project manager Nick, everyone was a sweetheart and very easy to work with. Even all the subcontractors were just the nicest guys. The crews often arrived early in the AM and I am not a morning person, but I felt comfortable and safe with them all in the house, even when I was getting ready. We chose Renewal for our kitchen remodel because they found future problems that no one else noticed when we were interviewing other companies. As a result, we ended up with minimal unexpected add on costs (phew!). The project involved completely remodeling our kitchen in our 1926 home including tearing down a wall, adding in an island, putting in a brand new kitchen which we expanded into a side room, and new lighting and paint throughout our first floor. We could not be happier with the results. Everything looks beautiful and is well made and sturdy. Though the design part was challenging (I recommend you come in knowing what you want, unlike we did), the construction portion was wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and with the work Remodel did. We would definitely consider using them again. Please trust the reviews elsewhere as they are inaccurate on this site. It was a basic quote with very little description or breakdown of services and costs. I received a more thorough report from Washington Energy. So, I called and asked for a better understanding of how they got to the final number. I asked if I could do the job in two phases with the exterior windows and doors being the most important thing to take care of first. What did I get in return you ask? I got a shotty, whiny, unprofessional explanation NOT APOLOGY LEFT ON MY VOICEMAIL that stated this work was not worth their time and they were passing on the job.
