The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The finished bathroom looks great with no issues. The fixtures, vanity and surfaces chosen by the Lux design crew look great. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

She wanted to go with us to look at high end kitchen Apliance's, getting paid to listen what the Apliance people would already know. When we wanted to terminate the contract, she didn't respond. And had already sent us a bill for really no service at all. What we didn't see in the contract, was if the bill wasn't paid within 10 days there were multiple fees including all legal fees paid by home owner. While we were contemplating continuing her services, the time passed and suddenly we were delinquent in payment. We have always maintained the highest credit score. This was a deliberate act on her part. This is how she makes her money. Re-read any contract with her. You will see for yourself!

From the VP Troy to our project manager Nick, everyone was a sweetheart and very easy to work with. Even all the subcontractors were just the nicest guys. The crews often arrived early in the AM and I am not a morning person, but I felt comfortable and safe with them all in the house, even when I was getting ready. We chose Renewal for our kitchen remodel because they found future problems that no one else noticed when we were interviewing other companies. As a result, we ended up with minimal unexpected add on costs (phew!). The project involved completely remodeling our kitchen in our 1926 home including tearing down a wall, adding in an island, putting in a brand new kitchen which we expanded into a side room, and new lighting and paint throughout our first floor. We could not be happier with the results. Everything looks beautiful and is well made and sturdy. Though the design part was challenging (I recommend you come in knowing what you want, unlike we did), the construction portion was wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and with the work Remodel did. We would definitely consider using them again. Please trust the reviews elsewhere as they are inaccurate on this site. I was told 3 weeks before a quote would be emailed. It was More like 6 weeks when I called and requested the quote. Troy was on vacation (as I was told) and He didn't bother since its his family's business and could put it on the back burner. *I plan on attaching my generic quote for all to see. It was a basic quote with very little description or breakdown of services and costs. I received a more thorough report from Washington Energy. So, I called and asked for a better understanding of how they got to the final number. I asked if I could do the job in two phases with the exterior windows and doors being the most important thing to take care of first. What did I get in return you ask? I got a shotty, whiny, unprofessional explanation NOT APOLOGY LEFT ON MY VOICEMAIL that stated this work was not worth their time and they were passing on the job. Let me tell you everyone was friendly and got along great. It was only when I asked how they got to $130,000.00 quote and wanted more explanation did they turn me away. I would RUN and look the other way. Don't let pretty photos and and fake personas make you think you're getting great service. I highly suspect their numbers don't match their quotes. I'm highly disappointed and think their ethics and sense of integrity are HORRIBLE. Thanks Ansley and Troy!! Job well done!
