We recently moved to Washington and needed to fill a dead space in our front window. We went in unsure of what we were looking for and Eric and Cari were so helpful with picking out our new chairs! They fit perfectly and add sophistication to our new house! The store has so many unique things to pick from! Everything from paintings to furniture to the smallest of details. I was blown away by all the creative pieces they have added to the store. We will be back in to pick out one of the amazing airplane pictures that I have never seen ! I ended up coming back as they had a deal on some desks and art I was really wanting. Honestly the place is just awesome. They constantly have new stuff. I would say it's even more catered towards designers then before as their hours are still business hours (not retail). You can tell the store is set up to geared towards professionals, but it's ok as they are super helpful with people like me who don't have a design bone in their body haha. One thing I love about this store is that they have a wide array of masculine furnishings and decor. It's a nice change of pace from many furniture stores that seem geared toward older styles. Twice now this company has been a no call no show for a flooring repair which in my opinion is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Unfortunately my builder has contracted with them so we are stuck with using them. The very least you could do Signature Interiors and Design is call your customers and let them know you made an error in scheduling or that your crew isn't coming. My time is equally as valuable--Shame on you! read more

This company is terrible and extremely shady! They are contracted by my builder so it was not my choice to use them. Not only did they install my mosaic tile backsplash completely crooked....one of their employees attempted to break in my house!!!! He claimed someone "stole his tile" and he was attempting to enter my occupied home to find it. Even worse, I was home that morning!!!!! Luckily it was all caught on video and he admitted to trying to get in my home. I reported this to the local police, I shared my video and it went viral, I've been contacted by the local news....and with all this Signature Interiors continues to employ this contractor. Recently I had the pleasure to do business with signature interior and design. I can honestly say they have the best customer service and floor reps in the area. Their show room is amazing and with so many different options to choose from that you don't have to go anywhere else. I have been to other stores looking for specific items with no luck traveled all over Seattle and nothing beat the prices, the quality, and the selection that Signater interior was able to provide me. I got involved with this company, not by choice, but because they are the design firm my home builders has chosen. Hopefully not a mistake they are continuing. Among many (many, many, many) other issues all related to poor craftsmanship and lack of care regarding quality, the floors installed in my home were both of a very poor quality (manufacturing issue, I'll deal with T&A Supply separately) but when it became apparent the floors needed replacing (a complete do-over) it took 10 months to get Signature to deal with the issue and another couple months to get them to do the work. So nearly a year later the floors were replaced and the issue was far worse; not better or resolved, but much worse. The issue is primarily due to the fact that when I chose new flooring and one of the owners promised to set aside the wood based on the batch I chose - he didn't and the wood that went down was from different batches that don't match. Result - Dalmatian floor. The owners were unresponsive, didn't live up to a single commitment and generally provided shoddy quality work. The one bright spot was the customer service / project manager person assigned to help me. She couldn't do much, but did do everything she could to help and more. I would be very careful about doing business with this company. I would have gladly paid more for better quality from a company with quality control and integrity. read more

I feel like Signature Interiors Design is deserving of a great review. What they did for my family and my home was something that they did not have to do. Long story short my house was built in April of 2015, in May of 2015 we moved in. Everything was perfect except for the carpet. It was awful and within three weeks of moving in it was shredding and pulling up. Signature Interios had someone come out and look at it, they did repairs, etc but nothing helped, the carpet was still pulling apart after only 4 months of living in the home. The people (companies) that were at fault and should have taken the responsiblity were completly useless. In fact the manufactuer told us that we should not use our vacuum and that this carpet was not really acceptable or appropriate for pets...WTF? After feeling defeated and like we were going to have to just replace the carpet at our own expenes, Signature Interior Designs contacted us and said that they would replace our carpet with no out of pocket expense and told us to come down amd pick out the style that we wanted! They did not have to do this...they were not at fault or responsible. On top of great customer service, their installers were great! Very fast and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about replacing their flooring. read more
