I purchased a bedroom set from PriceCo and was told it would be delivered within two weeks. Instead, it took about a month and a half to arrive. When I asked for a refund because of the delay, I was told I would be charged a 30% fee--something that was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and significant delay made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from PriceCo unless you're prepared for long delays and unexpected fees. read more

We love PriceCo. They helped us out of a spot with a dining room set we purchased from a manufacturer who did not back-up their guarantee. PriceCo carried the same manufacturer products and they helped us advocate with the manufacturer. They also put together our misaligned furniture for a small fee. It saved me tons in having to send my set back east. We liked them so much that we purchased other furniture at a great price while we were in the store. A friend purchased furniture for his new place here and was happy. For that reason I stopped here on my tour of the South end furniture stores. PriceCo has wide range of styles for great prices. I looked at one daybed that PriceCo has priced nearly $200 less than Wayfair. The bed cost less and I got to see it in person. My Mom went to PriceCo earlier today. She and my Stepdad were browsing around for a new couch. Stepdad accidentally knocked over a Golden Retriever statue for sale. He ended up cracking it (although the piece is meant to look weathered, so I'm not sure this ruined the resell value of it). The sales associate was a complete jerk and made them buy the dumb thing. My parents aren't the type to argue or cause a scene either. Instead of making a $500 profit off a new couch, they made $40... I certainly won't be purchasing anything from here. read more

Let's be honest, most of these furniture places sell the same stuff with some having different labels on them. You have to go to a name brand store to get something other than that and you also pay for it. SO knowing this, we liked the idea of not only getting furniture we wanted but helping a wonderful program. The couch we got is so far so good and we are happy with it. It is not high end but we knew what we were walking into and it looks high end so we like that about it :). The sales process was very laid back and non-pressure. They spoke about the program they are in and were very nice young men. The delivery guys were super friendly and did a quick efficient job. We ended up purchasing a floor model so can't speak to the waiting for orders, etc. We came here on a recommendation and I would now recommend them as well! read more

I am beyond impressed with the men working at Priceco. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Jonathan, and he asked if I needed help finding anything. I was on a mission to find a love seat and two matching accent chairs for my new house. He walked with me around the entire store and showed me all of the pieces that fit my description, and was patient while I went back and forth about what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about their stock and the options available. Priceco is a charity-based store that provides rehab to young men seeking help. Even though the store is limited to stock on hand, there are so many great options and extremely low prices. I ended up buying two accent chairs and will come back to get a love seat in a couple weeks. They were my 1st choice to go to before anywhere else. I knew the money went towards charity but I learned about the program they do and I think it's amazing. I will for sure be back in there down the road if or when I need anything else :) To walk in somewhere and not be followed around and pressured and hounded for a sale was very refreshing. I'd gone in there debating if I want to do a full payment or try for the financing. The financing process was simple & quick. The whole crew there is just amazing. And delivery is half of other places, which is really great. I mentioned I am right off the stairs down a hall & hopefully won't be a problem. They said they'd get it in. So couch was too long to get in at the narrow angle. I'm on the second floor so the 3 delivery guys end up hoisting it up and going through the patio door! They were quick even with the delay of trying to figure how to get it in. I was really worried because this was the one that I absolutely just loved & didn't wanna go anywhere else. Plus with having a kitty cat leather is not an option so I'm a little bit limited on what I can get. I am so glad that they were able to get it in here. I absolutely love my new couch! read more

Be careful of merchandise. Apparently good program. Be sure you get a receipt. No warranty on some stuff, they don't mention this. Lots of stuff that has problems that they can't fix. 1st let's get this out of the way. A program that teaches young men in recovery life skills, they are not paid and everyone of them were great to work with. The salesmen I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. The items I bought were nice, you get what you pay for. Items seem to be priced appropriately. I love the idea of helping people with addiction to recover and be reintegrated into society and sell furniture and home goods, but a year later I still feel bummed out that I ever spent money here. The couches we bought over a year ago are just flat out cheap and crappy. The cushions flatted in our the first month! I'm not even overweight! It's just me and my boyfriend using them! You can here the springs contract and spring up when you sit on or stand up from the couch. Just poor quality. This past summer we moved and hired them to help us with the move. We paid a fixed rate for 4 hours. I ensured they would be ready to move my bed, it's expensive and it's heavy. They assured me that they were capable of moving it. And I believed them. They came to my house at 3 pm and this guy was just like a tornado in my apartment. Picking things apart and not being careful with fragile items. He then got to the bed, removed a box spring and left the mattress hanging over the metal frame. Again, this bed is HEAVY. I told them to be careful with it, and this guy just mindlessly starts taking it apart on it's own. I asked him to please be more careful and he rolled his eyes at me! We finally get to the new apartment, and they literally threw my 4K mattress on the dirt floor! No moving blankets, no nothing. My bare mattress was on the ground. Then all 3 of these guys moved it from the ground and I watched them drag it into my house. They ruined the springs on the bottom end of the mattress. They left my house at 5 pm. I paid for 4 hours and they rushed through the move so carelessly that they finished in two hours. I bought insurance from them and put in a claim for my mattress but the guy who was helping me with the claim was such a jerk and honestly looked high (not on Cannabis) when I met with him. After being condescended on by these guys with the claim, I decided to go through my warranty claim and the experience was so much more professional. Just avoid these guys if you want a stress free purchase and a professional business to work with. read more

I'm giving two stars because of what the company's about, but trust me, I'd prefer to give one star! I bought a couch 11/25/16 & was told it would take 4-6 weeks to make the couch, chair & ottoman but salesman said that's worse case scenario, most likely it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I called to check on the status on week 3 & was told at least 2-3 more weeks. Yeah okay well that's what the guy said originally so it's whatever. Well according to there timeline I should be getting them this week. Well, just called again to see when they were planning on delivering. Guess what... now it's pushed back to the end of January!!! I bought a house 11/16/16 and needed a couch asap because I have nothing to sit on. Waiting 6 weeks was pushing it (since they said 2-3 most likely) and wouldn't have purchased knowing it would have been 8 weeks (we'll see if it extends again). So if you want a quick turnaround with an honest salesman, seek other furniture options. **UPDATE** Changed to one star.. It's Feb 1st and guess who still doesn't have any couches?! It is now 9 weeks. And called to get an updated AGAIN... supposedly they are shipping from Mississippi tomorrow. So that means next week I could potentially get them. (you know many times I've heard this?! About 12) So potentially 10 weeks for a delivery!!!!!!! WTF Left a message for Randy the store manager, we'll see if I get a return call. *** Second Update*** Never got the couches. They still couldn't deliver and said they were still making them. They refunded my money. That was the least they could do. Went to Old Canary in Sumner, bought a couch and delivered the next day. read more

Love the Program and people are great! But do not purchase from them. We have sent a lot of people their way because we felt strong about the program and wanted to support them. We also purchased a bed, sectional, sofa and a table. Here is the issue In August we purchased the sectional for our formal living room, at Christmas we noticed two marks on the furniture (at this point the unit has had less than 10 people sit on it, and no animals have have been near it). We called the furniture warranty company and were told it was a Mfg defect and to contact the store. We did immediately after several weeks we contacted them again with pictures etc, again this was lost and we had to follow up now February. We were told by the store it was not Mfg issue and to turn it into the warranty company. We have been fighting with them ever since. We finally were able to get the mfg contact info from the store and called they said the store is aware of the policy abandoned they will cover it. Calling the store again we were told it is not a mfg issue and to just tell the warranty company what am we did. This has been the conversation over and over so we now have a $1200 with mfg failure that no body will cover or repair. Not only are they not willing to help but continue to accuse us of damaging it. If I could admit to it I would but everybody except the store says it's clearly a flaw in the material! DONOT BUY HERE! read more

I'm not quite sure what their "mission" is, but their presentation is to not care about customers and have no shame when it comes to displaying immature behavior when customers are around. The manager thinks he's "funny" by teasing potential customers, and if you have a real concern via telephone, you'll get a pubescent attitude from a "Salesperson". It also didn't sit well with me when the sales guy told my husband that we wouldn't need to pay for delivery because we could easily move it ourselves if we "got another guy to help." PriceCo sold me floor models at full price and didn't tell me. When I called after learning that the sofa delivered was a floor model from the deliver person, PriceCo said "well the sales person remembers telling you that you were going to get the floor model" turning the situation into a he said she said and ultimately saying well there is no discount to floor models anyways (which is a standard practice of retail establishments) and telling me that they no longer make this sofa (all of a sudden) and that the one we got was the only one left. It was horrible as a customer to be told, well your sales person remembers telling you it was a floor model and you as the customer are wrong. Never shopping here again. I gave two stars because I like the idea behind the company and the prices were decent. They just didn't tell us what we were getting, and made it seem like we were getting brand new items. Not floor models. Our invoice didn't disclose that we were getting floor models either. And they still told me that since our sales person recalls telling us that it was the floor model we were getting that they were going to do anything. read more

Buyer beware they are more then happy to take your money and sell you a protection plan for your furniture. My husband and I had been into the Kent location before to buy a mattress it wasn't the best mattress but it served its purpose. We decided when we purchased a new home in August of 2017 to go back to the Kent location. We went in to furnish at least three rooms. We started with two rooms by buying a sectional for one room along with a coffee table and a couch recliner for another room. We paid extra for them to deliver it. We purchased the montage protection plan. In December we noticed that the sectional had two different places where the material was fraying. I called the store in Kent. I was given the protection plan montage information to contact them to have it fixed. I called montage and they said it wasn't them because it had not even been a year yet. Montage told me to take it up with the store because it would be a manufacture defect. I called the Kent location back and the manager asked me to send them some pictures and they would get back to me. It is now the end of April and the Kent Price Co is telling us that it will not be covered. This sectional is not used very often my husband and I are Rarely in this room. This is not something that we had done. If we had done it we have montage it supposedly covers damage. We are tired of the store accusing us of doing something to the sectional. My husband talk to the manager and was told you just need to tell montage what you did to it. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else to buy furniture. Go someplace where the manufacturer stands behind their product. I have went through some of the reviews and it sounds like the manufacturer does not stand behind its products. read more

I would give this a negative rating if that was possible.biggest scam ever. Bought a couch/loveseat in Nov 2014, along with extra insurance. When it was delivered it came in boxes without instructions. The back always slid to the right....We called & were told to just lift & slide it to the left. Now, 2 years later the springs are coming thru the seat & the padding is pulling away from footrest. Emailed the insurance company with the information to process a claim. I explained about the springs & footrest causing back issues & also mentioned the issue with the back of the couch with 2 years of aggravation of constantly pulling the back over to the left. Because I mentioned that, the insurance company denied it because it was past the 30 day time to report an issue. I have sent 2 more emails to have them reconsider the new issues & haven't received any response. My husband went to Priceco on Dec 29th 2016 to get their help to solve this issue. After 20 minutes on the phone to the insurance company the person at Priceco said there isn't anything they could do now, since the people working there 2 years ago should have corrected it then. Sorry but there was nothing he could do. We were trying to buy local & support a charitable shop. What a bunch of liars & thefes. Wow, Wow,Wow So not ever shopping there again, Worst place I have ever done business with, Bought our entire living room set there, Along with two recliners, One of the recliners feels and rocks side to side like it`s falling apart, When asking for help to resolve the issue with the recliner I had to call the store first, Gentleman on the phone asked me to lie to the insurance company we did purchase with the furniture, I would do it, So We sent 4 letters back and fourth to the store, They finally sent two men out to look at the recliner, After a week I did get a one sentence not back from the store telling us that they found nothing wrong with the recliner, I so wish I could post the note for you all to see how they handle there customers, Such a sad place of business and to advertise that they donate back to the community. I purchased a bed at PriceCo and the service is horrible. They will say just about anything to get you to buy the item and you find out later it is not true. They charge an additional $75 to deliver a bed and $50 to haul away the old one which was fine but what was not fine with me is that they want you to not only pay for them to take away the bed but to provide new plastic to wrap the bed in (like I have a gigantic piece of plastic laying around). I checked other stores and they just provide this they don't expect you to get your own plastic. They told me St. Vincent De Paul will take any bed any condition for free so I decided to buy the bed and do that. I found out that was a lie they do not, only if the bed is in good condition. I called them back to see if the delivery people could at least put my old bed in the basement for me and he said it depends on how busy they are. I just paid $75 for this service and they can't even do that. I was told I was getting the white glove treatment but the delivery guys said that was not so and that I only paid for the bed to be delivered and left in the box. Luckily unlike the people in the store the delivery people were great. Getting the bed delivered was another story. It didn't come until 8pm after numerous calls and being told they were just running behind. I finally got a mgr who found out the mattress wasn't even on the truck!! If you buy anything from them I would not do delivery as they really don't seem to know what they are doing. After this fiasco you would think they would at least offer to not charge for delivery or take some off the price but no. You pay the same whether you get bad or good service. They really don't understand good customer service and how to retain customers. read more
