You will have to test plastic-covered mattresses on the garage floor. Rob, the salesman at Mattress Depot, was extremely friendly and prompt. He was really knowledgeable on every mattress in the garage, and was able to help me find exactly the kind of mattress I was looking for. The delivery people were great as well, they called ahead 20 minutes before delivery and the process itself was really clean and efficient. The delivery price was pretty reasonable too ($60 for next day delivery). So if you're okay with testing mattresses out on an open garage floor, head down here for your mattress purchases. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and honestly believe I paid a fraction as much as I would have on a comparable mattress at a retailer showroom.

Rather than mention their lack of return policy, the rep just assured me that I shouldn't be worried, took payment, and sent me out the door. When the mattress turned out to be too small, I returned 24 hours later with a completely unused mattress and got stonewalled. Michelle goes the extra mile to make sure customers understand the process, the different options for all of the high-quality mattresses they carry, and works very hard to find every cost savings possible. She was also beyond patient while I tried out 5-6 beds (some more than once!) I am absolutely thrilled with my new mattress purchase, and can't wait for it to arrive at my home!
