I've had two spine surgeries and my husband has sleep apnea, so Dina showed us in detail different adjustable bases, and we found exactly what we need for our health and comfort. Since it was closing time, we decided to take all the info home with us, look it over some more, showed up the next morning and purchased all our items which, in comparison to other stores, was a GREAT deal...all because Dina took time to walk us through every step of our purchase, including financing. She made the who experience easy, informative, and, dare I say, fun! We felt like we were talking to a fun relative and not a sales lady. Our items were not in stock, but again, Dina worked her magic and our bed was in our new house within 2 days!! I highly recommend this store, and ask for Dina for assistance. Good news and bad news. Let's start with the bad or completely inexplicable. We were talked into…read morebuying a base for the mattress, which was essentially just a metal platform onto which to place the mattress. It had no wheels so it could not easily be moved. It also was fairly flimsy. After a short while, we wanted to trade that frame for a Hollywood frame, much sturdier with wheels. We also bought a box spring unit to place between the frame and the mattress. Here is the rub. Mattress Depot brags that you can trade in your mattress if you don't like it--even up to three months after you bought it. But would they allow a trade on the frame? You would think so, because nobody sleeps directly on the frame like they do the mattress. The quality is unchanged. But NOOOOOO. Guess what? "It's company policy." How frustrating. The good? We got a decent mattress, and the person running the store did try to intervene with management to treat us fairly on the frame, without success. Overall, though, because of the management's petty policy on frames, we will not ever do business with this company again. There you have it. The moral is, treat people fairly all the way or chances are their memory of you will be negative and they will tell all their friends to avoid you like the plague. Penny-wise and pound-foolish.

This place is such a magical spot. We came to get chairs for our dining table and just googled a…read morespot by where we were going prior and I'm so glad we made the spot. It was decorated for Christmas. We were greeted by a nice gentle man who works there named Jesse Parks I think that's his last name. He's worked there for 27 years. He guided us to the children's area and the Santa's corner brought my daughter a balloon and a candy cane while searching. He checked in us to make sure we were doing good. We got 4 chairs for a reasonable price and good quality. They had a wide selection and cool Easter eggs throughout the store. The trains throughout the store were amazing to look at! Jesse told us about the team that tends to them and a team that decorate the store for the holidays. It was such an amazing experience and such a cozy and welcoming vibe. We were pleasantly surprised by the fudge they sold as well. We will be back for the environment and fudge. When we checked out Jesse found us and checked us out and brought my daughter a deer stuffed animal and brought us directly to where they help load the stuff into the car. They helped us easily put the chairs in the car and I loved how they have a loading spot that's out of the rain. You can really see the care and time took out to cumulate the store to be what it is. I don't think I've ever gotten that great of customer service. We will definitely be back and just so happy to be surprised by the experience.

There were other customers in there as well that wasn't getting any help. We were in the store for a hour and a half. We found 1 person laying on the chair in back and he said he worked there and was on break. I asked him when he got off break if he would come help us and he told us 5 minutes more on his break. We said ok come find us when you are done we found a couch we wanted to purchase. We waited on the couch for 30 minutes and no one ever came. Very disappointed.
