Just saying lol The Gig Harbor HomeGoods location is the smaller of HomeGoods stores within the area. Being it's a part of TJX companies, here you will find many great deals as their other stores TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Sierra Trading Post. HomeGoods specializes in... Well, home goods. You can find a lot of variety of decorations, home accents to dishware, bath, and bedding accessories! A lot of people don't seem to grasp that concept of what is actually sold here, there's no major appliances, no beds, and no cribs. It's house accessories such as rugs, chairs, comforter sets. The great thing about this store is that every thing is unique, it's open stock. Some things you will see during the season others stuff you'll never see again which is a bummer if you pass on buying it!! Truth be told this a wonderful place if you are looking to save money as many of their items (sometimes top brands) are priced way lower than department stores but you also have to remember this isn't a bargain store. Just like Marshall's and TJ Maxx, this store is a part of a family of stores that are able to price items low because the items is either discontinued, slightly flawed, or even overstock that's bought out so expect to get some things that aren't perfect. Not saying they don't have the best of quality but this isn't Nordstrom. So just a bit of FYI when you are coming here. I've enjoyed shopping at the Federal Way store, so coming to this one is a breeze being there's barely traffic if you are coming from across the bridge. Lots of parking space and there's also Marshall's right across so even better!! Two stores and one trip.

Delivery was botched, no one followed up when promised, and we had to chase multiple people just to get basic answers. We were told twice that our sofa qualified for the "Buy More, Save More" promotion, only to be told at the time of purchase that it didn't. Weeks later (and after repeated follow-up), both their online Customer Service Rep and Regional Manager (Bren) confirmed it actually DID qualify. We were also told the cabinet we ordered was in stock, then sold out, then found, then not found. We received at least four contradictory updates over two weeks. After over a month of back-and-forth, we finally received a refund for the cabinet, but only after physically returning to the store to get it processed. The product quality may be nice, but it's simply not worth the stress.
