I continue to be amazed at the ideas they both come up with and have made many purchases from their store. In fact, my home is starting to look like American Design and I could not be happier about that. Pam is always very enthusiastic, innovative and together with Kristen they are relentless in their pursuit to find what works for me in terms of style but also in terms of cost. They are able to tailor what I love to the price that I can afford and that is just one of the many reasons I continue to go back and, as I've told them both, I won't make a move without running it past one of them as I know that I will get it right that way. I could not be happier with them and the services they provide. American Design is top notch and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for assistance with any home project. You can be completely confident that the end result will be stunning and exactly what you want. Tammy B.

To summarize a long story of my experience working with Rachel, she is inconsistent and incomplete with her follow through, her actions show a reluctance to support customer complaints, she has terrible customer service skills, she has an inability to accept fault, and in the end, basically gave poor advice on which carpet to choose (because had she given me the right direction for a carpet that met the needs of my home with dogs and traffic, my carpet wouldn't look like it's been shredded within 2 years of install). Deann Renovated the kitchen, laundry, living rooms and all bathrooms to a spectacular finish. She also furnished much of the home, including lamps and accessories and the result was stunning. We moved to Arizona shortly after and the GH house sold before it ever hit the market. Just one call to a Realto ,and we had an offer the same day! We also hired Deann to Refresh a home in Bend Oregon. After trying a Design firm in Bend we called Deann to clean up the design direction and in two days she had all of the finishes selected to move forward with our remodel. After months with the other firm spinning their wheels it was such a relief to have her create a clear path forward. She selected all of our tile, lighting, paint colors, flooring and told us to keep our existing kitchen cabinets. We were coached to paint a few cabinets, and change the layout minimally saving us thousands of dollars. We highly recommend Deann Hammer of Broadway Design for your next project. Lisa Seek
