Leslie is this sweet 20 something working with 2 other 20 something's on this overcast Sunday. Ok, let me just get to it: this place offers home staging - if you can afford it, this is the place to go! I love discovering trends in interior designs. This store has plenty of blues, greens and aquas mixing in golds and silver together. You'll find plenty of textures too like white sea coral, white floral porcelain accents and glass. Not so much faux fur or cowhides or even silver nailhead trims. Many modern designs with white linens, framed painted canvas art pieces. Some mirrored furnishings but the few matched with wood looked spectacular! Orchids galore! Beachy woods (think driftwood or white washed) screams Southern California home. Leslie assures me the entire store will change next month - I'm TOTALLY IN! Let me know if this review and photos help you?

In my opinion, I would describe it as "less expensive" than RH retail shops, but far from a good deal. On top of that, many of the items appear to have some damage and/or wear. The ones that didn't look damaged looked like they were there for the other obvious reason - dull, lacking in style or aesthetics and nobody wanted it. If you live nearby, maybe worth a look. I would not go out of my way to visit this outlet. I can't really comment on the quality of their service and staff since nobody greeted me or said a word the entire time I was there. So I have no way to judge. 2.5/5 stars.

Frankly, when walking into this store I wanted to buy half of the items I saw...and still might! After a lot of hemming and hawing we picked out a new table, chairs and bookcase. They were set to be delivered in about a week, but after a few days at home doing some head scratching and more measuring we decided to axe the table and go with another we initially thought wouldn't fit. We worked with Santos who was very patient and helpful in changing our order (at no cost...there IS a 14 day return policy). Items were delivered and installed today in about 45 minutes. Just need the chairs to get here in a couple weeks and we're good to go. That is, until I go back and plunk down some green for that living room chair I spent a lot of time in whilst the wife worked with Santos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for Scandinavian furniture but I really love this store.

He did not pressure us into buying like so many other furniture salespeople, but allowed us to try the different couches, very patiently. Costless has a great selection of furniture. He then provided great further customer service and an OUTSTANDING deal. He then called the warehouse and got back to us when he found the couch we had been searching for at the warehouse. It's actually a modular sofa that we were looking for. The convenience of paying by Zelle was a plus. We absolutely got a great deal. Thank you CostLess for being in our community and thank you Annas for providing such high-quality, professional customer service! I highly recommend CostLess for furniture/couches, but if you find what you are looking for, buy it because you might not be so blessed as we were to find it right away at the warehouse. And, while you are waiting for Annas to find your couch at the warehouse, pick up your supply of zip lock bags, paper towels, Fruit Gushers and Bubly Lime in your cart before you pay!
