Otherly is one I have been meaning to try. The vegan Korean noodles are a little over $2, which isn't the cheapest I can get them. But, they are also a staple of mines. The line is kind of long, but not unbearable. I also noticed their gift card designs at the checkout line. I recently purchased one for $50 at Albertsons, but it was yellow. The ones here are red.

We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

Justin arrived on time and was very thorough in giving us his recommendations and an estimate for repairs and we ended up signing the service agreement with him on the spot. Justin was very thorough and polite and had great communication skills and addressed all of our concerns. He made 3 trips back to the job to make sure everything we had requested met our satisfaction. The price came in less than we expected and now we are back enjoying our swim spa for the summertime. I'm impressed with their after-sale service pledge for the products that they sell, that's rare in today's marketplace but this company has been doing business for many years and I think the key to their success has been they have a good product and they represent it well even after the sale.

I let her make most of the decisions while I sat on the sofa in the showroom I thought I was ordering. My chaise sofa was delivered about 5 weeks later and it really is beautiful. But the seat cushions feel as hard as an over inflated pool lounge. I was told that's normal, they will soften up, give it a few more weeks. When they didn't soften up, Customer Care was very accommodating and had me bring the seat cushions in to be softened up somehow. When I got them back and sat on them again, they were as hard as when I took them in. I'm so disappointed. This was an expensive splurge for me and now I'm stuck with an almost $6K chaise sofa that I don't use. There is nothing more they can do. Now I'm having trouble selling it for a third of what I paid even though I've had it less than 4 months and no one sits on it :(

Once I counted to 19, I had my son come over and help us put it together. However, we were six missing boxes. Just when I was going to call, they arrived. Once we got the hang of how to put together the recliner and couch it was fine. Take your time, especially with the coverings. I wish they had a service that would set it up for you. I was told they were working on it. Somehow, in the ordering process, we ended up with three Sactional tables and only needed one. I was dreading the return process, but one easy phone call and two were returned.

His response was abrupt and disrespectful, and in the middle of the interaction he turned his back on us and walked away. I have NEVER experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. This behavior was shocking, especially in a store that sells high-end products and should prioritize respectful treatment of customers. This experience completely changed my perception of the store, and I do not plan to return.

The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.
