For some people, this is exactly what they want. However, when we said we were looking for something specific, you would have thought they would have asked some more questions. Instead, we just wandered around and tried to read the signage to see if anything was available in a lighter color. Overall, the furniture is discounted and often feels like it. The last sofa we bought here probably won't last much longer, as the back is sagging. But we still thought we'd give them a chance. We were there maybe 20 minutes before leaving, not finding what we wanted. However, we did stop by their little cafe for a cup of coffee and a cookie.

The cushions are sagging and the fabric is constantly getting stretched out and I have to wash the covers to regain their shape! After only five years we need to purchase new sofas because we cannot take living with these any longer! Even when we first purchased our sofas we had issues, the sofa arrived missing some of the connectors to connect the sectional pieces and within the first year we had the frame in one of the pieces break and we were without that portion of our sofa for quite a while while they repaired it. I definitely regret this purchase and would not recommend the company to anyone.

It was clear there was no intention to make a single thing right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a couch from them that cost several thousand dollars, and this is what it looks like after ONE YEAR. The quality is honestly disgusting for what they charge. These couches are made incredibly cheaply and poorly. In just one year, I've had: - 6 separate seam rips on the cushions - A broken support beam, which they won't cover because it happened literally a few days outside of the 1-year warranty - Pilling on every cushion - Warped and misshapen back cushions - Seams beginning to fail on the actual body of the couch, with loose threads coming out around almost every seam This isn't normal wear and tear. A couch that costs several thousand dollars should not be literally falling apart at the seams after one year. The company has taken zero accountability for the poor manufacturing of my sectional, and now I'm stuck with an expensive couch that looks like it belongs in a trap house. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Their name really suits them because with Mor furniture, you get Mor problems.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! We had a…read moreterrible experience with Full Bloom Cottage & specifically Loretta. She is very rude, un professional, hard to work with & unresponsive. We purchased a vintage dinning table & 8 chairs from her through our interior designer. The whole process of purchasing the furniture from her was a disaster. Around the same time we purchased the pieces, we were going through remodeling in our house so we needed her to hold our furniture for a couple of weeks till we are fully done with remodeling, she declined & threatened us that she will charge us daily if we don't pick up our stuff. Anyhow, fast forward. I had been noticing wood dust coming out of the dinning table & never ever it crossed my mind that could be an active live insect inside the table. So every week, my housekeeper would clean up the dust & then we would see more of it coming out! Until one day I was reading a bedtime story to my 5 year old child & in the story there was a termite eating the table & creating a hole. I was terrified & I immediately called my interior designer. She contacted a few of her friends including Megan at Eloquence to gather some information. After so much research & asking around it turned out that we did have wood Beatles in the dinning table indeed! Both my designer & myself contacted Loretta. She was very unresponsive. She would say that it's been so long from when we purchased the furniture & there is no warranty on the piece but never once she came up with a solution to help us fix the problem. & by the way it took us a long time to get a hold of her, after emailing her a few times & leaving a few voice msgs she finally said to get a quote from a fumigation company for her review & she might cover it partially! She is just a pain to work with. She had no recommendation & thoughts who to call & how to salvage the problem. It was like it wasn't her problem & she didn't care. These vintage pieces should all be treated before transporting & I highly doubt she had treated our table. I mean she had no proof & talking to her is like talking to a wall. She rubs people the wrong way & is just a disaster. Please don't buy anything from her. & if you do please inspect it in details. We had no clue this could happen. It's very disappointing because we spent a lot of money buying our dinning set & most likely we have to get rid of it. It's so disgusting to know there is live active insects inside the table & the holes underneath the table confirms it all.

There was Pier One & there was Cost Plus - Pier One was the more corporate experience option. Then Cost Plus grew up. Some changes were immediate, some took a long time. I think it comes down to how I feel when I think of going there, specifically the one in Brea. This isn't a grocery store - why do we have to pay for bags? I'm buying bottles of wine & dishes, picture frames - if I buy dishes and home decor at Macy's, I'm not required to buy a bag. It was always part of my Christmas tradition to make Cost Plus my first stop for gifts - but a couple of Christmases ago, I bought a whole cart full of wine & food gifts. I was not allowed to take the cart to my car, I had to leave the cart in the store and trust that the employee helping me wouldn't be pulled away by time I brought my car around. And it was raining by the way. Once upon a time, the store would reward members with a $10.00 birthday gift. That got changed to a discount.
