This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. Parking can be a bit hard since it is in a smaller plaza. Highly recommend stepping your foot into this unique boutique. It's like a hidden treasure chest of Yorba Linda.

They have two stores their boutique and then their seasonal holiday boutique across the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got my first jellycat here and came back the next day and was so lucky to get a rare one that was not out the day before. The price is the same as online so you don't have to worry about being over charged. The parking lot is kind of small but it's worth it. Thanks to Gracious Living for hosting such a funfilled Friday for us Moms Day Out! 5 local shops in the area was participating. Thanks because i would never have known about Chic Revelations right across the street. Love the idea to open others like myself that never knew the shops existed and helps us locals to shop small & within our city. I've been following GLAH on instagram for quite some time. Along with always seeing the shop whenever i pass thru old Main Street Yorba Linda in my car or on foot during the special events they have on Main street. It's absolutely a really cute shop with a lot of home decor including unique wall, furnitures, accents, candles, you name it all. They have majority along with pretty cool unique pieces. Met the owner Janet and she's a doll. Really nice lady along with Kendall. Both were really great answering my questions and really enthusiastic about helping mee regards to any home decor design questions I have. Great customer service and inviting. I went with my daughter along w a friend of a daughter i was watching So i wasn't able to stay for too long. Since trying to focus with the girls were a bit hard. Great selection of items but horrible customer service…read more The cashier who was wearing a hijab was so unfriendly and rude. She left to go attend another thing in the middle of scanning my return items, and then complained-asked why I'm returning something I didn't even open. I am not required to tell the employee my reason for return as long as it still has the tag in unused, original condition, which is what I did. I was being EXTRA NICE and told her reason for my returns, but hey you know what? Next time, I'm not answering her when she clearly ignored and up and left me in the middle of ME talking. I was left feeling so embarrassed and enraged. Like how dare she do that to a customer?! I even tried to make small conversation because her vibe was so hostile and micro aggressive, but nope, cold as ice. She super guilt tripped me on purpose and was extremely unfriendly and rude. Does not like to engage in any conversation except to guilt trip me AND to complain about my returns. And then it got WORSE. I also had purchases to make after my return, and she literally parked me and tended to another customer who wasn't even in line and just CUT. This employee didn't even apologize or ask if it's okay if she tends to TWO other things while "helping" me. She should not have done that. I love this location for the items but I almost don't want to go back because of her. I think this location would benefit from training employees properly on how to treat customers at least neutrally if not well. At least this specific employee has no basics or even bare minimum quality for customer service. I came back and it was my turn, and I almost wanted to tell the customer behind me to go ahead because I did NOT want to interact with this specific employee. This is a paragon of how an employee should NEVER make a customer feel. Anxious, and dreading for the unfriendly, rude interaction, knowing that I'm being overtly disrespected. Just horrible! I bought so much from here at a really great price, but I'm just going to go back to return everything that still has the tag and is unused. Going to buy from another vendor or retailer even if it's more expensive. I just moved recently and have been replacing A LOT of my belongings that has any BAD ENERGY attached on them from my past 6 years of the most difficult times in my life, and my new belongings' energy I bought from here are already ruined because of her. It's my priority now to have belongings with new good energy. Just going to have Amazon ship everything to me because shopping IN PERSON experience was terrible because of this even though this is what HomeGoods push for. I'm a big Amazon Prime customer or any other retailer who provides online shopping and delivery, and I tried in person shopping for the first time in a long time, but it's already a no-go. DO NOT CONSIGN FURNITURE HERE!!…read more Through a fantastic moving company, (honestly they were great) trying to help us consign some furniture for a unit in Las Vegas an entire unit from the Waldorf-Astoria, was consigned to this store . They are unwilling and unable to provide receipt receipts with redacted customer information on how much these items actually sold for and scribbled on an inventory sheet how much they claim that they have sold for. The woman, Chris, basically told me that she's not going to do that and then hung up on me. I have never encountered a less professional consignment store in the years that I have consigned furniture, personally and professionally.. they donated a side table without giving us the opportunity to pick up nor did they give us any notification that they were going to donate it. I would avoid this place like the absolute plague it is.. as soon as they take your money, they do not want to be held liable for proving how much the furniture actually sells for. There are numerous other places that will be honest and be able to provide receipts with redacted customer information. They claimed to be a "mom and pop shop" but the inventory list is printed from some sort of inventory software, I assume the sale price should also be listed in the same system (how else would they be able to keep track of the consignment amounts to be paid out?- it's by contract number). They are dishonest and rude and dismissive. Of the over $10,000 worth of furniture that they take 50% of.... It's not with the headache or the loss of income. Do not do business with this store, and "Chris" you should probably retire if you're so absolutely miserable and rude to the people who are providing you with income. Shame on you.

Last year, I picked two out, and they had more stock...but I might have gone shopping for them earlier. They have the Sirius brand for Icelandic chocolates, and I am always happy to see Chuao. Otherly is one I have been meaning to try. The vegan Korean noodles are a little over $2, which isn't the cheapest I can get them. But, they are also a staple of mines. The line is kind of long, but not unbearable. I also noticed their gift card designs at the checkout line. I recently purchased one for $50 at Albertsons, but it was yellow. The ones here are red.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by America, and she made the entire experience so much easier. She helped us calculate our measurements and figure out exactly how many boxes of each tile we needed. On top of that, she took the time to help us choose the right grout and rebar color to match everything. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was throughout the process. I have never experienced that level of customer service at Floor and Decor before. She truly made a difference in our visit.

I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star.
