Baby girl and I stopped in one day to use her Birthday gift card she got for her Birthday. I haven't been here in forever, they have so much stuff random but awesome. I love this store, pretty good size parking lot near Walmart superstore. It's a pretty big store, was not that busy that day. But they had so much cool stuff even diamond paintings and art and little toys and snacks. Definitely need to come here more often. Baby girl found some cute little toys and stuff. I even got a rug for my bathroom it was the perfect size for our bathroom too. Customer service was nice, when you go to pay you can do self checkout or have someone help you. I had someone help me, but he was new so he didn't know what to do but someone came to help which was nice. I also purchased one of their bags since I forgot mine. My first time coming to this five below the store is clean well stocked but awful customer service No greeting hello no help at the register I get it they stand there and don't do anything we need to check ourselves out But if I'm having trouble at the register come over and help not just stand there watching me I definitely won't be back to this store I would rather drive to another location read more

I have to give the largest shout and BIGGEST thank you to Lesley! I came into the store looking for Fanny packs to customize for my little sister's bachelorette, unlucky for me this location was short by 2! Without even hesitating, Lesley not only called 3 (possibly 4) of the surrounding locations. She took my info and contacted me after she procured 2 of the Fanny packs I needed, AND even offered to pick it up later in the month. One of my favorite Five Below location! This place is HUGE, CLEAN... and has self checkouts??? love this! Carries less toys but with more useful household items + stationary- SCORE! Brought my girls here (ages 6-12) and even they were impressed. It was a cinch to locate a parking spot since the store is located within a shopping center. It's always wonderful to save more time on finding parking to have more time shopping. :) Would I be back? Heck yes - will return this weekend. read more

If your Yelp states you close at 8 clock and when you call and state you will be in in 20 minutes and it's 6:50 you would think they would let you know the false closing time on Yelp or state that they close at 7 PM over the phone. Wasted my time. So much better to continue shopping on line than to deal with this inconsistencies and lack of service. Do not buy balloons from this store. Apparently they "cannot" blow up latex balloons even if purchased from them. They only blow up Mylar balloons because they don't have to tie them. I specifically asked if they could blow them us, lady at front said yes. When I came back to get them blown up she then said well you didn't ask about these ones as if I was supposed to specify about 8 of the 18 balloons I purchased. Super lazy approach 5 Below. I added this listing hoping there'd be check-ins and activity from other people, but I guess not. I was excited for this Five Below to open because there isn't a close location in the area, and I've found good stuff in the past from this chain. I came on 3/13, a day after the store's grand opening. The staff were super cheery, chanting a welcome in unison as each customer or group of customers entered the store. Per Five Below fashion, the store was well-stocked, bright, and reminded me of a 2000s-movie teenager's bedroom come to life. I mainly go to Five Below for the candy, but have found certain name-brand candies are cheaper and more cost-efficient in size at places like Target (ex. Haribo Cola Bears -- do your research). But the candy section is still a thrill, with some things like Mentos I hardly see anywhere now. Five Below's main draw is home decor and knickknack items like toys and books. There are cool finds like a $10 weighted blanket (which I didn't buy because I have too many blankets at home) and cool lanterns and picture frames and Bluetooth headphones and speakers. Item assortment may vary by location. This new location has self-checkout and I even got a free drawstring bag after my purchase, likely from the grand opening promotion. Overall, this new store is great and Five Below's item offering is much higher quality than that of Dollar Tree/99 Cents Only Store. Def swing by if you're in the area. read more

She didn't let me scan my items and said because she doesn't want anyone stealing. So rude and in front of my youngest son. Not only is this a bad place to shop but it's also horrible to work for. First I decided to shop after my shift. The young girl couldn't ring me up to give me my discount. She had to call a manager. Well a manager did come to ring me up but not before letting this poor girl know at least 3 times that she'll never be able to ring me up. The you g girl was Mexican and the lady was white. The girl got choked up walking away. Just disgusting. As far as being an employee don't expect any respect bc I literally had to ask to be called by my name by the freight manager who is a woman. I am the only one who was called by other names. She treated us all badly. Scolded us as children. Even got upset for some toys being put on shelves but didn't tell us they were recalled. When I would go to the store manager she would gaslight, downplay and make excuses like it's a rough time of year. So we can't even get the basic respect? I began taking pictures of everything I did bc the freight manager ran around like a chicken with no head. She would get mad if we talked but she told me and another coworker we could wear shorts. New favorite store! They have fun games and Knick knacks my kids love. I always try and find all the fun things in the dollar section at Target and this store is "all the fun things". Since it opened a month ago, it is in prestige condition and very very clean. Super organized. They have a little bit of everything. Employees are very nice and attentive.
