This Dollar tree is nice, it's on Imperial Hwy, the parking lot is not my favorite but it's not too bad. But I have come to this location for so long, I guess never wrote a review lol. It's cute inside kind of small but they have nice holiday decorations and it is clean here. The employees are really nice and friendly at this location. They have so many things here, for home, toys, decorating, things for home, snacks all kinds of things. I like bringing baby girl with me always get her and I some art stuff we like to work on at home together. The lines are pretty quick and it's such a great store. Why spend a lot of gift bags perfect place for gift bags, simple things you need for the house. I love Dollar Tree lol. It's a good place with enough to choose from. However, many of the more exceptional items seen in richer don't seem to make it hear at this location. Yorba Linda, for instance, have a much broader variety to choose from and plenty in stock. Customer service is awesome. Store is clean and staff are continuously stocking and organizing no matter what time of the day and night. When there's a long line forming they open another lane. The lines go pretty fast. Staff know their products and when they need to call on a manager they come quickly. Merch is worth what you pay for it and some. read more

This one is not to bad. I usually come here and sometimes they have good things and sometimes they don't. Once in a while there is like one person on register which sometimes can be frustrating because there can be a long line. Today the girl that rang me up asked me if I wanted a bag I told her no and when I looked at my receipt she charged me .10cent I know it's nothing but still it's like if you asked and I said no why did you still charged me. I'm pretty sure this place is closed for good now. It's been "closed temporarily" a couple times in the last few months, then re-open, then close again. But when it is open there is yellow caution tape over all the food items... which means rats? bugs? something gross, no matter what. This also is a pretty messy and unorganized location as well. What's there to say, the Dollar Tree Store is awesome! Be cautious however. Be aware and don't get fooled by the idea that everything is a dollar. Actually, some items they carry are more than a dollar and be cautious of the size of the product. Manufacturers package differently for Dollar Tree than they do for their mainline retailers. So don't think you're getting a real good buy on some thing just because it's a dollar. In actuality it could cost more per unit than its mainline retail version. Other than that, Dollar Tree is a great place to shop. read more

As I was waiting in line to check out I noticed the manager and another employee eating lunch and playing on their phones at the register behind us. I had to walk out leaving over a hundred items on the checkout counter because the Manager did not have bags for customers and would not allow anyone to take the carts outside the store. She did not have anyone to inform customers as they came in of the situation and inconvenience. She could have handled this better. I ALWAYS have been allowed to take a cart outside the store in the past. And there were plenty of bags to give away on Christmas as a courtesy but they would rather sell them. Why do all Dollar Trees smell the same? Dirty, stuffy and plastic-y... I come here to get little things I need here and there, and most recently, bags/bows for holiday gift wrapping. This place is pretty dirty. I wish they'd take more initiative to clean it but I understand why they don't since there's usually only 2 people working at a time. I like this dollar store. It is always busy and not the cleanness, but it does have the things I need and it helps me to keep my daughter quiet. I like going in to get different decorations for multiple holidays and it is a cheap way to decorate your home, office, or car? anything you would like to decorate they have it. Place: like any other dollar tree store this place is packed full with things you'll find somewhere else that's much to high in price. The atmosphere is nice, come in, go out. Service: to be honest why I gave this place a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the service is poor. There truly is a lack in number for workers here so there's really isn't anyone around to help you if your trying to look for something. Not only that the lines get quite full and the rate that the lines move is quite dreadful. Most of the time if you need help you'll need to ask the cashier themselves which most people don't particularly enjoy doing because people understand that the cashiers are busy. So in turn, understand that this is a convenience store. It's truly won't have the high-end brand items that other superstores do. It's cleanliness is average, so like I said. It's a place to get what you need and get out, so come in a few times to know where things are in the store cause chances are it'll be hard for a worker to help you, especially during holidays. read more
