Although they didn't have the two items I was looking for, I managed to find both MIO and Crystal Light beverage drops in flavors I'd like to try out, at less than half the price at other stores. (Just a note, the expiry date is in a few months, which is probably why they are on the shelf.) Staff couldn't find the restroom key anywhere, then said maybe customers left it there. My friend said maybe they didn't clean the rr (she'd been there earlier and it was yikes), so that may have been the reason. No worries, we understand. Not all customers are neatknicks. We appreciated their service and the items we did find in the store! read more

This Dollar tree is nice, it's on Imperial Hwy, the parking lot is not my favorite but it's not too bad. But I have come to this location for so long, I guess never wrote a review lol. It's cute inside kind of small but they have nice holiday decorations and it is clean here. The employees are really nice and friendly at this location. They have so many things here, for home, toys, decorating, things for home, snacks all kinds of things. I like bringing baby girl with me always get her and I some art stuff we like to work on at home together. The lines are pretty quick and it's such a great store. Why spend a lot of gift bags perfect place for gift bags, simple things you need for the house. I love Dollar Tree lol. Thank you always for fantastic customer service with smiles and great stuff for low price. It's not a dollar anymore that is for sure tho lol. Have a beautiful day :) be kind to everyone Aloha read more

George is the reason for the season, thank you for making Christmas shopping more pleasant.

Nasty workers! Very rude! Talking on their phone instead of helping customers! I was there on10/29/25 at 10 AM for one hour to get few things and they were fighting with another customer as well! read more

It's a good place with enough to choose from. However, many of the more exceptional items seen in richer don't seem to make it hear at this location. Yorba Linda, for instance, have a much broader variety to choose from and plenty in stock. Customer service is awesome. Store is clean and staff are continuously stocking and organizing no matter what time of the day and night. When there's a long line forming they open another lane. The lines go pretty fast. Staff know their products and when they need to call on a manager they come quickly. Merch is worth what you pay for it and some. read more

This one is not to bad. I usually come here and sometimes they have good things and sometimes they don't. Once in a while there is like one person on register which sometimes can be frustrating because there can be a long line. Today the girl that rang me up asked me if I wanted a bag I told her no and when I looked at my receipt she charged me .10cent I know it's nothing but still it's like if you asked and I said no why did you still charged me. It doesn't make sense. Sandee you need to listen to what a customer says next time. read more

0... this is my 2X that I come to the store and let me tell you the store manager Genesis is absolutely rude disrespectful she sees that there are lines and she does not have the courtesy to help and if she does help, she only takes certain people she needs to go bad management!!!!! read more

This is one of the worst locations I've been to I can't even find basic stuff like all the other dollar trees. I couldn't even find gloves near where all the washing product should be. I walked around the entire store and wasted my time there's not even an employee to help or anything I tried walking around, very annoying. Very big waste of time. read more

I'm pretty sure this place is closed for good now. It's been "closed temporarily" a couple times in the last few months, then re-open, then close again. But when it is open there is yellow caution tape over all the food items... which means rats? bugs? something gross, no matter what. This also is a pretty messy and unorganized location as well. I'll take my dollars to the one on Beach Blvd now... or some other "dollar" store. Sorry for the employees that may be losing their job, most of them have been pretty nice. RIP? read more

Horrible customer service! Asked the woman at the register for the bathroom key. She rudely said it was at the first register. She clearly hates her job! Why don't you quit and find something that doesn't involve direct contact with customers! We visited the newly opened "Absolute" dollar store on the corner of Santa Gertrude and Imperial Highway. Nice store! Friendly staff! read more

Super ghetto store! The girl with the earbuds had me standing there like I was bothering her! I just had a Ballon question,The dude that rang me up and was nice but bruh you can't pull your phone out when your working, I see your gaming but dude, do it on your own time! He was on it tho cause he did ask the girl with the earbuds if she was sure they had helium, They didn't! Hope whoever Pedro is can get that helium fast. Decided to go to Party city across the street. read more

Deal or no deal? How can it be not a deal if you are not paying more than a Buck on anything? How can it be a deal if your purchase does not come with a discount or rebate? I am being an assclown. Anyways, this is the closest $1.00 store we have. Items that we purchase from here are usually: Hand towels Kitchen cleaning supplies like gloves, soap, scrubs etc. Greeting cards Gift packaging wrap Pros: $1.00. Items are usually in stock. Cons: I better not complain over items worth a buck or a place that sells items worth a buck. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Can not rely on them to have what you need in stock. Who ever orders for this store need to find a new job, because they aren't doing a very good job. read more

Worse service EVER!! Waited in line with one checker for 10 minutes only to be told that conman sense would have told they had no balloons!! WHAT!! They have a full display of balloons! Never shopping there again!! No sense of urgency to open more clerks and totally rude clerk! I'm shopping at the La Mirada store from now on!!! One star is too many!! read more

What's there to say, the Dollar Tree Store is awesome! Be cautious however. Be aware and don't get fooled by the idea that everything is a dollar. Actually, some items they carry are more than a dollar and be cautious of the size of the product. Manufacturers package differently for Dollar Tree than they do for their mainline retailers. So don't think you're getting a real good buy on some thing just because it's a dollar. In actuality it could cost more per unit than its mainline retail version. Other than that, Dollar Tree is a great place to shop. read more

Wow, I just had such an amazing experience at Dollar Tree today! Diana went above and beyond to find us a product. She even called another store to check their inventory after it appeared she was about to go on break. I am really impressed by her work ethic and willingness to help. Wow. The remodel is great It is to bad they did not get a remodel on employees. As I was waiting in line to check out I noticed the manager and another employee eating lunch and playing on their phones at the register behind us. The girl ringing me up takes out her cell phone hands it to the other employees and tells them to answer it. All the while there are about 10 people behind me I line waiting to be checked out. read more

Pretty average Dollar Tree. They didn't have any of the things I was looking for except for coconut oil, but it's large and clean and there were two registers open. read more

Its Dollar Tree, what do u expect. they either have what u are looking for or not. staff friendly, store somewhat clean, prices reasonable.

Why do all Dollar Trees smell the same? Dirty, stuffy and plastic-y... I come here to get little things I need here and there, and most recently, bags/bows for holiday gift wrapping. This place is pretty dirty. I wish they'd take more initiative to clean it but I understand why they don't since there's usually only 2 people working at a time. They have really cute dress up fairy wings for little girls here that I love! It comes in pink and purple. Such an affordable little gift you could give, but please don't let that be the only present you give to a little girl for Christmas! read more

I had to walk out leaving over a hundred items on the checkout counter because the Manager did not have bags for customers and would not allow anyone to take the carts outside the store. She did not have anyone to inform customers as they came in of the situation and inconvenience. She could have handled this better. I ALWAYS have been allowed to take a cart outside the store in the past. And there were plenty of bags to give away on Christmas as a courtesy but they would rather sell them. The manager needs to go. read more

A great low price store. Great pricing and selection of crafting cards, including hard-to-find spiritual cards. Good seasonal section. Other areas include and are not limited to home, office, hygiene, school, and food. read more

I like this dollar store. It is always busy and not the cleanness, but it does have the things I need and it helps me to keep my daughter quiet. I like going in to get different decorations for multiple holidays and it is a cheap way to decorate your home, office, or car? anything you would like to decorate they have it. I like coming here also for table cloths and different plastic supplies. It is a cheap way to get basically the same stuff that you would buy at party city or a grocery store but for $1. I like that. :-) read more

I had the best experience today at dollar tree, Evelyn my cashier was so kind and friendly. She asked me how I was doing if I found everything I needed and how my day was. Honestly I've been here many times and I've never had a bad experience but today she just made my night. Even my cousin Christian thought she was really kind and brought a smile to his face. So thank you Evelyn for just being friendly and even though it was super crazy busy you still made time to make us feel special. Evelyn deserves a RASIE! read more

Oh dollar tree, I love you and your $1.00 paper plates, forks and wrapping paper. I come here whenever I need inexpensive items for work potlucks or white elephant gifts. Need wrapping paper that the kids are just going to rip through anyway? Dollar tree's got it. Come check it out. read more

I give 1 star because I drove out of my way to the store, & it was closed down for remodeling. Now, I need to drive elsewhere.

Place: like any other dollar tree store this place is packed full with things you'll find somewhere else that's much to high in price. The atmosphere is nice, come in, go out. Service: to be honest why I gave this place a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the service is poor. There truly is a lack in number for workers here so there's really isn't anyone around to help you if your trying to look for something. Not only that the lines get quite full and the rate that the lines move is quite dreadful. Most of the time if you need help you'll need to ask the cashier themselves which most people don't particularly enjoy doing because people understand that the cashiers are busy. So in turn, understand that this is a convenience store. It's truly won't have the high-end brand items that other superstores do. It's cleanliness is average, so like I said. It's a place to get what you need and get out, so come in a few times to know where things are in the store cause chances are it'll be hard for a worker to help you, especially during holidays. read more

I enjoy this Dollar Tree a lot, but an associate named Mayra made it even better. Within the short period of time that I was there, she managed to put a smile on my face and made me laugh :) definitely a place where you feel welcomed read more

Customer service is bad. Girl working the register on 5/4/16 at 2:45 pm is rude. She made it a point to not assist me with my exchange. Steven assisted me but at the end of the transaction needed that girl's help to complete my return. This only delayed my transaction and had many other customers waiting. This girl needs to find a different job in which she doesn't have to deal with customers. read more

made it over to this dollar tree as i am still looking for a specific thing in school supplies. they didn't have it either. well, i guess i'll hope for the next shipment. this location is about the same size as the rowland heights location on colima. haven't met a dollar tree i didn't like. so it just depends which location i'm closest to hit... now i'm sooo tired that i'm getting delirious. guess i'm going to have to get more than 4 hrs of sleep if i'm up at 5am and out all day.. sooo much work to do but no energy.. Store is a bit messier then the one in La Mirada. Staff is kind of rude. GINA decided to give me attitude while I was in line today. She yelled down the line "mama they can help you on 3 too" I looked at line 3 the line was longer than hers and looked back. Then she said "or don't whatever" so I told her there was a longer line on 3. She said "oh I didn't see that". How about next time you look around before opening your mouth and looking like an @ss. read more

This location is pitiful. They rarely are clean and tidy here, unless it's a shipment day...then the shelves will be almost bare and not an associate in site. And please...get some associates with some gusto! Every time we go here it's like Debbie and Donnie Downer at your service! read more

Ok so I'm not an expert at shopping at Dollar Tree, but this place smells so bad! As soon as I walked in I noticed a really overpowering chemical smell, I'm assuming from all the cheap detergents and cleaning supplies. It made me start coughing so I just checked out the crappy craft section (the reason I came here in the first place) then left. I've only been to one other Dollar Tree in the past and it smelled pretty much the same as this one. Gross. read more

Worst dollar tree in La Habra, it's hot, messy and they never have what other dollar trees have(good stuff) the staff look like they hate their job which I don't blame them if I worked there I would too.
