This was a new location for me but since I was in the plaza already, I decided to stop by to pick up some goodies for Christmas gifts. They were having their annual sale where you can buy body care items for $4.95. The lady at the front door was GREAT. She pulled me in and made sure I was aware of the deals. She was super friendly and had amazing energy. This location is pretty big and has a lot in stock. I have gone to others that were not fully stocked, so this was a plus. I did not have an issue finding what I wanted. Plus, the store is super clean and updated with cool decor. The sales associates are also quick when ringing you up. Even though there was a line, I was able to get out of there quick which was a plus. Great location and great staff! read more

This location is next to the Target on Malvern. I recently visited to get hand soaps and decided I wanted to get the glass dispenser and start using refillable cartons of soap to save on all the plastic bottles that I would collect and then throw away! I went during the hand soap sale but unfortunately the refill carton of soaps were not on sale so it costs more to save on creating plastic waste than to not. There's plenty of parking out front and not too crowded inside. read more

Oh man, not sure what was happening for these other reviewers but we just had a delightful shopping experience at this location. We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front, who offered us a bag as we shopped and directed us to what we were searching for and told us about new items. I'm going to get real with you all. Lately, my soap has been disappearing. Some parents have to force their kids to wash their hands but that is just the opposite of my problem. My kiddos spend waaaaay too long in the bathroom lately, and when I walk by to ask if they're alright they just yell, "Science!" What does that even mean??? However, it definitely involves soap because mine is perpetually gone. Time to get the kids some Dial, I think. However, I still get nice soap in my bathroom. We picked out some fun fall scents, and even grabbed one for Christmas. Well stocked store and plenty of options. $3.25 soap promo going on at the moment if you have the app or rewards program! I've recently gotten into candles and decided to come in and peruse the selection of candles at this Bath and Body Works. I was immediately greeted by the friendly employees when I walked in and they offered help if I needed it. It's Bath and Body Works. Plenty of bar soaps, body washes, lotions, hand soaps, candles etc. I picked up a candle and the lady that rang me up was friendly. I'd definitely come back. I had the most embarrassing experience here ever, I probably won't ever walk back into this store location. Well, it even made me think negatively of all the bath and body works stores since I had this experience. So, I wanted to redeem my birthday gift and they couldn't accept only the email, phone number, or account, they also wouldn't use the birthday reward email I got. They said it had to be a bar code. I spent about 5 minutes holding the line trying to get a bar code that wouldn't appear where it was supposed to appear. The lady eventually told me to come back next time, that is so sad haha. Also asked me if everything is fine, and I said yeah to be respectful but obviously my shopping experience was not fine. I go to the car then I finally see a code, I come back and show it to a worker and then they tell me to click on it, I click on it and it disappears just like that. I keep trying to get it and it doesn't work, finally I end up getting a scannable code, I walk up to check out again and then the code disappears, the lady at check out says that the internet/data range is terrible here. She tells me to go outside of the store to load the code, and it won't work. I end up leaving my little gift at the register and going home because I am so over it. The workers could have been more helpful or just granted the gift somehow. Unless the manager did not want to help me either then that is absolutely a low thing for bath and body works. Big time props to everyone working this holiday season. They're all literally working their tails off to fulfill not only online orders, but wrangle long lines of folks that want the in store experience. Please be kind with the staff here. I circumvented the lines by ordering from home. While the order itself takes 4 hours to fulfill, I was worried when mine wasn't ready yet. I called in to ask, & the person on the other line very kindly informed me that they were still fulfilling orders from the previous day & they were still trying to catch up. Hey, I can understand, its holiday time after all! I really appreciated the honesty of the girl I spoke to. She wasn't rude or flustered at all. It's easy to lose your cool when under pressure. She informed me it would be ready by the next day, guaranteed. So, the next day rolls in & I pick it up at the front door, no waiting. I was elated to get my Black Friday goodies!! So yes. The man working at the front, with the long, unkempt hair, approached one employee. Both looked at me suspiciously. This review is for their key holder Juliet. 0/10 I went in to purchase 3 gifts (pineapple gloves). They only had two and when I asked for a third she seemed annoyed and took it out from the back in a box. I asked if I could take it like that because I'm shipping it out as a gift, she said no with a bit of an attitude but I let it go. The cashier seemed embarrassed and told me she'd bubble wrap real good.. so no big deal right. Well, I notice she wraps them in paper only. When I asked her about the bubble wrap she tells me they're out! So I then asked if I could at least get the foam or something to protect the $200 globes. I soon find out that Juliet with an attitude is the manager and proceed to tell her that if they don't have bubble wrap at least give me the foam. She gives me more attitude and tells me to just call corporate since it's their policy they can only bubble wrap. I continue shopping because I forgot something. Well surprise surprise ... Juliet is talking sh*t on the floor to another employee telling her if I call I should also tell them this and that. Lucky for her, I was right behind her so she could tell me directly what she wanted me to relay to corporate. She asked me to let them know she was the key holder and her name is Juliet. This while she raised her voice at me and told me to have a nice day (you know basically kicking me out as I'm still shopping). So district manager, I know you guys review Yelp. Just wanted to relay her message and my horrible experience at this store. I expect this attitude from Walmart or any other store not Bath & Body works. Love the fact that they always have deals going and not mention all the different occasions you can buy candles, lotions, body spray, hand sanitizers, etc. The store itself has a great layout, love that anytime I've gone it's always super organized, clean and AC is on which is nice! Personally, I tend to visit there a lot during the holidays like everyone else, so be prepared to wait at checkout during peek holidays. Appreciate the great wrapping and packaging they do when wrapping up candles so they don't break. Just recently I missed the $9.95 wicked candles because server was on OVERLOAD which totally socked! I usually stock up for my year round gift giving. BUT,that didn't stop me from getting hand soaps for $3.95 and earning 4 free gifts. SO BODY scrubs and night light, it was!! Hey,at the end of the day,my gift giving was all COVID-19 conscious. This Pandemic has us all fragile and we need a lil pick me up with the scents they offer,why not splurge a lil. If I need to wash my hands,why not make it a scent that will give me joy! So with that in mind ordering 25 hand soaps was a bit overkill,but I again will need these eventually for year round. This store is open during the pandemic. It's a small store with a great selection. They greet you as you walk in and hand you a paper bag. They aren't using the mesh bags at the moment. An employee will approach you to let you know of any promotions going on or to ask if you need assistance but they are not pushy about it at all. Pretty much all of the employees that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I suggest signing up for their rewards program because they're always sending out coupons and free items. This is a great place to shop at if you're looking for bulk items because they pretty much have year round deals going on whether it be lotions, hand soaps or sanitizers. They have a sample of pretty much everything so you can find the perfect scent for you. They even have sinks so you can try out the soaps. They offer gift bags & ribbons to gift items. I ordered my stuff online and then my "free gift" coupon disappeared, which is fine but kind of disappointing. When I come into the store , which is really far from my house, the girl goes "did you get a confirmation number?" Which I didn't so I assumed that it wasn't ready (I pickup from a lot of stores) but instead of telling me a solution or when it will be ready, she just tells me nobody has picked it up yet. Mind you, I had three things. I saw a lot of orders that they had, and I've been working in customer service for 8 years so I understand the stress. It's just frustrating when you drive far for something that's probably going to be ready when I drive back home. Leah provided excellent customer service with her thorough knowledge of the various scents that Bath & Bodyworks offers. I expressed my disappointment in Bath&Bodyworks with their discontinuation of their men's "Freshwater" scent. Leah was then very informative in walking me through the other scents that they carry. (Thankfully they brought back Freshwater as of TODAY!) I'm generally not a candle guy, but she even managed to talk me into buying one of their candles. She also opened my eyes into the world of aromatherapy scents - ended up buying one bottle of the stress relief oil mist, lol. Truly thankful for her presence & helpful spirit! This is a convenient location. The parking is ample. There is very rarely a crowd. I don't think that I have ever seen more than three people here. The lack of human kindness is shocking. My phone died and my car battery died and I asked for the manager to call my mom and she looked at me like I was trash and said no. These are the only scented lotions I use and they are always coming out with different scents. Some of my favorite are Thousand Wishes, Paris, Beautiful Day and Warm Sugar Vanilla!! The candles are definitely the best. They smell up the whole house and last a long time!! I love the large three wick ones. They run promotions where it's two for $20-$24. They are definitely worth buying if you love to have your room or home smelling nice. The service here has always been great. Every time I walk in I'm asked if I have questions or need help. I love that every time I purchase something I get a $10 off coupon for my next visit, so I'm always saving. If not always they have their body washes, body sprays, lotions on sale for buy 3 get 3 free. Awesome deal to have. The candles are the best candles around. They smell up the whole house and last a long time. And the best part is if you don't like it you can take it back and switch it out as long as it's at least half full. Most of the time they have a deal for 2 for $24 which is really good. The soaps they have are amazing. They smell so good and guests at my house always want to know where I got it. There's only one reason I'm giving this place one star. I looked up at the ceiling while I was waiting for my wife to pick out some hand soaps in the chaos of the killer sale they had going on and that's when I noticed the filth. Just thick layers of dust all over some hooks that they have all over the ceiling, and there's no reason for it other than poor management and/or laziness. I attached some pics.
