Absolutely do NOT hire this company. They took advantage of me during a stressful time and showed zero accountability when I tried to address the issue. I hired them to pump my septic tank before selling my home. Instead of a straightforward service, they pushed unnecessary upgrades--selling me new tank caps for over $1,000--and then turned around and said I might need a whole new tank. If a new tank was even on the table, why sell me expensive caps that would be useless? Their initial fee was nearly triple what other companies charge, and the inspection report they provided was vague and filled with "unknown" comments. Then wanted to charge $1500 just to come out to find out what was wrong when that's what I paid $900 for in the first place. They didn't even properly inspect the property. Worse, they added misleading information to the report, likely thinking I wouldn't notice but was pointed out by a second eye. Their own photos proved their report wrong. I had a gut feeling something was wrong, so I brought in a second company for a second opinion--and they confirmed all my suspicions. To be absolutely sure, I brought in a third independent company, and they echoed the same findings that they scammed me, That speaks volumes. I was assured by both companies they were fooling me and to do something about it because it's pretty drastic and sad. Thankfully, I saved over $20,000 by going with a more honest and reputable company. But I'm writing this to warn others: these people prey on what you don't know and use fear tactics to upsell. It's a commission-driven operation that prioritizes profit over integrity. Save yourself the stress and money--hire a small, trustworthy local company instead. This is an HONEST company with truly qualified and professional technicians. Read about our WONDERUL experience with Priority Pumping ..... Dustin and Tim provided our service and went above and beyond ..... After pumping the tank, it at first appeared to them that the baffle at the top of the tank was damaged and would require replacement. DANG... that would be an expensive repair and would need to be done another day. Shit, the pun intended. They worked hard to get us able to function in the mean time, which was a lot of work in itself. But they just weren't willing to leave if they could get at least a band-aid fix for us. In the process, they discovered that the baffle wasn't broken, just blocked by a chunk of the old cement around the tank that had become lodged there! They removed it and we needed nothing else. We were so impressed by the fact that they didn't take advantage of our situation and just say "Well, you need a $2,000.00 repair" and spent the extra time and effort to make CERTAIN this was necessary. Dustin is a true Southern gentleman... I haven't been called "Ma'am" that many times in a day in my life. Both were polite, considerate, skilled and professional. Good job, guys! read more

Before contacting TKS and talking to Tonya, I called five other companies which were either unreasonably priced or too busy and did not even offer to work us into their schedule. Calling approximately at 5pm,Tanya was able to work us into their schedule for the very next day. Jerry came to our rescue to pump our septic tank. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and an all around good guy to work with. Sorry that you had to lift our heavy, heavy cement lids which leads me to our next TKS service of putting in risers. Our tank lids were approximately 2' below dirt level. Jerry took photos with measurements and sent them to Tonya to get a quote. Ryan and Jiggy came for the riser installation. Like Jerry, they were knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and funny. If loving your septic team is wrong, I don't want to be right. TKS Contracting, you guys are absolute life savers! After another company screwed up our installation so badly our house backed up and sh!t literally started coming out of our drains. It was horrifying. And of course happened the day my family came to town to visit! TKS was here within 30 minutes and spent the entire day painstakingly tracking and uncovering the issue and then thoughtfully fixing it and making our system work the way it was intended. They educated me along the way and worked tirelessly to get it done. They left my backyard in such unbelievably good shape, it was hard to recall the amount of dirt they had dug out earlier in the day. I could not recommend this company more. They are simply amazing. When I needed my leach field replaced, I called several companies & after talking to Tanya, I decided to go with TKS contracting. Tanya seemed very knowledgeable on the phone & knew exactly what I was talking about. She even took the time to pull up the county records within minutes & knew exactly what system I had & what was required by the county for a replacement system. No other company did that. I called on a Thursday & the job began Monday. The workers, Johnny, Kyle & Noah were very knowledgeable & kept me very informed. By Tuesday morning they were completely done & they even took a tree down for me that was close to the new pit. Their price was also the best estimate I received out of six other quotes, by far. Called them to pump out and inspect my septic tank. The technician Isaac was on time.(actually early. He had all of the equipment needed to do the job. He pumped out my tank, inspected the system and checked for proper operation. He informed me of the slight deficiency I had with my system and educated me on how my antiquated system was set up and how it works. he let me know what I needed to keep this system in operation and did not try to upsell. Had them pump my septic tank that had not been pumped in years. They had to dig to find the large port that prior company could not find. The job was very thorough and the price was very reasonable. They then came back and installed a riser to make future maintenance much easier. All this for less than other companies wanted for just the digging and pumping.
