This is a popular Home Goods/TJ Maxx hybrid store in Chesterfield Town Center. I primarily shopped on the Home Goods side during my visit, and bought a cute pet costume for my cat plus a huge stuffed cat with stuffed Christmas lights strung around it for myself. They had a wide variety of quality items in stock and plenty that were fall specific. The TJ Maxx side had an okay selection but nothing popped out at me. I always spend too much moolah here! Lol! But everything at Home Goods is aesthetically appealing and I can't resist! They have the store organized beautifully. I saw so many employees straightening shelves and racks. I left with several gorgeous Bohemian Czech wine glasses, Portuguese teacups, and 1/2 dozen cozy, chic pillows! Their pillow selection is unrivaled. Time to spruce my living room and den with these modern with a vintage twist pillows! I stocked up on pantry goods and containers! Great inventory of kitchen ware!! I also bought some tea, candies, nuts and other gourmet foods! I also coveted the furniture there and may go back for a couple occasional chairs! My bff and I kinda went nuts at this amazing store! Shout out to Janelle, a cashier who helped me cover my pillows before we headed to the car in the pouring rain! These combined stores are amazing! It's no secret how good it is. I love that I can find everything in one place: clothes, purses, shoes, and all the home décor my heart desires. There's always something new and exciting every time I go, and the prices make it easy to treat myself without going overboard. I love this home goods. I am in here at least once a week window shopping. They have a huge selection of beddings, accent furnitures, and endless home decor. I called this morning about putting something on hold because I was shown by a relative that these hello kitty blankets were available. I was on the phone with associate Calynn. She lied and tried to tell me they didn't have any more of the blankets, which is weird because it was fully stocked. She then went on to say that I was trying to "resell" them. This is a really good Homegoods. I am always back and forth between this one and the Short Pump one. They rarely have the same things furniture-wise. This one tends to have more wall art, mirrors and odd statement pieces. The line at this one also moves pretty quickly despite it almost always being long. Longer than Short Pump because it's also the TJ Maxx line. read more

This is a very nice and super clean Home Goods. It's connected to TJMAXX next door and the mall through the back of the store. I found the selection of clothing and home goods much better than at my local TJmaxx and MUCH MUCH more organized. They also had a ton of holiday decor for Halloween which I loved! I had to force myself not to look at the furniture but it was very reasonably priced. I went in for some candles and walked out $120 later LOL. Check it out! read more

I love this store. The staff are so nice...and patient. Never an argument. Great store policies and items for sale. I have to be more careful of food I buy as I had cancer years ago. Because of Homegoods I'm able to purchase things like powdered greens, and other really healthy stuff at a reasonable price. Displays are good too. I just don't like that customers at times open cosmetics boxes: so not nice. read more

This Home goods is attached to TJ Maxx & it's in the mall so can we say convenient? They even have a specialty food section. I could spend an entire Saturday & paycheck here... Back in October of last year, the wife and I bought a new house -- conceivably, the house that we will reside in for the better part of the next 20 years (if not longer), and this new house is approximately 2x the size of our last house. While we absolutely LOVE the house, it has left us in the somewhat precarious situation of having a LOT of rooms/space to decorate and NOT a lot of fungible income to do so. Oi! Enter HomeGoods, my home away from home for most weekends ever since. HomeGoods is part of the TJX companies (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post) and is the home decor arm of their brands. It follows the same structural model as TJ Maxx and Marshalls where their buyers essentially feast on closeout items from a wide variety of name brand stores, then turn around and sell the same items at a DEEPLY discounted rate. What I love the best about HomeGoods is the wide spectrum of items they carry, everything from bath mats to lamps, toilet paper holders to pet beds, chaise lounges to decorative mirrors, all at a pretty incredible price (relative to retail, anyway). We have easily spent hundreds of dollars here since the move and several rooms in our home were almost exclusively sourced from here. Love. This. Place. The only catch is to thoroughly inspect your item(s) for defects, imperfections, or damage before you buy -- after all, there is a reason why someone hadn't bought it before you. That aside, the main detractor from from 5 Stars for me (possibly unfair, but still a frustration) is that the business model that HomeGoods uses yields WILDLY unpredictable fruits to the shopper. We have a long, and seemingly ever-growing, list of things that we need for the house, but it is impossible to set a goal of crossing those items off on a single trip -- the double-edged sword is that the inventory here turns over multiple times in a single week, so like Forrest said, "You never know what you are gonna get." Some days, it's in and out in 10 minutes, others, we sink a whole afternoon (and a significant amount of money) here. It took me a while to get comfortable with that reality, and my wife is still working on getting comfortable with our home not fully furnished after 7 months, but the truth is, HomeGoods is a great value and a great way to spend an afternoon. read more

Ahhh Home Goods. Love stores like this. I actually try to avoid it a little, because I will get carried away in here!! They have everything you need for your home, such as linens, housewares, storage options, etc. etc. etc.! The styles and selection of items are great. They always have cute (and trendy) patterns. The prices are ok, I can't say I've found a super great deal, but they aren't too pricey. The place is usually fairly busy every time I go. I think its a favorite for a lot of people! :) read more

FYI, this location is split with TJ Maxx instead of a stand alone Home Goods. Kinda small in comparison.

Didn't care too much for this store. Alot of odds and ends that could've been at Fivebelow or Walmart. The fact an associate tried to run me over pretending to do her job pissed me off. I was already walking in pain and to be judged as a potential thief had me really boiling(we know when being followed around). The last I checked money still the same color, even when we're not. I'm just saying. I rather take the risk and shop from home. read more

This is like a Marshalls or Ross or TJ max. They carry items at a lower price than are overstock or overbuy free m big box stores. However, I frequented Sawgrass Mills in Florida (Sunrise) and they have better prices and a better selection. This store is a mess! I went to look for a cover to my cell phone case and I found one for 7.99. If you don't mind some chaos and hunting for a bargain then this place is for you. However, if you like your merchandise consistent and neat and hunting throws you off or wears you down, avenue is this place. read more
