I came across Na Nin while looking for…read morea specific item and stumbled upon their website, and was so surprised to find that it was right in my neighborhood. During the COVID-times, they are taking appointment only to allow for private 1:1 shopping. Angelica took my temperature and provided me with hand sanitizer before entering. Everything was squeaky clean and the hinoki candle that was burning smelled amazing even through my mask (they create their in-house brand clothing in California, and perfumery right here in Richmond)! They also sell vintage items on the website and Instagram, which seem to sell instantly online. The vintage pieces are not available in store, but you can order them online for local store pick up to avoid shipping fee. Once in a while they offer discounts so be on the lookout for it on social media. I was able to try on a few items and really loved everything. The items are certainly more on the expensive side (starting around ~$150 for items like pants) but it feels good to know that I am shopping for classic staples that are meant to last for years. I have my eyes on their sweatsuit set, I'm going to have to save up and come back for them!

My recent purchase of wonderfully crafted finger puppets. They are amazing and so cute. They are going into an Easter Basket! My previous purchase of a beautiful swimsuit and Sarong, excellent as well. Such great quality and the selection at Na Nin is wonderful. I know I am getting great value when I shop there. The Na Nin person I'm talking about has longer brown hair and a son. She helps me find things for myself and my Granddaughter. Great ideas for us! Na Nin is a terrific addition to the Bon Air neighborhood. Thanks for opening a store here, I'm going to visit your Addison store one day too! Thank you so much!! Kris H.

While Brett, the owner, has beautiful things to sell, so do many other stores. What has made me a loyal customer, and what sets this shop apart from others, is the integrity with which Brett does business. Whether it's a repair of a piece of high-value jewelry, or a purchase, I can trust Brett's expertise, professionalism & fair pricing. Brett's customer service is amazing - he even delivered a necklace my daughter bought from him to a restaurant, where we were having a family dinner celebration, so that my daughter, who was returning to her home in Dallas the next morning, could take it with her. He was modifying its length for her and it wasn't quite ready by closing time. Who does that? Brett! I've been delighted to recommend Needful Things and More to my friends!

I have been going to this jewelry store since it opened and always enjoyed my visits. However,…read moretwice recently I have run into an employee whose name I cannot recall. She has a wealth of tattoos and is blonde. She made me feel unwelcome the first time that I dealt with her and I thought perhaps she was just having a bad day. Unfortunately I went in again today and was not asking for anything out of the ordinary, but was treated almost rudely by her. Because of her attitude I mentioned that I can always go to other jewelry stores. And she suggested that I do that. This is certainly not my idea of acceptable customer service. This is such a shame because the woman who makes the jewelry is delightful and the pieces they have there are wonderful. Nevertheless, until I know this clerk isn't there any longer, or I can figure out when she's not working, I will not darken the door.
