The other one had gotten fungus gnats, so they re-potted it. They not only sell plants, but help nurse any plants you have back to health. They don't just have plants and supplies in their shop, they have lots of other non-plant items that are great as gifts. I also purchased a journal from them. They have a cute coffee cart and outdoor seating area in the front, and have different events they produce. Really building a community around their shop.

From the very beginning, she had a terrible attitude and seemed visibly annoyed that I didn't have my physical receipts and that she had to look up the transactions for a few items. It wasn't a large number of returns, and I certainly didn't expect to be treated poorly simply because she had to do a little extra work. What made the interaction even more bizarre was her unnecessary and completely out-of-context comments, including mentioning that she was the daughter of a lawyer. I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish by bringing that up. Was it supposed to intimidate me? It was completely irrelevant and incredibly unprofessional. Throughout the entire interaction, she kept going back and forth with me in an unnecessarily confrontational and awkward manner, all in front of my child. Her behavior made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don't know what her issue was that day, but customers should not have to deal with this kind of attitude, especially when simply trying to make a return. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy, none of which I experienced from Kimberly. Hobby Lobby management should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
