Chase was great - he thought he would need to charge a fee for figuring out what is going on. But he did not charge the fee as he was able to figure out it was a hardware issue. I was visiting from out of town so he ordered parts that arrived within the week. He installed the new keyboard and suggested ways to protect the keyboard so that this would not happen again.
