Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

What's great is that Wil gave us a price for everything so we wouldn't have to buy the equipment elsewhere. Everything came out super clean, organized, and professionally done. You can tell Wil knows his stuff! All wires were hidden in wall and everything was perfectly lined up and leveled. I hired him thinking I'll help a small business owner instead of BestBuy. I trusted him due to his connection with a real estate networking group out of Brea. He has put me and my family at risk by not finishing the installation of the internet networking equipment that I had purchased. Over $700 that he owes me and the hassle of chasing him down. HPlease don't put yourself into that situation. Here are some pics of messages between us with proof. Also please read some reviews where he has don't this to other people, I didn't bother doing that. How can he sleep at night.

This team was great in visiting my property to assess the issue and labor required, provided a competitive quote, thought through the strategy on how to best address my needs and then executed quickly and cleanly on the job. They did not have to destroy the drywall to route the coax and were in and out in a manner of 3-4 hours. I now get close to 500 mbps in the office compared to the 10-20 I was getting through WiFi alone.

SCE came out and said the wiring behind the meter was damaged and overheating. We were afraid of it catching fire, plus we had people coming over that night and we didn't have power in the kitchen and half the house. I called a few electricians, but none of them could come out right away. And then I found Ramon. He came out in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. The job was more involved than what he originally thought, but the price stayed the same and he finished in a few hours. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. The SCE guy insisted on checking the work we had done because he was skeptical that it would be adequate. He checked everything and quickly left, saying the work was done perfectly. Thank you, Ramon, for saving our day!
