I've been here now several times for a mani-pedi. The massage chairs are great. Tina has been the one to give my service each time (after the first, I've requested her) her pedicure is great. She spends a good amount of time on each foot, and gives good massage. My polish has always lasted until my next appointment. For my mani, I usually get regular polish, but this last time I got gel. I'm at two weeks now and not a single chip! My cuticles are still looking great as well. Will continue going to this place for sure! read more

It is a wonderful 2 hour experience, for pedicures they give you a nice scrub and massage on your legs and feet and can do really nice designs on your toes. They have a large selection of nail polish and always has a new collection of OPI for you to choose from. For the gel nail fill they are also able to put designs on your nails. Hollywood nails does a good job with painting my nails however my experience last time was unreal. One of the nail stylists spent way much longer than usual on a pretty slow morning doing my nails because she would not get off her phone (1.5 hours). I sat down in the chair in front of her after being asked to and i waited 10 min for her to start because she was texting and calling people (her friends i assume). Throughout my appointment she would stop doing my nails to put headphones in and text and call people. I want to return but unfortunately don't think i can. Helping customers should be the first priority and being busy on your phone while being helped is not a good impression read more

This place has gone downhill. I got a pedicure and she was disinfecting the tools with a spray bottle full of alcohol. I asked her what was in the green bottle. And not all the tools she used on me were sprayed. Are you kidding me? It should come out fresh from the sanitizing machine they have. I pray I don't get foot fungus. I have been going here for years. Typically, I come in the morning when they first open. Perhaps, at the start of the day the tools are sanitized properly and after just lightly sprayed in between appointments . It could be a possibility that it was properly sanitized from machine and placed in the roller drawer box. But then why spray sanitizer/ alcohol on it? Also, I don't feel like it makes sense to remove it from a sanitizing machine just to let it sit in a drawer box full of non sanitized items. It would defeat the purpose of sanitizing if that was the case. Only reason I have been coming here is because I thought they properly sanitized. I also enjoyed the massage chair that now doesn't work properly, the foot and leg scrub massage, the lotion massage, the hot stone massage and the hot towel. Will never go back. Not worth the little extra pampering if the tools are not sanitized. The amount of infections they can come from infected tools, they should know better. read more

My first nail experience in Canada. I used to do acrylics all the time in Texas. I just came in and wanted a simple manicure with polish. They of course tried to upsell me on the benefits of the gel nails which were another $15 on top of a $20 mani. After some deliberation I decided to give it a whirl as I've never done it before and I was assured that the polish would last close to 3 weeks. Another patron even showed me her freshly polished gel nails. She said she was a regular and that they do good work. I have to say that I was not 100% satisfied with results. The service was fine but it has only been a few days and already some of the polish has chipped off the edge of a nail and my cuticles aren't doing so well. I ended up paying $38 because they charge tax on credit card payments. I have to say that as someone that used to have acrylics done for $20 I wasn't that enthused. I would probably go back to this salon as it is very close by and the ladies were nice, even if they did rarely speak to me in English. read more

The massage chairs are excellent. I usually get a manicure and pedicure at the same time. It usually comes to about $50 for french tips and and extra 20 for gel. I recommend paying with cash, they usually give you a bit of a better price. Parking is limited, although it can be cheap, the ambiance could use a few updates. From what I have noticed most of the polish they use is China Glaze. read more

I've had 2 pedicures here now. Pretty quick and attentive. No muss no fuss. The massage chairs are comfy, but they don't show you how to use them unless you ask. Great colour selection, but take your own tools because they don't seem to use an autoclave. And the massage to the legs and feet is standard. $30. read more

I stopped going to this place due to them failing to re-do my gel nails which, for reasons unbeknownst to me, turned from a light pink to yellow! Looked terrible! They upsold me on the benefits of gel nails, and told me they would re-do them if they did not work out. However, when I returned, they woulod not live up to this promise, even though I had been going there for several years and referring friends there. I called and booked an appointment for the same day. I arrived on time but had to wait about 20 mins. The spa is really busy which is always a good sign and I wasn't disappointed. They did a great job on my mani-pedi and I didn't feel rushed. If you're going on a weekend expect it to be busy! I'll definitely be back. read more

I did a full set of acrylic nails with some nail arts on a Saturday and it turned out that I got one of the nails broken within 24 hours, probably about 12 hours after my nails done. And I was not able to fix that at their place the following day as they close on Sundays. So I need to go to somewhere else in Richmond to get it done. It was not a happy experience. read more

I would literally give them 0 stars if it were an option. My appointment was at 2:45 and they were busy when I walked in so I was told to sit down. I sat there twiddling my thumbs for 5 min before they even brought out my colour options. It was 3:15 when they came up and asked me which colour I would like and I finally asked how much longer it would be. The lady was like "10 more min(?)" and I said "um, I've been waiting 30 min already" and unapologetically, she said "oh yeah?". "Oh yeah"?? I've been working in customer service for over 5 years now and my first response would have been an apology. Especially when telling a customer she would have to wait another 10 min AFTER already waiting half an hour for her APPOINTMENT. I went there because it was close to my home and I was in a rush to get my nails done. It was the BIGGEST mistake of my life. Their style is outdated and wasn't even worth the wait. the place is so disorganized. they book people and don't write down and leave only one person in the store to handle customers. when you walk in, they first accept you until another customer walks and says oh I have an appointment this time, then another one comes in and says oh I have an appointment too... they ask the other person to come the next day. no body knows what they are doing. the owner is nice and is really good at with what she is doing but not professional at all. when I walked in the store today, I was the only one, no one was there accept the owner. she got me seated and was just about to start somebody walked in and then another person after that ... the women who work here talk about you in another language, and expect you not to know. i know several customers here that have had the same incident. not to mention they don't do a very good job on your nails, it looks gloomy and gross. the staff are rude. they don't have a large selection of nail polish, like gel, the polish is also poor quality. don't waste your money here. read more
