Really disappointed last week, i went to get my usual gels nails. After 2 days my nails chipped and started turning yellow since Jenny used her "prep for broken nail" but the product was old. Any how i have been going to this place for almost 7 yrs not once have i complained or requested anything be fix. i show up to ask if my nails can be fixed, well first she wanted to charge me to fix my nails i asked " you're going to charge me" she said fine get a color, but the whole time while painting them again she kept saying how it wasnt her fault, how it was my nails cause they were weak , or broken or my nails made it turn yellow! My gels usually last 3/4 weeks, and i felt so bad i was not asking for a free service or showed up 2 weeks later to get it redone, it was 2 days! Anyhow i will not be returning and its really disappointing because i never thought id be treated this way. read more

My little go to place for mani and pedi in the valley. The staff are alway so sweet and friendly. There's a good amount of workers so wait time normally isn't too crazy. They do take appointments which is very helpful. Plenty of parking in the parking lot out back. There also some street parking in the front off of Burbank blvd. One side is the massage chair for the spa pedicures and the opposite is the mani counter. You can also get a duo done while you're getting your pedicure. They have a pretty massive selection of colors along two walls where the waiting area is. I believe waxing is offered as well. This visit was for 2 pedicure and a gel manicure. I normally stick to classic manicure but as I wanted something to last a bit longer, gel would do the trick. Service is alway great. I've had a few people worked on me prior and it's alway been great. Everyone is great at what they do. When you sit, a bottle of waiter is brought out to you. Massage chairs are great and nice while just sitting there. Price wise is reasonable. It's a no fuss place where they have all their regulars. This visit we didn't have an appointment and walked in but was served right away. read more

The cleanest and prettiest manicure I have gotten in a long time. I can't do gel manicure because of work so it's always hard to find a place that does regular manicure with the same precision but Jenny nailed it. The place is clean, parking is easy and my manicure was $26. Highly recommend and I think I found my new spot! read more

Found this nail salon based on Yelp reviews so felt it's only fair to post one myself. This place is great! We moved to the valley last summer and after months of commuting back to my old nail place on the westside I realized it made sense to find a place closer to home. I tried a few spots before discovering Holiday Nails and SO glad I found them! Color selection is great - tons of OPI polishes (gel and regular), very clean, easy parking and overall a great mani/pedi. The staff is also very nice and does a fantastic job. Called last minute for a pedicure. Were able to see me right away on a weekday morning. They had a few other customers at the same time, so it wasn't completely dead. I've been here once before for gel mani/pedi and was happy with the polite service so returned again. This time, a nice man did my pedi. Returning for my second visit, my pedi/gel manicure last over 2+weeks. Jenny is welcoming and attentive to everyone as soon as you walk in. Offers plenty color options, detailed when filing nails, makes sure you are pleased with color choice. Nail shop is clean, sanitized closed package of clipper set, white cleaned towels, and convenient parking rear side building. I told her that other places almost always cut into my skin while cutting my cuticles (another reason I hesitate going to nail salons). She was super gentle and meticulous and did not cause any pain!! My new favorite nail salon in the area! Lowkey spot but my nail artist was sooo incredibly thorough and gentle. Perfect shape and cuticle work--I've been traumatized with too aggressive cuticle cutting at other nail salons, but she was so gentle with it. I came in on a Monday around 4:30 PM and no one was being serviced. Jenny gave me a warm greeting. She was very sweet and took her time with my manicure. They do not offer any acrylic services so she charged me $15 to remove the acrylic. Jenny moved quickly but still provided quality service. read more

I finally found a place where they truly care about your nails! Daniel did my manicure and was an absolute perfectionist--my nails have never looked better. Tina did my pedicure and was just as amazing. They both took their time, especially with my cuticles, and made sure everything was super clean and precise. The color came out perfect! They had space for a walk in and went in for a gel mani. It was efficient (painless) and the service was wonderful. I went in at noon and I loved that it felt calm. Looking forward to going again. Waited one week to write this review in order to show the quality of the regular mani and pedi I recurved. Julie did my hands and Na did my toes. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday early afternoon. I just called a few minutes before and they were available immediately. I should also mention that they were able to do my toes and hands at the same time. This place felt like a calming nail salon that I haven't been able to find again since Covid started and I'm so happy to find a place in my neighborhood I love. Cash preferred. I'll be back soon holiday nails! I parked on the street, but Julie mentioned there being parking in the back. I've been coming here for the last few months and it's so wonderful! Popped in here last minute for a pedi and they took me right away. Gave me a cold small bottle of water (it was 100 degrees out) so that was greatly appreciated and they gave me a very nice spa pedi. The usual foot/leg massage was very good, the nail guy did my polish very well and overall I liked it very much. I will be back, especially since I can walk here from my place. ;) $16 for the pedi. Parking is on the street. Update!! Still loving my local nail salon after all these years. Jenny the owner is great. Came in for pedi, walked right in on a Saturday. Upgrade to the callus remover for $8, it's worth it! Tip: There is plenty of parking in the back in the lot! read more

But I decided to come back and give this spot another chance and unfortunately I had a bad experience. Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

I asked for water, and they brought it in a regular glass mug--something I found concerning for hygiene reasons. At a nail salon, it would be much safer and more sanitary to provide bottled water or disposable cups for customers. My Gel pedicure was done very quickly less t 30 minutes it felt rushed. The cuticles weren't properly trimmed, and the nails weren't deep-cleaned, which is unusual compared to other gel pedicures I've had that usually take 45-60 minutes. My Gel mani was similar- the nail polish had to be applied and removed several times, made it seem like the nail technician might not have been very experienced. Again, cuticles weren't addressed, and the process felt hurried. The salon itself is beautiful, and the aesthetic is lovely, but the service left me disappointed. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, and instead it felt rushed and just awkward vibes.

Unfortunately, they didn't perform the full treatment--they skipped the paraffin portion entirely--but still charged me full price. If a service isn't fully provided, customers shouldn't be charged as though it was. Between the lack of cleanliness, the poor-quality manicure, and being charged for a service that wasn't completely performed, I left feeling like I didn't receive what I paid for. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

My mom and I had never been here before and decided to try it out. We both got pedicures and manicures done. My mom recently had a stroke leaving her unable to walk on her own and hardly speak. When we were first walking into the shop, all the workers kept staring at my mom. We didn't get a "welcome" or even a simple "hello", the owner just straight asked my mom "what happened to you" and my mom had said that she had a stroke then the owner asks "wow you're so young, how old are you" and so my mom had turned to me so that I could tell the lady her age because my moms memory is not all there. I told the owner her age and she looks at my mom and says "you really don't know your own age?". They did a great job with our nails, but the questions and side comments about my mom were very disrespectful and rude. The whole time, my mom looked uncomfortable and that's not okay. If you're not going to treat everyone equally and make disabled people feel uncomfortable, then maybe you shouldn't have a running business. read more

This nail salon was a great find. The prices are fantastic ($39 for gel mani/regular pedi is unbeatable!). The salon is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly! No need to request a particular technician, they all do a great job! The color selection is awesome, and they are always there to help guide you when selecting a color (telling you how it will look on your nail, which ones they think look best, etc). They always remember me when I come in, which is nice. I call day of for an appt, and there's never an issue. That's perfect with my work schedule. I'm so glad I found Holiday Nails! read more

Every time me and my friend make an appointment and come in on time we end up still waiting 30 minutes to get started.. the point of appointments are to be seated on time or atleast within 5 minutes.. not only that but when you tell the manager Jennifer "jenny" instead of her being kind and understanding our frustration she just gives attitude and says if you don't like it then don't come here.. very very rude and unprofessional lady. I will never go back to this place again they have no customer service qualities. And almost all of them don't speak English. Horrible service! read more

This is my favorite nail spot in the valley. I've been coming here for at least two years and love my nails every single time! I get a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure, I think I've seen everyone that works here and they all do an awesome job. The place is nice and clean, they always greet you with a cold water and are very friendly. Was excited to find one close and convenient! Gel french Mani chipped off the same day because they had done a sloppy job, the Gel has touched skin so it very easily just chipped off. By 3rd day... It was totally messed up... Pedicure was cut way too short, uneven, and color chipped off same day as well. Im guessing the products are old... My nail tech was Jenny! Pros: sanitary.
