Really disappointed last week, i went to get my usual gels nails. After 2 days my nails chipped and started turning yellow since Jenny used her "prep for broken nail" but the product was old. Any how i have been going to this place for almost 7 yrs not once have i complained or requested anything be fix. i show up to ask if my nails can be fixed, well first she wanted to charge me to fix my nails i asked " you're going to charge me" she said fine get a color, but the whole time while painting them again she kept saying how it wasnt her fault, how it was my nails cause they were weak , or broken or my nails made it turn yellow! My gels usually last 3/4 weeks, and i felt so bad i was not asking for a free service or showed up 2 weeks later to get it redone, it was 2 days! Anyhow i will not be returning and its really disappointing because i never thought id be treated this way. read more

My little go to place for mani and pedi in the valley. The staff are alway so sweet and friendly. There's a good amount of workers so wait time normally isn't too crazy. They do take appointments which is very helpful. Plenty of parking in the parking lot out back. There also some street parking in the front off of Burbank blvd. One side is the massage chair for the spa pedicures and the opposite is the mani counter. You can also get a duo done while you're getting your pedicure. They have a pretty massive selection of colors along two walls where the waiting area is. I believe waxing is offered as well. This visit was for 2 pedicure and a gel manicure. I normally stick to classic manicure but as I wanted something to last a bit longer, gel would do the trick. Service is alway great. I've had a few people worked on me prior and it's alway been great. Everyone is great at what they do. When you sit, a bottle of waiter is brought out to you. Massage chairs are great and nice while just sitting there. Price wise is reasonable. It's a no fuss place where they have all their regulars. The cleanest and prettiest manicure I have gotten in a long time. I can't do gel manicure because of work so it's always hard to find a place that does regular manicure with the same precision but Jenny nailed it. The place is clean, parking is easy and my manicure was $26. Highly recommend and I think I found my new spot! read more

Called last minute for a pedicure. Were able to see me right away on a weekday morning. They had a few other customers at the same time, so it wasn't completely dead. I've been here once before for gel mani/pedi and was happy with the polite service so returned again. This time, a nice man did my pedi. Found this nail salon based on Yelp reviews so felt it's only fair to post one myself. This place is great! We moved to the valley last summer and after months of commuting back to my old nail place on the westside I realized it made sense to find a place closer to home. I tried a few spots before discovering Holiday Nails and SO glad I found them! Color selection is great - tons of OPI polishes (gel and regular), very clean, easy parking and overall a great mani/pedi. The staff is also very nice and does a fantastic job. I told her that other places almost always cut into my skin while cutting my cuticles (another reason I hesitate going to nail salons). She was super gentle and meticulous and did not cause any pain!! Offers plenty color options, detailed when filing nails, makes sure you are pleased with color choice. My new favorite nail salon in the area! Lowkey spot but my nail artist was sooo incredibly thorough and gentle. Perfect shape and cuticle work--I've been traumatized with too aggressive cuticle cutting at other nail salons, but she was so gentle with it. She was patient letting me try different colors on and finding the perfect combo (two coats funny bunny and two coats of a baby blue). Will 100p be back! I came in on a Monday around 4:30 PM and no one was being serviced. Jenny gave me a warm greeting. She was very sweet and took her time with my manicure. They do not offer any acrylic services so she charged me $15 to remove the acrylic. Jenny moved quickly but still provided quality service. read more

I finally found a place where they truly care about your nails! Daniel did my manicure and was an absolute perfectionist--my nails have never looked better. Tina did my pedicure and was just as amazing. They both took their time, especially with my cuticles, and made sure everything was super clean and precise. The color came out perfect! Waited one week to write this review in order to show the quality of the regular mani and pedi I recurved. Julie did my hands and Na did my toes. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday early afternoon. I just called a few minutes before and they were available immediately. I should also mention that they were able to do my toes and hands at the same time. This place felt like a calming nail salon that I haven't been able to find again since Covid started and I'm so happy to find a place in my neighborhood I love. Cash preferred. I'll be back soon holiday nails! I parked on the street, but Julie mentioned there being parking in the back. Popped in here last minute for a pedi and they took me right away. Gave me a cold small bottle of water (it was 100 degrees out) so that was greatly appreciated and they gave me a very nice spa pedi. The usual foot/leg massage was very good, the nail guy did my polish very well and overall I liked it very much. I will be back, especially since I can walk here from my place. ;) $16 for the pedi. Parking is on the street. Update!! Still loving my local nail salon after all these years. Jenny the owner is great. Came in for pedi, walked right in on a Saturday. Upgrade to the callus remover for $8, it's worth it! Tip: There is plenty of parking in the back in the lot! read more

They took me in for a gel mani/pedi right after work (rush time) and I was seated right away. My pedicure was clean/even and done fairly quick + a gel removal! Jenny did my French manicure and she was really checking the shape and took her time. I appreciated that because my nails were not in the best shape. Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

Hygiene of the process was questionable to me. Technician double dipped into scrubs and other products after touching my feet. After my service was done, they up charged me by $100. When I asked why, I was told my nails are medium length, therefore they charge $10 per finger. No one told me this during my service. I got plain nails done (booking was for hard gel), no design or anything extra, didn't even ask for a Russian manicure. Overall, this experience was not worth $250 before tip. The idea of a business performing services on you KNOWING they will charge higher than listed on their own booking system does not sit right with me. Word of advice to the owner: this place is so convenient yo my work, id have been my new regular spot. You just lost years worth of business over $100. To respond to the owners response: my booking was $150 for mani and pedi both. There was no discussion about any other services in person. I picked the color from the options I was presented and that's that. If your staff added services, those were not discussed with me. The lady that checked me out at the register even explained to me that the services were $100 more due to the "medium length" of my nails. Again, none of this was disclosed during the service. If that's the up charge your salon aims for, that's completely fine. But maybe disclose it to the customer and be open and honest. I felt robbed after checking out.

Unfortunately, they didn't perform the full treatment--they skipped the paraffin portion entirely--but still charged me full price. If a service isn't fully provided, customers shouldn't be charged as though it was. This also was the first time in a while getting gel X that my nails didn't burn when drying the adhesive and they're not tender when I'm using my hands/pressing against them. Pricing to me is beyond fair especially for the quality. It's been a week since my first appointment and they still look great, no polish chipping (and I do a lot with my hands), and shape is still the same and hasn't dulled. My mom and I had never been here before and decided to try it out. We both got pedicures and manicures done. My mom recently had a stroke leaving her unable to walk on her own and hardly speak. When we were first walking into the shop, all the workers kept staring at my mom. We didn't get a "welcome" or even a simple "hello", the owner just straight asked my mom "what happened to you" and my mom had said that she had a stroke then the owner asks "wow you're so young, how old are you" and so my mom had turned to me so that I could tell the lady her age because my moms memory is not all there. I told the owner her age and she looks at my mom and says "you really don't know your own age?". They did a great job with our nails, but the questions and side comments about my mom were very disrespectful and rude. The whole time, my mom looked uncomfortable and that's not okay. If you're not going to treat everyone equally and make disabled people feel uncomfortable, then maybe you shouldn't have a running business. read more

This nail salon was a great find. The prices are fantastic ($39 for gel mani/regular pedi is unbeatable!). The salon is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly! No need to request a particular technician, they all do a great job! The color selection is awesome, and they are always there to help guide you when selecting a color (telling you how it will look on your nail, which ones they think look best, etc). Every time me and my friend make an appointment and come in on time we end up still waiting 30 minutes to get started.. the point of appointments are to be seated on time or atleast within 5 minutes.. not only that but when you tell the manager Jennifer "jenny" instead of her being kind and understanding our frustration she just gives attitude and says if you don't like it then don't come here.. very very rude and unprofessional lady. I will never go back to this place again they have no customer service qualities. And almost all of them don't speak English. Horrible service! read more

This is my favorite nail spot in the valley. I've been coming here for at least two years and love my nails every single time! I get a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure, I think I've seen everyone that works here and they all do an awesome job. The place is nice and clean, they always greet you with a cold water and are very friendly. Was excited to find one close and convenient! Gel french Mani chipped off the same day because they had done a sloppy job, the Gel has touched skin so it very easily just chipped off. By 3rd day... It was totally messed up... Pedicure was cut way too short, uneven, and color chipped off same day as well. Im guessing the products are old... My nail tech was Jenny! Pros: sanitary.
