Called ahead to make an appointment and was told to walk in around 4pm. We showed up, and they asked us to come back in 30 minutes. Fine. We came back exactly when they told us to, and then they said they didn't think we'd actually return. That alone is unprofessional. What made it worse, other customers and staff were laughing about it right in front of us. Completely disrespectful. If you're going to give time slots, honor them. Horrible customer service. Today was my third time coming here, and it will definitely be my last. I came into the shop around 11 a.m. and was the first customer. I was greeted by one of the workers, and we were making casual conversation. I asked about the other technician just to keep conversation going, and she mentioned she would arrive shortly. A few minutes later, the other worker walked in. I waved and said hi, but she didn't acknowledge me at all--no greeting or response--which immediately felt unwelcoming. I was asked to move stations so the other technician could do my nails. Once she sat down, she asked for my name and questioned whether I had called on Sunday to make an appointment. I explained that I hadn't and mentioned that I had stopped by the day before as a walk-in, which I had already told the first worker. From the start, her attitude was very unpleasant. There was no conversation, no customer service. While drilling, she drilled into my skin and caused pain. When I told her it hurt, she didn't apologize or acknowledge it--just stayed silent. I asked for the cat-eye nail trend, but I didn't like how it turned out. When I expressed this, she told me she couldn't remove it and could only paint over it. After finishing, she told me the price. I paid and got up to leave. As I was leaving, there was complete silence--no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. Her mood immediately changed once she started on the next customer. Overall, the service was uncomfortable, careless, and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I won't be returning. read more

My mom and I can in for pedicures. The ladies were so nice and took really good care of us. Our treatments were so relaxing and they took their time with our treatments and didn't rush through them when other business walked into the door. LOVE Pm nails. Not only do they always find time to get me in and services done but they take such care in making sure you get the best manicure/pedicure. Everyone there does an impeccable job. I just got home from getting a pedicure (walk in). I always get nervous going to nail salons (I hate upselling pressure), but I had a really nice experience here. Everyone was nice and I was never pressured to do anything extra. That was my favorite part. The woman that greeted me asked if I wanted gel or regular polish. I said regular and she pointed to the section of regular polish for me to choose a color. I was never asked again about gel, it was so nice! The woman who did my pedicure asked if I wanted callus removal, I said no thank you and that was it, she didn't ask again. I look forward to going back! read more

I contemplated writing this review but after what I've experienced over some time at this salon, I think everyone deserves to know. I was going here for 8 months. Vivian was my tech. I saw red flags along the way but chose to ignore them bc the place is walking distance from my house, Reasonably priced and she was quick and did a good job. BUT, her rudeness and lack of professionalism seeped in soon during my time there and became unacceptable and unbearable. It was unfounded and baffling . I should've stopped going long ago. That's my fault. I kept going thinking maybe it's just me, maybe I'll give her another chance to warm up to me. But each time there was some other level of disrespect and rudeness. For absolutely no reason. I was nothing but kind and reasonable. Perhaps too much. When a customer brings you images of nail ideas that she'd like and you turn around and says "No", WTH is that? When the nail tech is frequently late, and doesn't even look at you to tell you that she's running behind, WTH is that? When she won't answer questions about nail color and yells at you for taking too much time to pick, WTH is that? She's passive aggressive and unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!! I've been to many salons (miss my last gal who moved so much!) and every tech has always been open to seeing my photos and helping me choose my design. But Vivian herself admitted "I'm lazy. I don't wanna do it". That explains it I suppose!! I guess me asking for a simple ombré from time to time was too taxing. I'd rather drive further, pay more, and have a pleasant experience at a PROFESSIONAL salon who's technicians want to service their customers the right way, than put up with attitude like that. I was really hoping to like my experience but I found myself disappointed. I was looking for a new salon closer to where I live that could offer me decent prices on my services. I was charged $100 flat for a regular pedicure as well as a gel x extension which is decent but definitely not the best rate around. I arrived on time, even slightly early for my appointment and I waited for almost an hour to be seen which I have never experienced. No one acknowledged me upon walking in, just received uncomfortable stares. During the appointment I noticed the tools the technicians were using were not being sanitized and they used an old clip board for me to set my hands on while using the uv lamp. This resulted in the plastic from the clipboard melting onto my hands which was very uncomfortable. I had nails coming off about 2 weeks after having them done and my nails underneath have never looked more damaged. Save your time and $$ and go somewhere else!!! read more
