I love this place! I was my 1st time trying sugar + bronzed. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The place is spotless! After my spray tan I was given easy instructions for aftercare. I recommend highly read more

My daughter goes here frequently to get some of their treatments, and she always seems really quite happy with their service. The staff is really wonderful, and this time it was fun to see my daughter (teenager) manage the entire payment transaction on her own (with this parent just watching on for comfort). Teenagers grow up so fast, but I digress. The entrance to this establishment is on the 2nd floor of a building, and you have to take the side stairs to get upstairs, which is quite fine -- lots of signage. I parked on the street across (on Ventura Blvd) and that was a breeze. read more

Everyone is nice! I am new to spray tanning, so they were very helpful. Now that I have tried it and my results were so good, I will definitely be back! read more

My first time trying sugar + bronzed and I love how the staff welcomes you and helps you out instantly once you come in the doors. Place is very clean. I also love how professional the staff is during the services and how comfortable they make you feel!! I totally recommend if it's your first time trying sugar waxing. They are also so knowledgeable of pre and post care for sugar waxing and they give instructions of the aftercare - what and what not to do. read more

First time visiting Sugar + Bronzed a couple weeks ago! The process was so quick and easy and I was really happy with the result ! Brogan did my spray and I appreciated her professionalism and recommendation as I was a bit nervous on the color choice and what the final result would look like. I'll def be booking again ! read more

I went to Sugar + Bronze for a tan and couldn't be happier with the results! My tan looks natural and even, and the entire staff was professional, friendly, and outgoing. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend Sugar + Bronze! read more

This wasn't my first sugaring but it was my first time here. Fatima did my sugar and she was quick & gentle. I came in with 1-2 months of hair so it definitely tugged more than usual. I'll be coming back! read more

Loved everything! Loved Sam she was so helpful and knowledgeable! Tan lasted so long!

Do not get a membership with sugared and bronzed. Their locations are lack luster and the tans do not last two weeks. It's the McDonald's of tanning especially here in LA. On top of that horrible customer service! read more

Everything!!!! The membership price. The multiple locations. The early morning and late night openings. The clean facilities with friendly associates. The well trained, licensed sugar technicians. The quick and thorough service. read more

I usually have only come here for tans but decided to try one of my credits towards a sugaring...I normally get waxed so I was really curious to see which was less painful. Winner: Sugaring, specifically with Ariana! She was so sweet and made sure to walk me through the whole process. Most importantly, she was FAST and PAINLESS! I truly was shocked when she told me we were all done?? Looked down & WOW! Defintely will be coming here now and no more hard wax, thank you Ariana! read more

Always amazing service when I come to this location! Whether it be a training day or not, each aesthetician does an amazing job. The aesthics of the shop is clean. The only suggestion is get there early because parking is sometimes a lot depending on the time of your appointment. read more

Friendly staff and great products. The shop is cute and parking is relatively easy. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: the owner responded here. There was no call or email to me. Nothing to try to make up for their total lack of service. And also, no explanation. So if I got in there at my 1pm spot... and the service took more than 20 mins...i wonder if I would even get the full thing I would be paying for. As a Studio City resident, I will be making sure my neighbors DO NOT go here. What terrible service and even worse business acumen. ----- The studio city location has terrible parking on weekends so, after being unable to find parking and then getting unable to actually find how to get upstairs, I was 10 mins late to an appointment at 1pm. I arrived and they were like "no worries, but since it's a 20 minutes sevice we will see what we can get done" Ladies... no. This is LA... being late is the standard and no business should give you half a service. This is YOUR money... and YOUR time. Never go here. Raya over the hill has better customer service, less expensive and they never tell you "we will see what we can do"... you get the service you asked for. I live 4 blocks away... you could have had 2 more subscriptions cause I was ready to get one for me and my daughter. You guys are terrible read more

I had a gift card for a spray tan and it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back again very professional

Sugared + Bronzed is it ppl!! I've never experienced the sugaring part but I've come here for years for airbrush tans. Admittedly I haven't had one since 2019 and was so glad to be able to come back to this wonderful place and experience the same level of class and quality that I've always loved about it. I've tried many airbrush tans in LA and have even been turned into a pumpkin but that's never been the case at S+B. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the airbrush artists are always very well trained and knowledgeable. I feel like at other places you have to hope you get the A team doing your tan but everyone at S+B is the A team! I love how easy it is to book online. I came last week for an upcoming Mexico wedding and ended up walking in about 30 min before my appt, just in case they could take me early. Karissa at the front desk was SO sweet and welcomed me back. She helped me get to the back within a couple min which was awesome and unexpected. She even had my credit on file from a referral years ago that I did not know went through. You get referral credits for tans or products! I've sent quite a few ppl here but make sure you follow the referral process or you won't get the credit Mariah did my tan and started by asking what I was looking for, then making a suggestion on which level I should get. She was spot on! She also kindly reminded me of the process that I had forgotten and had to keep asking questions about. My tan was beautiful and has now lasted over a week even after spending quite a bit of time in a pool. I love this place and will always come for my tans. I need to start coming more because once I get one I remember how happy they make me! Thank you S+B!! read more

My attendant was incredibly sensitive to my first time getting waxed. She made the process incredibly pleasant.

Marisol (not sure if that's how you spell her name) was amazing and super helpful! She was patient and helped answer all my questions and my tan looked great the first few days! Only downside I will say which has happened with every single tan I've ever gotten is that it will absolutely stain your clothes even days later. On day 3 i looked down at my tank top and there's bronze bleeding all over the underarms which has damaged the top. Not sure how to stain remove it? And I'm also afraid it will continue to do the same with the rest of my clothes until it's completely faded on the last day throughout this week. Only reason I didn't notice if it stained my other clothes is because I wore black for work and didn't notice anything but now I'll have to double check. Love the tan on my skin but don't love the results of the tan on my clothes. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

Very sad to be leaving this review. I have had a membership here for the better part of a year and I could not be more disappointed with many of the staff members. I have consistently been seeing a specific sugarista who is AMAZING, however they have made it increasingly more difficult to book with her. I have always been able to call and book directly but that has completely changed. Most recently they've told me that they cannot tell me when I can schedule with her and that if I would like to book with her I would have to call EVERY DAY to see if she is in and ONLY then I would be able to book her. Despite reminding them that I have always pre booked with her and also informing them that I have not had the best experience with other sugaristas at S+B.... If you book here just know that if you find someone you love here, they will not allow you to consistently book with them and will make it hard to do so. Will likely be cancelling my membership. :( read more

Wonderful service and great prices! I'll definitely come back now that I'm a member! Thanks again!

I'm so happy that I found in Sugared + Bronzed for my girl maintenance needs. I was in search for Brazilian waxing/sugaring services in the Valley area. They are reasonably priced and easily accessible. What's appealing to me is that they have a membership you can pay a set price monthly for. This ended up being cheaper than other waxing or sugaring places when doing a price comparison. I only pay $49 a month and I can get one service of sugaring or a spray tan with that pricing. Also they offer special pricing of $15 dollars if you let a trainee do your services I go to the Studio City location and it's very clean and the staff is always welcoming. The best part is that you are in and out in 15 to 20 minutes tops. Gratuity is set and it's always charged to your card on file upon leaving. There's always a ton of available appointment times to fit your needs starting at 10 AM going well into the night time. And if for any reason you need to put your membership on pause, it's easy to do so. Parking can be tricky as it's mostly street but it's doable. So happy I stumbled across this gem. read more

I've been coming here for a year but had to update my review to rave about one of the most painless and well executed sugaring experiences I've had in my yearssss of hair removal! Felicia is one of the best. Her demeanor was so was natural, conversational, authentic - but even more importantly the service provided was exactly what you'd want. She was thorough in describing each step as she went, helped guide through breathing to make it close to painless, and all in all was so gentle that there was barely any tenderness during or after the service. If you're nervous about sugaring for the first time and want to feel comfortable, I'd recommend asking for Felicia! Don't forget to tip your estheticians! read more

The Best Spray Tan in LA - HANDS DOWN!!! I am always pleased with the results - excellent service and high quality products used!!

Service: Brazillian Sugar Wax I am brand new to hair removal. I have always wanted to do it, but as you can imagine- having your hair ripped out in your most sensitive areas is really intimidating. I weighed different hair removal options including hot waxing, laser hair removal, and sugaring. I live a mostly natural life and decided that sugaring was probably the best fit for me personally. A friend recommended this business and specific location. As you can imagine I was very nervous to start my hair removal journey. I am so grateful that I found this place, and I can confidently say I am a sugar girl forevermore. This location is easy to find and has ample parking in a lot located behind the building. They are located on the second floor and have a very clean and welcoming entry. The girls here are so sweet and friendly. They always make me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. My first sugar was done by Fatima and she was very gentle and communicative. She talked me through the process, how to care for my freshly sugared skin, and gave me the run down of what to expect post sugar. She took amazing care of me and made me feel very comfortable and excited about my results. I waited about 6 weeks for my second sugar and was taken care of by Morgan. She also took exceptional care of me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit. She was very communicative and checked in with me often during the process. The second sugar was less painful than the first and Morgan was so quick with the flick! I was in and out in 20 minutes. Sugared + Bronzed offers a membership, so if you continue your services here I highly recommend signing up for the membership. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are considering sugar waxing, look no further. The girls at Sugared + Bronzed got you. The results? Chefs. Kiss. read more

My first sugaring experience and Karsten was so gentle and supportive!! It really eased my nerves. The process is quick but the results are long lasting. I love that I can get late night appointments.

I called several places to book a same day appointment. Sugared and Bronzed was the only location that had a ready available live person. The others I had to leave voicemails and one said they'd call back within 20 minutes and never did. I was lucky to get an appointment within an hour. The place is Amazing, CLEAN, and with professional services. The staff is very friendly and the waxing was quick and painless. The room you're sent to is cozy and clean. And the service is an efficient in and out without you feeling rushed or uncared for. Gratuity is already included when you ring out, so it's one less thing for you to worry about. I stopped by S+B yesterday because I had a last minute event to attend to. I haven't been to this location in a while but I was extremely impressed by how much they've improved! The front staff were bubbly and friendly which always makes for a pleasant experience. And what I love about S+B is that they are opened late so you are guaranteed to get an appointment as late as you need. My sugarist was Alexa and she was perfecta! She even showed me my landscaping results :D afterwards to see if I liked the results which was great! HIGHLY recommend this place and they have plenty locations which is a huge bonus. I have their membership which allows you to get 1 Brazilian sugaring or spray tan per month at a pretty affordable rate. The service is always great, and my sensitive skin does MUCH better with sugaring than waxing. I've also done the spray tan a few times which is fun, it gives you a glowy look before an event or vacation. I think there's valet parking, but I always just give myself a little extra time and park for free in the nearby neighborhood. read more

Loved my experience with Emma! She made me feel so comfortable both times! I will definitely go back

I've been fortunate to get the tech I want when I come here now, so although I still cannot book her online specifically, calling or stopping in certainly helps to ensure I get the best person. Very happy Ashley still works here where I know I can get a decent sugaring treatment; as I haven't seen her since 2021. I will admit I was doing this at other S+B locations, but my last one in October didn't go too well, so I knew to return where I know there was no room for error. As expected, all went well, and I definitely look forward to seeing her again. They do have $2 valet parking in the back, but if you have a little more time, parking across the street on Ventura is a free option, just read the signs. read more
