CHOP SHOP!! Genuinely the worst nail shop experience I have ever had had to walk out in the middle of the appointment because I couldn't bare how terrible the service was. Not to mention I was the only customer in there at the time so there is no excuse for how bad the experience was. First i will start with the acrylic manicure. I should have known something was wrong when the manicurist was pushing me to change my request to Gel X, which i did not want. Well I realized its because she did not know how to do acrylic. The application was messy and acrylic flooded my cuticles all the way down to the tips of my fingers. My nails were uneven, messy and overall poorly done that I made her stop after the acrylic application so I could go to a different nail shop. And she had the nerve to tell me it was going to be 95$ for the manicure alone!!! Crazy considering the website advertises acrylic starting prices at 65$. So on top of horrible service im now being scammed? Second, THE PEDICURE OH MY LORD! This is what actually made me leave. For context I asked for a dry pedicure. I have an injury on the back of my ankle preventing them from being soaked. Why on earth did she start filing and scraping my cuticles WITHOUT DISINFECTING MY FEET!!! The only thing that made me continue was the comfort of being one of the first few customers of the day, however I feel bad for anyone seen after me because those files are definitely reused and I didn't necessarily "deep clean" my toenails before hand. It was only AFTER using all of her tools that she finally disinfected my feet. Mind you it gets worse. So she finally starts painting my nails... One nail at a time and puts my foot under the LED lamp about 10 times. The application was horrendous getting nail polish in my cuticles and on my skin!! She doesn't clean the gel polish before putting it back in the lamp. This lady takes a nail file to file off the nail polish ON MY SKIN. She is using a nail file on my skin and as of now my skin is extremely irritated and i'm praying I dont any kind of infection. Also for context I tell them I DO NOT WANT MY CUTICLES CUT. She pulls out a cuticle clipper in attempts to clip the nail polish OFF MY SKIN. At the point I say stop because what are you doing. Then after actually getting a good look at my toes I see a portion on the side that is unpainted??? What happened? They claimed I was missing part of my nail which is not true because I see where my nail ends and where the paint was missed. Then they offer to put acrylic powder on it to fix it? Why would ya'll put acrylic powder on my skin if there was supposedly a missing piece of nail? I had to leave and go to another nail shop and even they commented on how awful the application was. They tried their best to fix it which was rough due to the application of the acrylic. I refused to let then finish and I certainly wasn't paying over 100$ for botched nails that could possibly give me an infection. I am wondering if there is any way to further report this place because my toes literally feel itchy and weird like WHAT. This is the definition of a CHOP SHOP *I wish I had gotten pictures before going to get it fixed at the other nail shop they were angels, I was just in a rush to get it fixed because I had to go to work. read more

I came across this nail salon on a random day where i needed a pedicure for two of us. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They took us in and did our pedicures on point. It was a gel pedicure with white French tips and It lasted us a whole month and a half before we did a refill. I loved my experience here and i plan on making this spot my primary nail shop. So far I've been here twice and both times they have made my experience memorable. I live in koreatown Los Angeles so the drive for me can vary but it's all worth it. This place has easily become my go to nail salon ever since moving to the area. The vibe is so welcoming every time you walk in. Lilly always offers a treat, coffee and water. Sunny does the best gel-x/builder gel fill. She is very meticulous on leaving a clean canvas prior to painting. She takes her time to clean the cuticles very well and always asks to make sure the shaping is exactly how you want it. I don't do any crazy designs but I do very much appreciate when they leave a super clean nail bed. The price is average of what you will find around the area. My nails lasted me 3 weeks and could have gone longer, mind you I am always washing dishes (no dishwasher), sticking my hands in buckets of sanitizer at work (I'm a server) and these nails stayed so strong!! The women there really take their time and are perfectionists with what they do. Lily is the best and gave me 10% off my next visits just because, and gave my friend 10% off for recommending me. She is so sweet and I'm so happy I found them! Highly recommend. Also got the best pedicure here, got their callous remover pedicure for $45 and it was so worth it, my feet were ROUGH and I walked out ready to wear flip flops all summer. (Not an acrylic/nail art review, but my gel French tips came out beautiful) Came on a quiet Monday morning/early afternoon so it wasn't busy when I arrived, but either way I still called ahead of time to make a quick phone appointment with no issues.
