My new siding and gutter project is the envy of the neighborhood. I had a very detailed in person visit with J.B. which was followed up by a line item description of the work including the quote. I then met Jesse (my personal project manager) who confirmed the details. The materials were ordered, arrived on time and the project began the next day. The crew was polite, respectful of my property in spite of some language barriers we were able to communicate with little difficulty. Jesse was attentive and everything went smoothly with beautiful results. I highly recommend JB, Jesse and crew. Many thanks. Cindy L read more

Everyone I've interacted with at Hoffman Weber is responsive, competent, and communicative. I've had great experiences with Lee Price in particular. He was the project manager for a big window replacement job for me; now he's in sales and is facilitating the replacement of my hail-destroyed skylight incredibly quickly. My schedule is crazy, and Lee is always happy to accommodate it. read more

The work that Hoffman Weber did to replace our roof was outstanding. Tim and Jesse explained the entire process clearly and answered all questions. Jesse and his crew were on time and very efficient. It all went just as planned and the cleanup at the end was excellent. We really appreciated the professional manner and the value of the work. read more

SORRY, THIS IS LONG!   I had really hoped to be one of the people who'd had a 5-star experience with Hoffman Weber, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. My project was due to hail damage and after research I decided to go with Hoffman Weber since so many people (4.8 stars) had had a fantastic experience dealing with insurance projects. No issues with setting up first estimates, and the sales associate was great. The issue came several months later when the project was slated to begin.   First the project was scheduled to have the roofing materials delivered 9/10/2024, once I returned home from work, and no materials were delivered, I reached out to the project manager who let me know that there was a truck breakdown and the materials wouldn't be available for delivery until the following week, but instead he would have the crew go to pick up the items, but my project would have to start a day later. That really wasn't a big deal. Here's where things went south. The day of my roofing project 9/12/2024 the roofers also replaced my neighbor's roof! With the materials for my project!! Of course, midway through they run out of materials for my side (shared garage building) roof because they totally blew the scope of my project! Once I called to get this straightened out all I keep hearing is that my neighbors are getting a free roof, and I must pay for it.... Then when I start to push back, suddenly they are "covering the cost" of my neighbor's roof, but still expect me to pay my part. It gets worse, so the roofing crew who was supposed to finish the roof 9/13 again no calls, no shows, same with 09/14. I don't know exactly when they came to finish the roof because I had to leave my house have 5 and it still wasn't finished, and it was when I came home around 11pm, which meant I again took a day from work for nothing.   To add insult to "injury", all I kept hearing from the company is how this is affects their "bottom line", but to be clear, IT WAS THEIR OWN MISTAKE AFFECTING THEIR OWN BOTTOM LINE! And the cost of the roof still falls on me because they are attached (shared garage building), and to be frank the "estimates/costs they determined" for my neighbor's roof suddenly seem lower than what I'm paying for mine. After reviewing and insisting that they in fact were charging me for the 2 squares of my neighbors roof. They decided that I was right, but here's the kicker-- they wouldn't split the cost of the roofs evenly, so I still end up paying for my neighbors roof. So basically, Hoffman Weber ran a buy one gets one free special, but instead of me getting the free one I paid for too, they give it away to someone, NOT their customer. I've had to take this to my attorney now since there seems to be a conflict of interests and some unethical charges. Then their general manager Casey says he has an invoice ready with the corrected amounts, my attorney requested to have it by 5pm the last day of my project, suddenly it's not possible to get an invoice same day, but it was told to me it was already ready, so yet another lie.   Needless to say, after many missed work days and unfruitful project days, miscommunications and poor all from the company, they still insist on playing victim in this situation when in fact I am the one being inconvenienced and cheated, all while my neighbors get a free roof, and Hoffman Weber get a new customer (since after this, my neighbor decided to go with them for their hail damage siding repair.) I want to express that the work is quality! However, every attempt to "make it right" felt like an insult, a responsibility toss and a cheap ploy to make me feel sympathetic for misnomers on their behalf. I will do everything in my power to ensure that NOBODY I know uses their services. Skip them and go straight to the subcontractors - schedule with them, you'll get quality work without the scheming Hoffman Weber middleman. If you do decide to go with them. REVIEW EVERYTHING WITH AN ATTORNEY!! This company is a liability to anyone, they tout themselves on 'Trust, and Honesty' but operate as thieving liars. Beware. read more

They did a great job, did what they said, very quick adn clean on the site I am very happy with them plan to use in future also

Worked with Tim in the Colorado branch. He was excellent. Tim was great at communication and delivering what he promised as well as working with insurance. I am out of state and the entire job was completed on our rental from long distance. Would have given 5 stars but there was a slight disconnect between HW and the 3rd party solar company that played a role in this job. read more

Tim, and the Hoffman Weber team are amazing. He ensured that I was confident in talking to the claims adjustor. More than that, he came down face-to-face with my adjuster to inspect the entire property. His attention to detail gave me an estimate that was able to cover my whole home and everything I lost during the storm. I was so impressed with his prompt response and attention to detail that I offered my friends and neighbors his services on the spot. No surprise they signed up as well. When I spoke to Tim upon our consultation for getting the roof repaired, I asked, "how long will it take?" He said, "one day." I looked at him like he was crazy. He said, "yes it will be one day." I can guarantee you that it was less than one day. Materials dropped off on a Tuesday and Roof completed between 7:30 AM until 3 PM on a Wednesday. My 2000 sqft ranch home was complete. Even before I paid the total bill both Tim and his project manager were checking on the house to see if I was okay with it. That's the kind of service you hope for after a natural disaster. Hoffman Weber Construction - General Contractors Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Salesman spent most of the appointment at my home bragging about how successful he was before he came to Hoffman Weber construction. Told me how much he enjoyed helping people. The promised estimate was never received, he left a voicemail at end of week saying there were technical problems with their system and he would send asap. Then I started getting emails from the sales manager telling me to contact customer service to schedule work. Repeated efforts to contact sales manager or salesman via email resulted in no response. I'm a senior citizen, but my brains didn't fade with the hair color. I don't schedule work when I have no information on cost, materials, warranty etc. Good contractors don't do business this way. Avoid Hoffman Weber Construction. read more

This company treated me well until there production manager, exploit me for money to do there roofs. Back than I didn't know any better. If we as company didn't pay him we would be fire from there roofing department. Sadly I contact the owner and Gm, neither one offer to pay back was taken from my company from their employee. They fire both of us. So people know what GENERAL CONTRACTORS do to theirs subs. It's was more than 6k at the time. Both Nick and Travis didn't do nothing but listen to my words just to fire my company right after! The owner got a call as well but he played like he didn't know nothing. So I took the hit alone. All we ever did was provide honest work for every job we did. read more

Received a bid for vinyl siding on my home and then the company reneged and said they couldn't do it. Promised to call before anyone showed and never received a call on the 4 different times people came to measure. I can't believe anything they promise. read more

We hired Hoffman Weber Construction for a complete vinyl install and Travis, the sales person, was very helpful in keeping us within budget and sold me on the product warranty. I thought I was getting quality siding. A month after the project completion, we had some warping so I called the company. Nick came out to assess it and basically said it was caused by our propane grill which didn't make sense because it only gets pushed up against the wall after it has cooled and covered but out of self doubt we paid for it to be replaced. Most recently, a wind storm broke and blew off a corner trim piece on our roof on the second floor so we climbed up to take a look. The J channel on one side of the wall looked like it melted and we had warping on a few of the vinyl pieces on the wall. This is not normal so I once again called up HWC and spoke with Nick. He came out and told us that we get a lot of sun on that side of our home so it caused the warping and melting of the vinyl and blamed the shape of our roof for the problems. If it was a known fact that siding can warp due to heat from the sun, why would you use such an unstable product and why were precautions not taken to prevent the possible defects or at least inform us of the potential issues so we could have made an informed decision? And nowhere have I heard of siding warping from direct normal sun exposure. What's more insulting is he thought I would buy this ridiculous excuse without a second opinion. the J channel sitting directly on the roof tiles is very likely the culprit. The heat from the tile melted/warp the J channels, which pushed up against the siding pieces on the wall and caused them to bend out of shape. Had the installers left a small gap so the J channels would not touch the roof tiles, it could have been prevented. So to me, this sounds like a problem with the installation. Because it was up on the second floor, we never looked to notice the developing problems until something alerted us to the area. Since it was outside of the 2 year warranty for their workmanship, he basically told us we were responsible for the repairs. This is not how you take care of customers or "stand behind your work" as you boast on your website. It's truly a disgrace. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do decide to go with this company or have already had work done by them, I suggest you check it regularly within their 2 year warranty so you do not find yourself in the same boat as us or as another woman wrote in her review, it was discovered during an inspection when she was trying to sell her house. Hoffman Weber may have a more attractive price at the beginning, but they can cost you so much more in the end. read more

Last year's hail storm hit us hard. After calling several other companies with no one following up, we found these guys. Tim came out to give us a bid. He found other damage that I never would have spotted and got us a quote quickly. Working with these guys for our insurance company was seamless. We were going to move, but our house now looks so good with the new siding and roof that we're staying put. My only wish is that they could also take care of all the hail dents in my car. read more

We recently got our roof replaced by this company, and they were incredibly amazing. We had a tight deadline due to selling our house and the people that helped us (especially Tim Swenson) we're incredibly responsive, quick, efficient and did an amazing job. Tim was able to come out to our house and get us a reasonable quote within a few hours, came out to walk through with insurance at a moments notice, and worked with our insurance company on our behalf. When all was said and done, they completed the entire project in less than two weeks (from receiving a quote through order through completion). Tim and the entire company we're incredibly professional, and we'd highly recommend them. read more

These guys are great! My roof was destroyed in a hail storm, and they were very helpful throughout the insurance process. Tom explained the damage, and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure all the damage was identified. Their crew was able to finish the entire job in a single day. My neighbor still has guys on his roof, and his roof is smaller, and this is day 4 of his ordeal. The crew cleaned up everything. I have young grandchildren, and when I went into the back yard to make sure there were no nails or anything they could get hurt on, I was surprised that I couldn't even find a single nail! They have kept in contact with us and were sincerely concerned about keeping the process simple and hassle free for us. There are roofing signs all over our neighborhood due to the hail storm. We are the third house in the neighborhood to actually get our new roof installed, and so far, all three that are complete were done by Hoffman Weber. I have neighbors who are trying to keep some of the insurance money, and haven't committed to any company yet. The insurance estimate covered all my repairs except for my deductible. Why would anyone go anywhere else? I can't say enough good about Tom and his company and crew. Mark Kraffert read more

Thank you Nick for taking care of the down spout problem.

Unless you want to keep following up with these people to get things in place for more then 2-3 weeks from there so called completion and every time a new person or excuse from them shows up. 1. Rude staff damage our door metal plate and fence(which we didnt complain as we are going to replace in near future)and it took 2 weeks to get metal plate replace and they did it half way and now want us to take care of sealing our door as they have put small plate instead. 2. They put gutter spouts in such way that we had water all over sides from our roof and it took them more than a week to send a guy to get it corrected. 3. Left so many places without sealant and left our gutter loose (which could be a safety issue with small kids in yard). Rather correcting these site guy said gutter won't fall, a single screw hold it inspite I showed him my neighbor house and for sealing gaps, he said its not his scope of work. I doubt why my neighbor house has it and for our house its out of scope. He even rudely told us that we are making our list long and making excuses for not paying and left. Its they who are dragging things for soo long rather finishing their work soon. We told them get things in place first and take check same day. Also our two side replacement is taken care by HOA so they are being paid by them. Its one side contract with us of which they have 50% advance. Sales guy told us we will ask money when you are satisfied and here satisfaction is far off they are not doing their job timely and need constant follow ups. 4. On top of that they give estimate for job and refuse to do part of it giving reasons of structure damage but no change on their estimate. The sales guy high promise are not taken care by site guys as they are not on same page. 5. We also have bumps from nail heads in our interior wall and nothing can be done here too as again as they will get it flush but we need to paint our wall ourself. Once I removed my review as site guy ask me to give them time to get things in place but its enough of their false and useless talks.NOT RECOMMENDED, STAY AWAY. See pics on fb n google (I posted there) for quality of work and damage done. read more

Considering the dates of reviews on this page, (nothing in 2016 that I see) perhaps these shysters have gone out of business. That would be my hope. We contracted with HW to do a roofing job along with a number of other home upgrades as a package. Because I refused to give any money up front for the roof (having seen neighbors with piles of shingles dropped on their lots and no roof completed for months) they actually got it done in a somewhat timely manner and to the best of our knowledge the job was done right. However, they never came back to do the other work they were contracted to do. Although the roof was paid for by the insurance check, there was still $1000 deductible out of our pocket due to HW. We withheld this money as ransom for the other work that was to be done. After months of contacting them, they finally sent another man out to inspect the same things that had already been inspected and submitted to insurance to submit those jobs again. The contractor met with the adjuster from our insurance company and that was the last we've seen of them, months ago. No call or email to tell us what was going on or to schedule the contracted work. Nothing. This company should be out of business if they aren't already. Hoffman Weber, don't call yourself a construction company if all you do is roofing. And don't lead people to believe you'll do something you have no intention of doing. What's the point? I'd have given no stars if it were possible. read more
