Why are the reviews so low for this store? I love to visit here each week just to look around. Last week I loaded up on some of the new Christmas decorations. I do have to admit the lines can be a bit slow which is why I usually shop in the morning on weekdays. Great job closing your store on Sundays so employees can enjoy a day with the family. read more

I was recommended to go here because Michaels didn't have the color paper that I was looking for. I'm glad I came here because I immediately fell in love. They have so much stuff there for people who love doing crafts. What I liked about this store is that they had really nice and modern decor for your house. It's way bigger than Michaels and maybe cheaper? read more

I've only done a few reviews and they've been on Google but I have to give my opinion on Hobby Lobby Temecula. My parents live close by the store so I'm in there from time to time. I want to say how patient and kind the staff have been there to all customers. I'm going to mention one cashier specifically, Paula. A very nice and friendly cashier. Ever since the coupon policy has changed they have encountered so many customers who are so upset about that. Hello everyone the whole store is on sale all the time. If it's not then come back the following week and I'm sure your item will be. Read the signs too! It's not that difficult to understand but customers are so rude and don't pay attention. I watched and listened to sweet Paula explain this to two customers and they were so rude to her. She continued to be polite and even asked a manager to explain it. The manager said the same thing and she was polite too! I didn't see her name or I'd mention her too. Thank you HL for your patience and kindness to all customers even those who are very rude to you. I'll continue to shop here whenever I'm visiting the parents. read more

Absolutely love this Hobby Lobby in Temecula! Everyone is SO helpful! Daisy and the manager were amazing! I came in last minute tonight to grab some things for my baby granddaughter's birthday. Daisy helped me get everything I needed in 5 minutes . The manager was also kind enough to help me although he looked like he was busy. He took the time to let me know where the other item I needed was. Talk about top notch customer service even tho they were about to close. read more

I could spend many hours in this store. The registers are old-school but as the store has been open longer, I feel like the cashiers have sped up. Access the hobby lobby website while in the store and you can pull up an 40% single-item coupon every week. Just give the code to the cashier. read more

I love this store. I'm a artist and teach PC (Polymer Clay) classes here at this hobby lobby. What I like best is there selection of PC products they have a nice brand selection the best in our area and there every day price on the clay is about .30 cheaper on each block. That can add up to real savings. read more

I could be in this store for hours! So much to look at, and great coupons and discounts *SOMETIMES even better than you can find online... Great for home decor, projects, ideas and burning calories =) The only reason I did not rate it 5 starts is because some of the staff can be rather rude and unhelpful. read more

Horrible . Don't come to this hobby lobby they are extremely Slow and the manager is so rude . I dont recommend this location at all

Love the prices and store organization. I could spend hours here ! Only problem is that everytime I come not a single employee has asked me if I needed help or even said hi to me. The other day I spent 2 hours in this store and not a single hello. Plus I needed spray paint and had to ask 5 times (not kidding) for someone to help me. It took me about 45 mins to get a can of spray paint. read more

Update 9-12-17 to my 9-9-17 posting. 2 different customer service reps from Hobby Lobby's headquarters in Oklahoma responded to my e-mails directly to Hobby Lobby's web-site. While both employees were very nice, neither seems to think the appearance of their store in Temecula is important. Instead of them simply contacting whomever Hobby Lobby's PAY's their lease or rent to, THEY both told me to contact the property manager. They both CLAIMED it was out of their hands, so to speak and up to me to bring to the attention. Ok, so I wasted a little more of my time and called the number provided by Customer Service at Hobby Lobby. No surprise, the CONTACT name was wrong, that person no longer works there. I was referred to the active property manager where I left a voicemail to my property concerns in front of Hobby Lobby. I guess my real concern is since I have better things to do with my time, is the ATTITUDE of Oklahomas customer service. It appears Hobby Lobby does NOT care how the entrance or the immediate landscaping appears. They probably will when someone walking into the store trips from all the sticky substances on the cobble stone and cement. read more

While the selection is awesome it seems once they run out of something on the shelf there aren't any more in the back which I find interesting events though that is what I was told for an item I needed more of. Also, a little confused when I have to return something. Even with my receipt I never seem to get the true amount I paid for the item back. read more

The store itself is very nice however there are a lot of things that they can improve on and make better for their customers. First off everything that has a sale price on it is not on sale. Hobby Lobby's prices are so high in the first place that even items that they put "on sale" are not really on sale the price is still higher than it should be. We visited the store on December 1st and wanted to check out their Christmas items. I found it odd that even their smallest artificial Christmas tree was $80. To charge $80 for a 4 foot high lit artificial Christmas tree is ludicrous. The store seemed to be severely under staffed for the amount of business that it had during the beginning of the Christmas season. We found a few items that we wanted to purchase, then came the checkout nightmare. There were only 3 registers open and not one of them was moving at event what a normal person would consider a good pace. Waiting in line for 35 minutes to checkout and pay for your items when there are only 3 customers in front of you in complete bull shit. The cashiers do not seem to know what they are doing and the front end manager, while we saw her in the front did nothing to assist her employees. She had a scowl on her face and looked like she was constipated. May I suggest taking Metamucil before coming to work so that you can help your employees service your customers better in the future madam. Also their registers and checkout layout seemed like it was very out dated which probably did not help the situation. read more

Love this place, I come here all the time. Customer services is always great. Very friendly and helpful. I love their stuff, it could be really pricey but they always have a coupon you can use and they have different sales every week. I always get compliments on all the stuff I buy from here and they're great quality. Will continue to support this Christian store . read more

First time here and i'm in LOVE! This place is 100 times better than Michael's and I am in love. I came in for Command hooks and left with more than that. So happy I came across this place and they have a 40% off coupon online read more

I love this store and can't wait for them to open back up. Joann's in Temecula is horrible, I stopped going there 8 years ago due to their poor customer service. Hobby Lobby has framed my art exquisitely and their sewing department is fully stocked with what I need. Staff is helpful, store is spotless, great coupon sales. read more

I went to theTemecula Hobby Lobby tonight. I purchased 2 items that were 50% off. while at the register I swiped my card before realizing that my total seemed a bit higher than it should have been. I asked the cashier if he gave me the 50% that was advertised and he said "no. Your items aren't on sale.". I walked over to where I got my items and there is a 50% off sign. I asked the manager who was standing at the front to look at the sign that is advertising the sale on those items. She said she can't walk away from the front of the store so I had to show her a picture of the sign posted on a stand alone end wall with all the items I just purchased. her response was "oh I'll have someone move the sign. that's not supposed to be there." I questioned whether she will honor a price adjustment since it is their error and all she said plain and simply was "no." And walked away. The more I think about it, I will be returning the items tomorrow out of principal. No more Hobby Lobby for me. I'll patronize a company that values it's customers and does the right thing. read more

My first visit to the Rancho store. The item I went for was not available. Anthony, Front End Management explained he would order this for me, and phone me when it arrived. One day later, I received his call that the item had come in the evening shipment. Anthony was so very kind, patient , friendly and efficient. I did purchase some other things while I was there both days. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. Thanks very much Hobby Lobby for Anthony. Other companies could take pointers from him. read more

Thankfully, they installed paper butt gasket dispensers in their bathroom. Sales are always plentiful here. You should basically never pay full price for anything. If you do, you must need it real bad right then and there. Find a 40% off coupon online and show it to the cashier either on paper or on your phone. Yerwelcome. read more

Hobby Lobby - There is always a coupon online! No need to use another store's. Also everything goes on sale at some point, so just chill out! - Arts & Crafts Near Me - Temecula, California

This store is always clean, always organized, and the workers are always helpful. I love that they have Christian music playing, but without words, so unless you know the song, you wouldn't realize it is Christian. They have a large variety of Christian themed decor. The prices are good, but I would say to either wait for the item to go on sale or download the 40% off coupon that is almost always available. Kid Friendliness - High. Avoid the middle section as soon as you walk in (breakables), but the rest of the store has wide aisles, clean floors (for those kids who always lay down on the floor), fun stuff to look at and friendly staff who will give the kids discarded bobbles that have fallen off of the wreaths or fake plants. My kids love going to Hobby Lobby with me. read more

We need one of theesees in San Diego! The store is packed with home goods shtuff (furnitures, too) and crafts shtuff. They have a coupon system similar to Michael's crafts store... so don't leave home without them coupons. Happy discounted shopping! read more

It was my second time going in since it opened in temecula. first time, i encountered staff who were not helpful and so rude. today, the girl at the cash register sealed the deal, I will never go back there. She was so rude that I was stunned. I asked the staff a simple question if they accepted competitors coupons and the girl hissed and rolled her eyes saying "no, we don't take coupons!" I was buying some craft items which both Joanns and Michaels carry so I just asked. She made it seem like I cursed at her and she gave me the dirtiest look.... She was beyond rude! They lost this customer. If this store wants to continue to operate, they need to do some serious customer service training, or at least remind their employees to be "nice" hmmmm is this common sense? Plus, All of their items are marked at a higher price than their competitors. But what really gets me is the staff. I will not be returning to this store again. read more

Customer service is nonexistent. Products are overpriced and of low quality. Companies should leave religious beliefs out of retail... Obviously it has lead to some poor choices. Customer base will be shrinking drastically. read more

Love the store but hate the customer service at the registers. It takes an hour for them to return something and front end mansgers dont even know where to find anything or how to ring something up and then said they would do a product check but never came back to the register so I stood there with the cashier holding up the line for 20 minutes. Its consistently bad service. Then you go to the refund line where it says "returns" and wait in line then a manager comes over and says "return?" I say "Yes" they say "oh its that line over there". Pretty sure I did what the sign told me!!! Nevermind i just waited 10 minutes in this one. Poor, poor management!!! read more

Horrible management skills. I've returned things with out a receipt before, especially for an even exchange. The "manager" at the register, who seemed to be having a shitty day, said no! The tags where still in tact nothing was wrong with it! All I wanted a different color! If this is how they treat customers than I will never shop here again!!!!! read more

closed sundays. decent stuff. lots of aisles and you could spend hours here. its like a home goods store, plus joann crafts and michaels put together. the aisles seem to be by theme...cowboy theme, princess theme, etc. there are some good deals here. read more

WOWEE! You name it, they've got it! This store is about 1/4 craft supplies and 3/4 stuff to decorate your home with any theme you could dream of. Print out a coupon from their website before going; every little bit helps, you know. They have 50% off tags on about half the store already, but shelving and some other items can be pricey. Loved the wide aisles and helpful employees. I was surprised at how many things they sold that I hadn't seen anywhere else. They need a little cafeteria in the corner like Ikea though so you can slurp some caffeine and gather strength for the next 50 aisles.....I felt like I had spent the day at Disneyland when I got home! read more

I went in to purchase some decor. Working with my fiancé to design our center pieces. The discount ad placements are arranged in a way that implies items are on sale that are not. I became increasingly frustrated, as the rudeness of the manager ," I know it's confusing, but this is what our ad says". I see that my error must have been, that the sales signs were placed above items that were not actually on sale? That is splitting hairs between false advertising, and Bait & switch. The sales clerk looked embarrassed, and she pretty much indicated that this happens all the time. They are using predatory sales practices, that I would imagine are skirting the edge of legality, if not being straight I illegal. read more

I was driving through Ynez a month ago when I saw a sign says Hobby Lobby, I was oh yeahhh, another RC (remote control) car or plane shop like Hobby Town or Hobby People, but nooo, its a craft supply store. Just left this store upset. I was looking at glass containers to hold some items for our bathroom. I looked to see what another lid looked like with the container that I was holding just as reference and had chosen two in my cart and was looking at a third. While doing so a rude employee came up to me and said "you cannot switch that!!" And I told her "I am not switching that, just looking" then the employee proceeds to stand next to me and watch me until I finish looking at the items. She then calls over an employee, whispers something to her and they both end up laughing as they leave after hovering over me. Never felt so belittled by a company my whole life. Who trains the employees here? I am a regular here because I like their products and their deals. I ended up not purchasing anything because of how disgusting their staff was. I would rather pay a little more to shop elsewhere where they treat their customers with respect. I will be emailing corporate about this interaction. read more

I love reading reviews before I post reviews, I also never think to go on yelp and rate anything but this Hobby Lobby is AMAZING. It is so clean and so organized and huge and I went on a day where a lot of team members were restocking and they were never in the way. I just moved here recently from Miami, FL and ours is a baby compared to this. I could walk the aisles forever. A lot of places are saying it's overpriced, but I go to hobby lobby for all crafting needs and never felt like I was paying a fortune. Maybe home furniture is pricey but wall decor is literally always 50% off. read more

I had the best experience in Hobby Lobby, this was my first visit at this amazing store its filled with wonderful house accessories and numerous unique arts and crafts that will make your house charming n warm... I went in with the expectation of picking out a few items for my new home, I ended up roaming around the store and found myself in the framing section, I spoke to a wonderful clerk at the desk named Luis, I knew Valentine 's Day was coming so I thought I'd get my husband a frame for his retirement certificate, I showed Luis and he took high interest in explaining to me that he loved creating beautiful masterful frame art for people. I knew after talking to him he was the man for the framing work. This was most important to me to have the best framing for his retirement certificate being that he served in the military, fireman as well as became chief for over 36years, well needless to say Hobby Lobby has hired some very talented and highly respective people, my husband was estactic with his certificate framed so beautifully. Thank you all for the best customer service and very talented people! Be blessed! read more

They are doing something right in the framing department at Hobby Lobby Temecula. We are very pleased with service and quality of workmanship. I was super unhappy with their customer service! I went to return an item on a Friday morning and they have one return line which was closed so they lady told me to wait in another line, which I add they were all long, the line was having an issue with a purchase and the manager was standing around doing nothing to speed the process along so I moved to another line. Once I finally got to my turn the lady tells me it's not the return line and I have to go back to the back of the line of another check out to return my item. I state I want to talk to a manager. Little did I know she was standing there the whole time listening to our conversation and never felt the need to take over. So I get to the back of the "supposed return checkout" and the manager opens a register and Then has the nerve to ask the guy in line in front of me if she can help him! My husband lost it! It's been awhile I've been treated that badly. Not one "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or "we'll take care of this" just RUDE! Luckily I wasn't the only unhappy customers at that moment so I didn't feel like my anger was out place! read more
