Good food, great service and roomy. Worth the trip and solid place for ramen. I always bring my parents whenever they visit from Calgary.

Glad they close later than the others. A very nice place, clean & the servers are very attentive. I just wish they have more variety- not just pork or veggie broth

Craving ramen and found this place close to our house on Yelp. This is way better than any ramen spot on Surrey/Langley. We were wanting to go to Vancouver but so glad we didn't. The mayu Ramen was so flavourful. I got spice level 6 and for me it was great but too spicy for my wife. She ordered the same but spice level 4 and it was perfect for her. The pork was so soft and melted in your mouth. I normally don't eat the egg in my ramen but this was not eggy at all. Was very sweet! The gyoza is nothing to write home about but this definitely became our new ramen spot.

A new Ramen restaurant in Langley in the complex with the HMart. Upon entering, we were greeted right away and Covid-safety precautions were clearly adhered. The dining area is really open, modern and nicely decorated with wooden tables, trendy light fixtures and dark walls. The menu is simple yet has a good variety of food choices from appetizers, ramen (of course), donburi, and drinks. We chose to start with Takoyaki. It came out quite quickly, not piping hot inside but the outside was very crispy and light, with the gooey inside hiding a piece of octopus. It had a fresh side of cabbage salad, which balanced the savoury, sweet takoyaki perfectly. A pleasant starter for $5. For the ramen, you can choose the type of broth you want - pork or vegetable and the type of chashu - pork or chicken. And for the level of spice, if you ordered a spicy ramen - between 1 and 10. Our ramen came promptly after we were about to finish our appy. My Shio Ramen came with pork chashu, a soft-boiled egg, nori, mushrooms, spinach and fresh green onions. The broth had depth but not overly rich or heavy, a little on the saltier side but not overpowering. The noodles were bouncy, chewy and had good mouth feel. The soft-boiled egg was exactly what you'd want. But the pork chashu had a really nice, smokey-flavoured char and it was tender and fatty enough to not be dry and hard - and they gave you 3 decently sized slices. My husband had the Spicy Miso Ramen, he said the broth was saltier than mine, but still had a good depth of flavour and his spice level of 7 was a good level. For the price of $10-11/bowl, this was a great deal for the quality and quantity compared to other ramen restaurants. We came in at opening and by the time we finished, all the tables were at capacity but service with one server was still very nice and efficient! Washrooms were clean and spacious. Overall, we were really pleased with our first dine-in here at Hiroshi Ramen - we will definitely be back and recommend this place if you're in the neighbourhood!

We were in the area and stopped by here for dinner. We were seated right away. The restaurant is child friendly with high chairs and kids cutlery available. Water was dropped off shortly after we were seated . We ordered the shio ramen, miso ramen, chicken karaage and gyoza. The kitchen forgot to not add green onions to the miso ramen. They took the bowl back and made a new order. I was impressed with the service because most restaurants would just remove the green onions or hand over a bowl for you to remove the onions yourself. I ordered the shio ramen and I enjoyed it very much. The broth was pretty decent. It is not the best I have tried, but for the price I was satisfied. The egg was nicely marinated with a soft yolk. The mushrooms slices added umami flavour. The chashu was tender and flavourful. Noodles had a good chew. I enjoyed the chicken karaage. It was nicely battered and seasoned. There was a spicy mayo dip on the side. The gyoza reminded me more of the Korean style dumplings. There was glass noodles mixed with veggies in it. Service was great. Servers were friendly. Prices were reasonable too. I plan to return to this restaurant when I am in the area and craving for ramen. Covid precautions were in place. Contact information was collected for contact tracing purposes. Hand sanitizer was at the entrance. Staff wore face masks. There was plexiglass at the cashier section.

Great ramen spot in Langley - I've been here a few times now and it's been amazing every time. Friendly service and beautiful interior - even if they're at full capacity the food comes out quickly and still great quality. The price is unbeatable for the quality and quantity - I leave content every time. Also, my partner hates ramen and this is the only place he's willing to go without complaining. The soup is not overly heavy and salty. The pork chasu is tender and tasty. Hits the spot! My partner tried the chicken donburi this time and enjoyed it. It was nice and juicy and quite enjoyed the toppings. I am so happy that this place opened up.

Their flame grilled pork cha shu is AMAZING! It's sweet and charcoal flavoured. We ordered miso ramen and mayu (black garlic oil) ramen. Their soup is good. The only thing that I'm not really used to is that scoop of hot oil added on top of the broth. Sure, it really accentuates the aroma but still too fat for me. I'll ask for half oil next time.

It's not your typical ramen joint because looking at the menu, they have some other Asian dishes that are from different cultures. It's like a mish-mash of Asian flavours! We stuck to the ramen dishes since that's what we were after, and it was actually super delicious! Firstly, the bowls are bigger than usual ramen bowls from other Japanese joints, so you get a bit more. Your ramen comes with the basic meat/protein and a few add-ons. Optional toppings are available for $1.75 each. We ordered the miso tonkotsu and the spicy version. We LOVED it and thought it was super comparable to authentic ramen places in the lower mainland! Definitely come and try them out! The ambiance is super casual. Good for large groups as they have plenty of seating. Unassuming yet tasty. Only thing is that it's located in a part of Surrey where there's a lot of homeless folks roaming around the area. One even walked in and stopped by our table asking for money, but the owner was able to (nicely) shoo them away and apologized to us after. Apparently that guy wanders in from time to time, but there are usually cop cars in the area. We went on a Saturday night, so just beware of this in case you experience it too.

My favorite from here is the Nasi Goreng, it is so flavorful and amazing. We ordered Roti Canai and the Malaysian curry with it, the Tonkotsu Ramen was also pretty amazing. They have huge portions for a reasonable price. Really great!

I ordered the "Red Hot" ramen, and I can't say the soup base is the most flavourful, mainly due to the spice ratio being slightly too much, but it's tasty nonetheless. If you live in Port Coquitlam, this place is worth a try. Long review: Ramen Bella recently opened up its second location in Port Coquitlam, and took over the Mexican gourmet that used to be there. This restaurant has got a great atmosphere, although it's quite quaint and still keeps the old tiling from the Mexican establishment, it fits it nicely although I can't say I feel like I'm sitting in an underground ramen shop in Shibuya. All staff followed COVID-19 procedures, wearing masks and practiced social distancing to the best of their abilities, they disinfected tables and chairs after people left and overall made the dining experience feel safe. We ordered, and our food came to us in less than five minutes, Igot the red hot ramen, and I gotta say it was pretty good. Usually spicy ramen ends up just being spicy and totally overpowering the broth flavour. I can't say the ratio was absolutely perfect, but it was a lot better than most other places. The portion size was great, but I'm not sure how I feel about bok choy and wonton crisps in ramen. The noodles tasted like good quality ramen noodles, but not home-made at the restaurant. This was quite minor but my soup didn't really come out to me piping hot, and more just hot in some spots and warm in others. I trust that it was a mistake considering my lady friends bowl was totally hot though. The gyoza we ordered with our meals was quite tasty. The pork and chives filling was what you'd expect for a restaurant like this, and the size of them was eatable in about two bites. These were super hot, so let them cool off for about a minute before you dig in! Overall if you live in the Tri-cities or Port Coquitlam, this is your best bet for ramen if you don't want to travel out to Vancouver. I think they should change the soup base to spicy ratio in the Red Hot bowl, to give it a little more flavour. Overall, this place has a lot of potential to be great, but for now, i give it a 3.5/5.
