To be honest, we didn't plan to come here. just randomly we needed place to eat lunch quickly. It turned out, it's not that bad experience! Decor was not my favorite. The servers were unfortunately occupied all the time. so many times the chef in the counter noticed me and make them come eventually... However Surprisingly the quality of the food was good! We got California roll and Kanpyo roll. and Kids liked Kids Chicken Tender set. and so many variety on the menu!!

Eel & Avocado Hand Roll was so good. I want more.

I was in the area and got to try this place out with family. I love sushi but decided to try something else. I ordered the spicy chicken donburi which was simply a rice bowl with Thai chicken donburi. Not too spicy so it was easy on my insides. I also ordered an avocado eel hand roll. Everything was really good and the service was great too. I really like the decor hanging from the ceilings. I'd like tones what it looks like at night.

*NOTE: About a year ago, I left a 5-star review. This was probably before or at the start of change in ownership. My family, friends, and I were loyal customers here for years. Hiroba used to be one of our favorite sushi spots--great portions, consistent food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether we came for lunch, dinner, or discount nights, we always left happy. Unfortunately, since new management took over in the past year, we've watched the experience steadily decline. Our most recent visit on Friday night (April 4th) was the breaking point. We arrived at 8:00 PM and weren't seated until nearly 8:30 despite only two parties ahead of us. Tables sat empty for long stretches while staff slowly bussed them in pieces. Once seated, we placed a very simple order--salad, a California roll, three spicy tuna rolls, miso soup, and rice--and waited almost an hour for the food. Multiple parties seated after us were served before we were. Our server was polite but forgetful, and the manager appeared disengaged most of the night--often standing near the sushi bar rather than helping turn tables or support the overwhelmed staff. When we asked about our order, we were told "I'm not sure why it's taking so long." No apology, no explanation, and nothing done to make it right. Not to mention, our server had chipped nail polish and held the miso bowl at the brim, where customers mouths normally touch. Last I checked, that's a safe food handlers issue. This server seemed new as we'd never seen her before. Having worked many years in the service industry myself, as a server, bartender and several other roles, I know how much good management matters during busy shifts. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a failure of leadership rather than the hardworking staff. It's disappointing to say, but after years of supporting Hiroba, this visit will likely be our last. The longtime staff who remain deserve better support, and we truly hope management takes steps to improve before more loyal customers leave. Thanks Hiroba, it was good while it lasted.

Talk sushi to me! Hiroba Sushi has an extensive menu with a variety of sushi, chicken teriyaki, ramen, tempura, and yummy desserts like tempura cheesecake and mochi ice cream. They even have different rolls using black rice. Service was super quick and we were in and out in no time. Plenty of seating inside and can accommodate large groups. They had a lot of to-go orders when we were there so kitchen was active. Food: - B.B.Q. Beef Short Ribs App - Bluefin Tuna Nigiri 2 pc - Shrek Tataki - little spicy but yummy - Barbie Roll - kinda dry since pink crunch on top The menu's last pages has all the dietary restrictions: - Shellfish Allergy Free (salmon carpaccio) - Vegan Menu (avocado and cucumber roll) - Vegetarian Menu (supreme vegetable roll) - Gluten Free (spicy rainbow roll)

Chicken Katsu Donburi

Our first visit to Hirobi sushi was a wonderful experience! The vibrant, colorful ambience created such a fun and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive, warm, and incredibly friendly, and the food tasted fantastic. Definitely a great spot for a date night or family dinner... We'll be back.

Orange Blossom Roll (6 pcs) (No rice)

Quality of this sushi is delishhh! I feel like there is a saying, a place that doesn't serve all you can eat always provides better quality fish and ingredients for sushi, as well as presentation, and after dining here I totally get it. Came here last night for my friend's birthday, which was so nice to celebrate at. It was rather busy for a Monday night, but it was a holiday. It's so nice and welcoming in here. I think they updated tables and whatnot, because last time I was here it was a lot more dark inside. This time around they had lighter tables, lanterns hanging from the ceiling, a wall of long time patrons... it felts more welcoming and more homey. Our server was great and the manager Tristan was great, too. I ordered the orange blossom and the rock and roll to split with my mother in law. We both really enjoyed the rolls! They were so good. And the presentation was absolutely stunning. I had never seen orange blossom presented that way! It was gorgeous! Only thing we had an issue was with how long it was taking to bring the sushi out. It felt like every other table was getting theirs sooner than us, even those with groups as big as ours. And every time we would ask, the servers and staff were so nice about it, but we just kept getting told it was backed up, then like 10 minutes later it was "what are you still waiting on?" They recognized it a bit and gave us a few free drinks because of it since we were waiting so long. I definitely would give them another shot. Like I said, it was taking a while, but the staff was very kind about it. And the sushi was delicious!

The best sudhinin Las Vegas! Exceptional service! Food was fresh, great portion and ambiance. A must try.

Sashimi platter was good. Service was good. Love the chairs at the sushi bar, very comfortable, noise level was great. The menu is way too big and overwhelming. The edamame was over cooked, the beans were mushy, we ordered a sashimi salad, they put marinaded poke on top of lettuce. Not good. If you are a sushi connoisseur, you may not like this place, if you stick to sashimi or nigiri, it might get 4 stars. Chef John was very nice and accommodating, just didn't have the quality or innovation we are searching for.

This was probably one of the best experiences that I've ever had with sushi. The food was amazing. The service was great. Then the staff had a sense of ownership and treated every customer like they were special.

Went back for our millionth time on Saturday and once again it was FANTASTIC!!! We got to meet the GM, Eddie. What a fun loving guy. My husband & I would go back just to hang out with him. But, obviously the food is delicious. We enjoyed the Orange Blossom, Super Duper, Hiroba 1, Dancing Dragon, Chicken Fried Rice, Screaming O and lots of different Sake. If you haven't been here, you must try. Great atmosphere, exceptional service. It's the best in town. Thank you for a great time!

I had some favorite ramen shops in Philly that I still think are stellar, but the one thing they were missing was this minced pork. I will add that **** to EVERY kind of ramen bowl! I like it even more than the char siu! I ordered the takoyaki appetizer and was not disappointed. I must have been a cat in a past life because I am obsessed with bonito fish flakes and you can never put too many of those on top. The only thing I struggle with is the fact that I feel guilty eating octopus, so I don't order takoyaki as often as I used to. The service is friendly and the beer is cold. The ambience is relatively low lighting, cozy izakaya vibe, with modern touches in the decor. The icing on the cake is the face that they have melon cream soda. Ramen. Minced Pork. Beer. Melon soda. Cozy, clean atmosphere. You don't have to twist my arm to get me to tell you I'm a regular now. My mom tried tonkatsu for the first time and I'm happy to report that she really liked it. OVERVIEW: Came here for a group lunch meetup, had never been here before and knew nothing of it. I…read morewas pleasantly surprised! I enjoyed it so much I've brought my family here as well and we've been back multiple times. LOCATION: Located off Sunset and Green Valley Parkway in the Green Valley Plaza, there is ample parking in the shared plaza lot. It's not super visible from the street, but you'll find it between NV Cleaners and Subway. INSIDE: It's not a huge shop, maybe 7+ tables inside. There's some outdoor tables but I don't think I've ever seen them used for dining. Definitely reminded me of the small ramen shops in Japan. MENU: There's plenty of offerings here, with a great Ramen variety. What I loved most though was that they have a Kids Ramen option, which most ramen shops lack. This was perfect for my 12 year old. I usually opt for the Black Garlic Tonkotsu or the Ebisu Ramen, which comes with most anything you want. Plenty of drink and alcohol options too. FOOD: Delicious. The tonkotsu broth is so rich and flavorful. I prefer the thick noodles, which have a fantastic mouthfeel and chew to it. The gyoza and karaage are also favorites of ours. The pork slices are done perfectly. SERVICE: The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they always check up on us to make sure we have everything we need or to refill our beverages. OVERALL: Highly recommend. Flavors are on point, staff is great, feels very authentic to a Japanese ramen shop. We'll be back when the ramen cravings inevitably hit again!

I was greeted right away by the lovely Jay. She took my drink order and let me look over the menu. Then, I saw it , Tsukemen ramen. My favorite ramen dish ever! I ordered the soft shell crab as an appetizer. It arrived quickly and looked amazing. The soft shell crab was absolutely delicious. The sauces were exactly what I wanted , sweet, creamy and spicy. The Tsukemen flavors were off the charts. The pork chashu was grilled and had an awesome char flavor. The soy 6min egg was so good and the kimchi was fresh , sweet and perfectly spicy. Located somewhere in a sprawling Stephanie plaza between Ross and Hobby Lobby, it's somehow managed to survive despite being on hardly anyone's radar. Initially, I had eyes on a salmon app, but I eventually read enough of the menu to notice the Orange Salmon ($13.99), apparently classified as a no-rice roll or something. This is indeed a rendition of a certain famous "new" sashimi-style dish with salmon slices paired with orange slices and an umami dressing. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.
