Everything is organic and clearly thought out. The ones we tried were incredibly fresh and tasty, and the colors are just beautiful and vibrant. You can tell real care goes into every single thing they make. It's the kind of food that's hard to find even in LA unless you're paying Erewhon prices. We ordered a drip coffee an oatmilk latte. She gave us the drip coffee immediately, which was nice. The coffee was rich and very tasty (not bitter or flavored). You should know though they do not have a public restroom, which is somewhat of a draw back when you are serving hot and cold beverages and want to attract travelers.
