Following the initial incident there were numerous calls back and forth with Arika arranging the tire delivery and schedule to put it back on my car before I needed to leave to get home. This process could not have been better. What a true treat to be treated in a kind and fair manner. So rare these days. Then when it came time to put the new tire on the Tech noticed very quickly there was a loose bolt on the rocker arm from the impact. Then he also noticed how far off the alignment was off. By simply taking the time to be diligent he made my experience first rate. I highly recommend this location for all tire and service needs.
