Came in and asked for a used tire the "owner , manager " whoever was trying to ridiculously over charge me the cashier said they had used tires in the back and the manager guy quickly snapped "no we don't charge them $112) . I called this morning as I needed new tires. I had a quick response of all of the tires that would fit my Jeep compass. I am a bargain shopper and Hooten was having a sale so that's where I found my best deal. Upon arriving we were greeted, great customer service. I ended up going with 4 all weather tires for 598 out the door with a 5k mile warranty and rotations/tire checks whenever I want. They had a seating area and I was in and out in under 30 min. Stellar customer service (to me and every person that they dealt with while I was there) and did a full set of new tires on 2 of my vehicles in 2 hours which included me going home to swap vehicles and them working other customers in as they came in! Free flat repair for the life of the tire and free rotations every 5k miles. Great family owned business with locations in Reno and Carson City. They were recommended to me by long-time area residents and I am so grateful for the tip. I went in here today to replace my two front tires. Guy, was friendly at first and I knew a little bit more about tires than he liked, he quoted me over 500 for just 2 tires... I said, that's too much when I bought tires last they where 230 for 2 tires. He became rude and unpleasant. I won't be back no matter how bad I need tires. I won't be going there.
