He got rid of my large wasp nest and honored the original price estimate even though my nest was very large and difficult to get to since it was behind a metal art frame. He cleaned-up afterwards and offered several suggestions for keeping wasps away. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

I am writing to warn potential customers about the deceptive business practices employed by…read moreRedstone Pest Control. During the initial scheduling process, they ask customers to confirm an appointment via text, which they later claim constitutes an agreement to a binding, year-long contract. Furthermore, when technicians arrive for a service, they ask for a signature on a handheld device; this signature is presented as a routine acknowledgment of service but is actually used to lock the customer into an undisclosed, long-term agreement. The terms of these contracts are not made transparent, and the fine print is intentionally difficult to review. Additionally, despite explicit instructions not to charge my debit card, the company proceeded to process unauthorized payments. When I attempted to cancel the service, I was met with verbal hostility and threats of being sent to collections. I strongly advise others to avoid this business due to their lack of professional ethics and predatory billing practices.

We had a roach problem that he took care of last fall for a very reasonable price, and his follow up visits {four times a year} are very effective. He always sends a seasonal reminder via text, for the maintenance visits so I don't have to remember when it needs to be done. If you need any kind of pest control, U'Buggin is the one to call.

I hired Greg and the Green Pest Guys in the early fall of 2011 and have been doing business with…read morethem ever since! At the time, I had just moved to Texas and had never seen anything as horrifying as these cockroaches around here. I found a couple in my bathtub one night and after first screaming and then commencing all-out warfare to oust the filthy little intruders, I went to work researching ways to keep them away for good. (*note: if you want nightmares, research American cockroaches on Google before going to bed) Because I'm a firm believer in environmetal responsibility and keeping synthetic and toxic chemicals away from my pets, body and home, I was elated to find the Green Pest Guys. Contacting them was piece of cake. I emailed the address on their website and got a call the next day to set up an appointment. Greg came out to my house in Irving at our scheduled time, explained his products and the processes he uses to maintain a high-quality integrated pest management regimen. He also inspected the exterior, interior, attic, crawl space and garage for signs of rodents and bugs, and treated wherever necessary. The interior product even leaves the house smelling like wintergreen candy! When he is in our yard, they are very diligent about making sure gates and doors are latched to keep our dogs from escaping. They are also very considerate of our landscaping and personal items in and outside our home and wear cloth booties over their shoes when inside to protect our floors. Aside from an occasional bug here or there during seasonal weather changes, our house has been virtually pest free since working with Green Pest Guys. They recommend quarterly treatments, but they guarantee their work and will come back for free if any concerns arise before the next treatment is due. So far it has been unnecessary, even when I skipped one of my indoor treatments because I coudn't be home on our scheduled day. I can't say enough great things about Greg and his Green Pest Guys. They are all so friendly and helpful. Most of all, they are honest and straightforward, and aren't going to try scaring you into spending money on unnecessary treatments. Pricing is competetive with the big name synthetic chemical pest control companies, but without all of the harmful neurotoxins. Even if it were a little higher, I'd be willing to pay for the peace of mind that comes with a superior product and oustanding service. Give them a call!!

We put our dogs outside in the heat expecting them to arrive on time for their appointment. At 9:15 my husband called and was told our guy is running late because he's at a new house. We said we would give it a few more minutes. At 9:25, we got a text saying he won't be here until 9:45 AM. I called and canceled the appointment. It's unprofessional to not notify your clients when you're running late. Your customer should never have to call you to find out what's going on. This was a very poor first impression. The best part was when I called to say we wanted to cancel because of the inconsideration, and they asked if I'd like to reschedule for later in the week.
