The company left the cages for approximately two weeks - most of the time they did not work, had the incorrect food, were closed and locked because of Sundays! Amazingly they did NOT catch the raccoon. The one technician who seemed to know what he was doing suggested we request a full or partial refund. The owner flatly denied the request, saying he had lost money on us! That implies he would have been doing the same disservice to other clients and collecting fees. I call that dishonesty. Five hundred dollars upfront for nothing. Needless to say, we have ceased using them for pest control. Buyer beware.
