Extremely good experience! From the music, vibe and the drinks. The drinks can be a little lower but they are complex enough to where I can see why they charge that much. The living color drink was my least favorite. The service was nice and not pushy which I appreciated.

Hidden gem! Decided to visit after our waitress recommended it at our dinner spot. I never knew it was there! The drinks are presented nicely and taste just as good. It's a small, quiet and calming vibe. The team is excellent and friendly. Def add to your list to check out!

Tried out this place with friends after a comedy show in Friday night. My friend had reservations for 2 and because we joined last minute, we had to wait a few minutes for something to become available. We sat in a cozy area that had sofas and an intimate setup. The staff were really friendly and nice and even had great recommendations for drinks. They had some popcorn that was homemade that was really good according to my friend. It was definitely a nice environment and a cool chill vibe. A hidden gem that I will be back to experience again.

The ambiance, decor, and drinks are amazing here. Great date night spot. It's small/intimate setting makes for great place to catch up over drinks with friends or for a date. The bartenders are super friendly and quick. I ordered the Yuz About It, and it tasted amazing. I highly recommend if you love midori sour and melon flavors. I'd definitely go back again to try others.

Very cute place near downtown but there's an actual parking lot which is wonderful. You walk up some stairs and the bar is dimly lit and moody - not super large, there's bar seating and a few tables then two large couches. We made a reservation for 8 on a Saturday and we didn't need one - got a little busier closer to 10 but it didn't seem anyone was ever waiting for a table. I got the smooth criminal which is described as a blueberry parfait - I loved it. Great balance of sweet and tart and some creaminess on top. Quite strong but not in the way sense that I only tasted the alcohol. My boyfriend got the Lip Service which is described as juicy and crushable - it tasted like fruit punch, my boyfriend was a huge fan! We were asked to move over one table so they could make a four top and got free shots - very nice since it wasn't a big deal to move. I got a passion fruit shot - so strong again but still tasty - and my boyfriend got a white tea shot. Great place!

So glad I finally checked this place out and now I know why it was voted one of the best bars in North America. So many cocktails with ingredients I never heard of. I went with Crazy Never Dies which was pretty tasty - grapefruit repo, sherry, lime and some other ingredients. The shrimp remoulade was very flavorful and you had your choice of chips. Of course I got half and half. A spicy chip and a lime chip. So crunchy and full of flavor. I loved the vibe here, very cozy and the bartenders were non-stop making drinks.

Have you ever been to Killer Whale in Roosevelt row? Well this place gives me that vibe but in a classy form. They have moody lighting, couch seating, table seating (great for dates) and my favorite, the bar seating! We got to see the bartender in action and see all the drinks come out. One person even ordered the elote popcorn which was massive! I wish I got that. I ordered the Crazy Never Dies cocktail. This was very fruity and tropical... think lime, pineapple, grapefruit, tequila, rum, and more. It may have had the most ingredients. I enjoyed it but i wouldn't recommend it if you don't like fruity sweet drinks. Now the Tokyo drift was better! It came with a guava candy on the side and felt more refreshing and fruity. (Tequila, rum, guava, rose aperitif, and lime). We just had one drink here and left to go to another. Overall I enjoyed it and there's plenty of free parking in the parking lot.

One of my new favorite bars. It has a dark, cozy atmosphere with a centralized long bar. The cocktails are unique and delicious - they recently released a new menu. Service is quick and the bartenders are all incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and fun to chat with. Special shoutout to Sam for making our drinks the two evenings we came in!

Hands down the best bar in Arizona. From the moment you walk in, the vibe just hits! It is the perfect mix of energy, style, and comfort. The drinks are next level, Mitch and Libby have created an expertly crafted an extensive cocktail menu. You can tell the bartenders truly know their stuff and care about every glass they send across the bar. The crowd is just as good as the drinks. A great mix of locals and visitors, everyone relaxed, friendly, and there to have a good time. Whether you're there for a laid-back night or ready to turn things up, this place somehow nails both. Music, atmosphere, service all dialed in perfectly. This is the kind of bar you come back to again and again and end up recommending to everyone you know. If you're in Arizona and don't stop here, you're missing out!

Tasty innovative drinks served in a loungey space on the second floor. I've driven by here but never been to this spot in Central Phoenix til my friend visited from the Bay! We got the Tokyo Drift, Book of Wei and Disco Panda and each was tasty and well crafted. Loved the Asian influence in these options! Friends got an Old Fashioned and Disco Panda. They have a wide variety of drinks so you'll please any cocktail lover by visiting here. Food options are limited so if you want to fill up beforehand or eat after you'll be looking elsewhere as this is more like a lounge/high end bar. Note they do have drink minimums when they are busy to turn over tables faster.

Great cocktail selection. I definitely enjoyed the tartness and fruitiness of the goose chase drink. They have high tops, bar seating and some lounge seating with couches but it's not super big inside. You need to climb stairs to get to the bar so may not be the most accessible. A little slow on service but it was busy. I also thought the stools for the high top tables were a little uncomfortable. Overall a nice bar, but pricey cocktails at $17+.

Came here with my husband and some of our friends, and the drinks were amazing! I personally liked the book of Wei coz the oyster leaf on top was such a unique touch! The rest drinks we ordered were impressive too. You can see that the bartender put a lot of thoughts on creating those cocktails. Highly recommend!

Carry On actually called me to confirm our "tickets," which I thought was really cute. The whole experience kind of started a couple of days before our actual "departure time." They also reminded us to park in the Renaissance Square parking garage under Wren & Wolf, and they were able to validate our parking for three hours. We had to go to Wren & Wolf first to pick up our Carry On tickets. We got there early, and they let us relax in their couch area while we waited for our departure time. The walk from the Renaissance Square parking garage to Wren & Wolf was easy. You just follow the signs, and the whole walk is inside the building, which was perfect because it was so hot outside. While we were waiting, we could order drinks and chill, just like being in an airport lounge. When it was time for departure, we walked outside the building, and Carry On was right around the corner. You won't miss it because you'll see the Carry On Air flight schedule above the gate door. Right on time, we were greeted by a friendly flight attendant. Once we walked into the cabin, it really felt like we were inside a first-class flight lounge. Our flight attendant served us drinks right after we sat down, and we also ordered more cocktails and snacks from their menu. The captain spoke to us over the speaker, just like on a real flight. As we took off, we could even feel the seats moving. Looking out the "window," we saw buildings, clouds surrounding us, and even experienced turbulence I'm not going to tell you too much because I don't want to ruin the experience. I'll let you try it for yourself. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try. At least for us, we loved it.

I went with a gin cocktail that had coconut flavors something I would never consider with gin but if you read my reviews you know gin is my preferred spirit. It was so good! For two people we ordered three types of empanadas we probably could have gotten away with two flavors and maybe a lighter tapa or desert but really wanted to try the cheese and guava empanada and didn't want that to be a main option in case we didn't like it. Needless to say we really liked all three: picadillo, arroz con pollo and guava and cheese - the picadillo was the favorite however both for the inside flavor and the accompanying dip. It was busy, but not packed, which made the service stand out more than it should have. I had to ask for water twice, never got a refill, and overall felt largely ignored--minimal eye contact, no real warmth, just an impersonal feel that didn't match the space. It felt like a place that may be a bit of a victim of its own success--popularity has grown, but delivery hasn't fully kept pace. Part of the appeal here is the permanent taco truck outside, which I know from past visits is excellent, and I love the truck's outspoken, unapologetic support for immigrants. That said, the cocktail itself was excellent. I was specifically looking for a coffee-based drink before heading to another event, and the Cambures al Estilo Foster delivered on flavor. It was tiny, though--served in a small stemmed glass, gone in a few sips. It did the job, but some may find the portion underwhelming for the price. No major complaints, but nothing pulling me back either. I'm adding a fourth star on a bit of a hunch--I'd like to think they can dial it back in if I return.
