The godfather and bbq chicken pizzas

Good service and easy to get a reservation 1 hour prior to arriving on a Thursday night. Pizza was 1/2 price and tasty! Great selection of beers on tap, many of them from Alberta - they do flights and have some specials.

Yo, this place is live!! It was like being back in a popping Vegas bar where I'm from, great ambience and environment. Apparently all pitchers of beer cost the same which is odd but okay. Pool tables, foosball, bowling and whatever that basketball game is. Went there both nights I was in town!

High Rollers provided a super fun hour of entertainment for my husband and I on our last night in Banff... We called ahead and were able to reserve a lane, and less than an hour later, we walked in from the cold. We immediately loved the fun, warm, and chill atmosphere. We had 20 minutes to kill before our lane was open, so we bellied up to the bar and ordered a beer each. They have a huge selection. We also helped ourselves to some delicious popcorn! Our lane was ready a few minutes early, so we paid and received our shoes and got started. I won the first round and my husband won the second... we had a lot of fun. Service up front, at the bar, and while we were bowling, was all good. The shoes, balls, alleys, and even the bathrooms are kept clean. I dig this place! One thing worth noting: High Rollers does not accept American Express cards and if you pay in US currency, they don't do a proper exchange rate. Our loss there! It was still worth it though. I'd definitely return on future trips to Banff!

We got Sweet Potato Tater Tots, Buffalo Cauliflower, Margherita and Vegetarian Pizzas. The food was decent and good quality for bar food. Their hot sauce is bomb. The pizzas were different, as the crust was thicker than NY style but thinner than pan style pizza. If you want bar food in Banff go here. The service was good and we got seated right away. They also have a great selection of draft beers and bowling which makes it a fun place for a larger group.

This place is da bomb! If you are visiting Banff you NEED to come here for some liquid libations, pizza, and bowling fun! Their pizzas are fabulous! With my favorite being the hangover one with egg a top! Be warned that you do need to be stair friendly here as the entire business is located in a basement. I loved the decor, the log cabin vibe, the vinyl dj corner, the picnic tables, the food... pretty well everything. The bathrooms have the cutest bowling pins on the doors for the M & F signage. There's a mini arcade next to the Bowling alley if video games is more your style. Holy Rollers will be on my must visit Banff list for every future trip to Banff!

Popped in here on a whim because we had just gotten to Banff and it was so much fun! It was really quiet when we showed up which was nice, we played some bowling and the staff were super kind and friendly. Shay (sorry if it's misspelled) was lovely and so hilarious, I loved chatting with her! The bowling alley was clean and we're going back for food tonight because we loved the environment the staff created inside, super cool place and worth a visit whether that's to play some bowling or go for some food!

I've been to High Rollers on a few occasions, bowing, snacks and beers. It does all three really well! Usually we go in wintertime for a bit of entertainment and a heat. It's a great spot to warm up on a cold Albertan evening. It's a small old fashioned bowling alley and they have created a fun atmosphere. There is a strong focus on the beer options and the record collection by the DJ booth. If you are looking for a fun place to hang out after a day on the slopes, I'd recommend booking a lane, grabbing a couple of those delicious pizzas and knocking back some craft beer.

Awesome alley with 6 lanes of bowling fun! We tried this place out on our last trip to Banff and I think we will add this to our must-do list for future trips. It has a great funky vibe to it plus some great food and alcohol selections. They also have an arcade area for people that want to do that as well. I tried some craft beers they had on tap plus some wings and pizza. Everything was great and I look forward to trying out more of their menu next time. If you are looking for something different to do while in Banff definitely check this place out!

I had no idea a bowling alley was nestled in the main street of Banff. It's a little bit tricky if you have a stroller or wheelchair because the elevator access is in the "mall" entrance next door. Strangely, when I went, the elevator would not go to the basement level despite pressing the button; one of us had to actually wait in the elevator while the other went to the basement and pressed the button to go up in order to make the elevator car go down to the basement level. There is a dining area & the bowling alley looked pretty fun. However, my kids were having an afternoon meltdown, so thank goodness the dining area was available with kid friendly bites! There's TVs and retro music playing keeping a funky vibe going. Atmosphere is a little dim, but cozy & eclectic, most seating is about barstool height too. Pizzas were affordable & a decent size with some unique flavours, (we had maple syrup to compliment the pizza we chose). Service was generally friendly and punctual, although I do wish we were provided more drinking glasses (we got 2 water glasses for a family of 4, and when I requested more, I got 1 more glass). This is a child friendly place, so I would recommend it if you are looking for an indoor activity or kid friendly food.

Be sure to check out their daily specials! If you're looking to save a few bucks, I would highly recommend coming for their Sunday special (14" pizza for $14) on select pizzas. It's not your Pizza Pizza shit, their pizza was surprisingly legit! We got the Canadian which was so filling (perfect for 2-3 ppl). Honestly our cheapest meal together in Banff and we loved it. They have a gorgeous space but for the songs they play, it doesn't seem to be very family friendly. But it's a great place to grab a beer and chill with friends. Also, they have free bowling on Weds after 9pm! There are 6 lanes available and I'm not sure how busy it gets but worth going if you have no plans

    Craft beer options

Well... this town isn't the most foody of a place. But we didn't realize when my significant other picked this... that it was a bowling Alley. Well... it was bowling alley food. The pizza was very basic and pretty dry..... expensive for basic pizza. The waitress was so nice and helpful tho. If you want Canadian craft beer.... then this might be a great place. The sweet potato tots were pretty good tho... but overall was not a great place for food imo

High Rollers had such tasty pizza and good beer. Bowling was super fun coming in with our Yelp party. The location is in the middle of town with lots of shops to explore. Had a really good time.

Admittedly, I'm not much of a drinker but I'll have some once in a while and Bear Street seems to have a pretty good selection. I tried a Vietnamese Coffee Stout which I enjoyed. I'm definitely more of an eater than I am a drinker and the eats at Bear Street Tavern are excellent. My party got 2 pizzas and a salad and we enjoyed it all. To start we got the Tavern Bowl. It's a bunch of different vegetables with a Tahini Miso Dressing and kimchi on top. All the different textures and flavors worked really well together and the salad served as a nice break between bites of pizza. The Wheeler Hut pizza has mushrooms, ricotta, truffle oil, pesto, and mozzarella. If you're a fan of truffle flavor you'll enjoy this pizza. As soon as it was brought out I could already smell the truffle. The Mediterranean has olives, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, red onions, chili flakes, spinach, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze. A little busier than the Wheeler Hut, but it was equally delicious. I'm not sure which pizza I liked more. Both pizzas had a fantastic crust with some char. Substantial enough to stand up to the toppings but still a little doughy for a nice chew. The char gives a nice crunch as well. Service is quick and friendly and the prices are fair, especially in a tourist area. I definitely recommend Bear Street Tavern.

It was also delicious and had little tiny mini salt crystals on it which gave it a lot of flavor. My only slight disappointment was the choice of background music. It had too much of a 12345678 up beat to it. When they play music with this kind of a tempo, you can definitely see all of the waiters and waitresses walking to the beat of the music, but I think it also rushes people in eating and digestion. It makes people hurry up because you could literally see people chewing to the beat of the music I don't even know if the Restaurant realizes the psychology behind the choice of music But overall, I enjoyed everything I came there to eat and everything tasted good for me. I just would've had a different choice to music preference

We came here on a whim to find a nice place to eat as we were on our way to Lake Louise. We walked around town to find a place to eat and my wife loves Italian, so we tried to walk in at about 6pm. Luckily for us, there was an open seat (reservation are highly recommended.. it was packed). We were greeted by the waiter who gave us the choice of sparkling or still water. Fancy schmancy. We got the still house water. The place was packed, full, and a bit loud, but also romantic given the atmosphere and the views. Good place to take a date, but not a good place if you wanted a private booth/moment. I ordered the seafood linguine, and my wife ordered the spicy rigatoni alla vodka. We also ordered the little gem caesar to share, and she also go the coffee martini for her drink. I got soda. The caesar came out and it was one of the best caesars I had. It was presented by having two baby heads of romaine lettuce covered with caesar dressing. Very tasty and creamy. Very very good! Next time, I am going to order one for just myself! Only eating one baby romaine head left me wanting more! After the salad, the pastas came out and the seafood linguine was remarkable! Presented as a bundle of linguini with seafood on the sides, all covered in white wine/clam sauce. One of THE BEST seafood linguines I have ever tried! My wife's spicy rigatoni was spicy and had a kick (I am Thai so take that for what it's worth). My wife thought it was a bit too spicy for her, but overall the dish was meh. Reminds me of the pasta alla vodka at Cheesecake Factory, but without the sausage. I do believe if there was an option to add sausage, the dish would've been 100x better. The dish just got bland the more you ate it. And because of this, I ended up eating the rigatoni, and my wife ate the linguini lol. Just kidding.. kinda. We shared our plates :) I highly recommend this place. The rigatoni was nothing special, but everything else was spectacular. We were even contemplating going back there on our drive home, but it opened at 4pm that day, and that was too late on our schedule to wait. Nevertheless, we'll be back again!
