They were able to quote me via some pictures I sent, and got everything scheduled same day. The techs showed up to the house to pick up when they said they were going to. Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.

Outstanding Service from a True Local Family Business! I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service I received from A+ Carpet Cleaning. As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. The results were incredible -- the stain and odor are completely gone. A+ Carpet Cleaning delivered excellent, professional work from start to finish. If you're in the Portland area and need carpet cleaning you can trust, look no further. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again!

As someone still adjusting to a big purchase, that extra bit of guidance meant a lot. I'd highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. Let me start off by saying that even if you don't fully read this, you should use Top Notch Carpet…read morecleaning, because they are just that good! Anyways, before today I had not had my carpets cleaned since I moved into our home over 3 years ago. I honestly didn't really think about professionally cleaning the carpets because I had not needed to think about it prior to this home (oops, my bad! I'll keep up on it now!) I'm sure everyone did the same thing before choosing who they wanted to go with to clean their carpets (searching the many options/reviews that appear on google), because there are quite a few out there, and its hard to know what a reasonable price is, and what the service should look like from start to finish if you have not done it before! (You can stop looking now that you're reading this review :p) I was looking through, and came across Top Notch Carpet Cleaning, and I honestly couldn't have made a better decision. Steps I took before day of service- - Went onto their website and looked at their service options (They make it super easy to build your own quote online) - I chose to book an appt and choose specific areas, sizes, and the type of cleaning I wanted - I then chose an available time and booked the appt all online within a matter for maybe 5min (After you choose the type and area size you want cleaned, it gives you a price for the service too!) Prepping the spaces being cleaned before the service! I made sure to vacuum the spaces I was having cleaned before the day of service (I recommend reading their pre appt email that tells you how to prep the space prior to their arrival ( I assume this just helps with the flow of your service and ensures that their tools don't get clogged or something. But either way, if it helps them day of, the areas will be vacuumed! I will note that once your service day comes, they will look at the areas to make sure they aline with the options you chose (which is super helpful, because I kind of guessed sqft areas in bedrooms that had things like furniture that took up sqft space) and will discount a little if you chose too big of a space, and add if you underestimated the space. If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading and I hope the remainder of this review helps you choose who you'd like to clean your carpets! We have come to the day of service! I received a text the night before letting me know what time he would arrive the following day, and I also received a text the morning of telling me how far out he was, which was very helpful for me so that I could make sure my animals were put away! Once James arrived he was very nice, and took a look at the areas I wanted cleaned, and also looked around the carpet for pet stains with a black light. (yikes! I may have to invest in a blacklight now haha!) Anyways, the blacklight was MUCH needed. James was very thorough during initial looks, and then got to work! I'm honestly writing this as he works because I have the time, and also wanted to be very thorough with this review because up until this point, I am super happy with the service. Update- Service has finished. The carpets look as new as the first time I saw them when the house was new! I can't say enough good things about James, and the service he provided. So friendly, helpful, and honest. I will be solely using Top Notch Carpet Cleaning from here on out! (And you should too! You seriously won't be regret it!)
