We thought it was a mistake, and got Groupon to "unredeem" it. She set up an appointment 3 times, and each time Sara didn't show up. Then on the last time she suddenly said the Groupon had been refunded and she would only come if we paid her cash. Needless to say at that point we contacted Groupon for a refund. Stay away!
