We called CTG and within a day they had a customer service guy here who disassembled the section, took it back to the shop and everything was repaired and back in place perfectly. Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. Price: not the least expensive option we saw but given the reviews and communication we received from the start, we knew it would not be money wasted. I did not think their pricing was unreasonable. Every single employee I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A top tier professionally run company from my experience. Will be using them for other needs in the future.
