During the day of staging, both of them were here for the whole day (I staged 70% of my house) to ensure that every room is styled nicely. Not a good experience with this company. The stager that showed up to stage the home did a good…read morejob with what she had to work with. Some of the furnishings looked tired. Some were stained. The customer service was terrible. We signed a one month contract from 7/25 through 8/25. I notified them with an email on 8/21 that the home sold and we would not be extending. I was told that I didn't notify them soon enough and they would be charging an additional $550. I was told I should have notified them on the 17th because they require 5 days to destage. On 9/1 at 9am the staging has not been removed. (10 days after I emailed them)

They took a nightmare of a situation and went above and beyond to make it a dream. From the very beginning, Megan and Rachel took on the project with confidence, humor, and professionalism. While Megan and Rachel are wizards at design and listening to client's personal styles, it is important to note that their services go beyond simple aesthetics. They were incredibly involved with the physical design of the space, which included frequent communication with our construction company and subcontractors, ensuring that everything was accomplished according to the plan. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths.
