Wow! I have been working with Julia and little by little since I bought my very first house about 6…read moremonths ago. She has been extremely patient with my decision making - always finding options that I feel comfortable with. (It's scary when you are a first time buyer- and realize how much it really is to furnish a home). We started off having a bunch of pre calls- where she got the vibe of me and my girlfriend's taste. And let me tell you .... It's not an easy feat when my style is PNW/ midcentury modern and my gf is English country side/ northeast . But we are SOOOOOOO happy. She sent us a doc of exactly what we were looking for- and even did it in phases. Little by little .... Am I right ? My favorite part- she always helps schedule and makes the delivery process up so smooth, I never have to worry about it. She is so responsive and on it. Thank you so much Julia- for making this semi - stressful task .... Fun!

They took a nightmare of a situation and went above and beyond to make it a dream. From the very beginning, Megan and Rachel took on the project with confidence, humor, and professionalism. While Megan and Rachel are wizards at design and listening to client's personal styles, it is important to note that their services go beyond simple aesthetics. They were incredibly involved with the physical design of the space, which included frequent communication with our construction company and subcontractors, ensuring that everything was accomplished according to the plan. This included but was not limited to: designing lighting plans; meticulously designing and measuring cabinetry, and then working with the cabinet maker and subs to ensure a correct fit; swooping in to fix address all the issues, from fixture placements to counter heights to wall lengths. Their attention to detail along the way was truly astounding and their knowledge of home workmanship is unmatched. There was never a problem they couldn't fix or an issue that they couldn't untangle. I know without a doubt that our project would not be as amazing as it is without them. Fox and Fern is an amazing team and I cannot wait until I have another project so I can work with them again. They are the absolute best and would highly recommend their services.

We highly recommend Jackie Draper with Space Reimagined, she is such a delight to work with!…read moreWe now have stunning quartz counters, a gorgeous backsplash, new gas cooktop on our island, new sinks and great under counter lighting. The design works brilliantly with our northwest/Asian home. We had wanted our kitchen remodeled for several years and worked with a couple designers and contractors but we never felt comfortable going forward due to them being pushy and over- priced. We are so grateful for Jackie, if it hadn't been for her giving us a gentle nudge along the way we probably would not be here enjoying our perfect kitchen! It was important when we started the project that it be finished by Thanksgiving and of course she made it happen! Planning and construction was over a period of 6 weeks, the actual construction lasted about 10 days. Due to one member of our family having health issues we did not leave during the construction, surprisingly it was not hectic, they were very respectful, organized, on schedule and polite while in our home. Jackie was on site during most of the construction in case of any issues that might arise, she works well with subcontractors and has access to great craftsmen. Jackie is so much fun to work with, high energy, a great problem solver, very organized, a good listener, patient, respectful, very resourceful, available, flexible, professional and has great attention to detail. Jackie, we can't thank you enough for all you have done for us, we absolutely love our new kitchen! Are you ready to attack the upstairs bathroom? Barbara J.- Forest Heights, Portland, OR.

Remodeling my floating home was something I wanted done, but not something I wanted to do. Having…read morerecently gotten through two stressful renovation projects on my other home, I did not relish the thought of beginning another one and, after losing my spouse to illness earlier in the year, I was already in a rough place. All this to say, I started my search for a designer with a dream for my space, but also with a heavy heart and a substantial amount of dread. I discovered Space Reimagined through a Google search and was immediately drawn to the professionalism of the website and the beautiful project photos. Jackie returned my call to inquire the same day, and put me at east right away with her friendliness, competence, and confidence. After a lovely a phone conversation, followed by a visit to my home to tour the space, I knew in my heart that I'd lucked into something wonderful. From literally day one through the final walk-through, Jackie made me feel completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the industry, exemplary taste, and deep commitment to my comfort with every decision never wavered. She truly listened to me, spent countless hours talking me through each step, and continuously impressed me with her ability to keep straight the countless details a full-house remodel entails. Jackie's communication skills are exemplary. She provided me with updates almost every day and held fast to the timeline she set early on. Throughout the several months we worked together, there was never a challenge that arose that Jackie wasn't right on top of. Projects of this size inevitably have their twists and turns, but Jackie was always one step ahead with a solution (sometimes more than one!) Throughout the project, Jackie remained incredibly accessible. She made time for my questions and ensured that I had I had all the information needed to inform each decision. I could go on and on, but the end result is that I am overjoyed with my newly remodeled home and truly feel that discovering Space Reimagined was the best thing to happen to me in 2023. I would recommend Jackie without reservation to anyone considering a project of any size, and (almost) feel sad my home is complete, because it means my time with Jackie is over! If you are remotely on the fence with the decision of who to go with for your home, let this be your sign. Jackie is wonderful, and I can not sing her praises highly enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I wanted the inside to be as custom as possible since the outside of my house looks like every other house in the neighborhood and this is where Carrie came into the picture. Since my builder didn't offer white cabinet options we found a painter that painted all of my cabinetry before moving in. Carrie helped us with changing out the lightening fixtures, wall decor, a custom gallery wall and other furnishings and all within the budget we gave her. We are so happy with how our home turned out and recommend Carrie 1000%!

I asked Carrie if I could bring my clients in to see what a similar home could look like when professionally decorated/staged. They had been looking at homes in her community for some time, but just could not visualize what the finished product could look like. The model home was nice but did not sell the potential of what their home could look like. Carrie allowed me to bring them in and within seconds, I could tell that this is exactly what they were looking for. We spent as much time looking at her furnishings as we did the physical structure of the home. Well, needless to say, we wrote an offer the next day and my clients are currently building their new home. I am so excited for both my clients and I'm sure they are going to hire Carrie to help them once their home is complete! Thank you Carrie, I couldn't have done it without you!

This was our first remodel, so we weren't sure what to expect and had a fair amount of anxiety related to all the decisions and choices that had to be made about the details of the project. Michelle and Klaas were very communicative throughout the project and did a great job walking us through the decision-making process. They were patient and responsive to our questions and directed us in ways that helped us make decisions we felt good about. We are really happy with the results, and Michelle and Klaas were a pleasure to work with. At the outset of the project, they provided us with a calendar/schedule outlining what things would be done when, so we had a clear understanding of what to expect and what the timelines for the various components of the project would be. And, except for one short and unavoidable delay due to weather, they stayed on schedule and finished the work on time. They worked with us on developing a design that really worked to meet our needs using the footprint and constraints of the existing space. One very pleasant surprise was the addition of a good-sized deck off of the new kitchen, which has added another level of livability and enjoyment to our house. They helped us get most of the features and design elements we wanted within the budget we had. And their work transformed our living space in ways we couldn't imagine. We would definitely work with Encircle Design and Build again!

Said they don't serve certain areas, apparently we're in a nice enough area to potentially even be served since we live a few blocks from them, but that's pretty off-putting. Then when we said we needed a bathroom remodel the lady said "we only do whole house renovations" and literally hung up. Mindblowingly rude customer service, that came off as incredibly snooty and privileged. Despite being actual neighbors this was the rudest Interaction we've ever had with a contractor or renovator. Edit: and now I see other people have gotten just bathroom remodels done, not "whole house" remodels. Wow. We now know which company to tell people in the neighborhood to steer clear from.
