They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch and I have contacted the BBB

I was arrived at the house 4 days after the cleaning and found that most of the items listed in the estimate were indeed done. However some were left out. - The bottom kitchen cabinet and drawers were all left out. - I suspect the floor was only vacuumed but not mopped (I mopped it myself and water was jet black). There were also some stickers on the floor which could easily have been cleaned up but weren't. - The cleaning crew forgot to turn off the A/C. They did offer to come back and clean the cabinets but I already cleaned it myself.

I hired Green Gloss Cleaners for a move-out job a year ago, and they did a great job in my 500…read moresquare foot space. A year later, I hired them again for two other move-out jobs. This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn't miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn't have time to find every last thing that didn't get cleaned in this house. As I've done a couple more walkthroughs, I've found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable. If I'm paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you're counting on the space actually being clean. EDIT: I offered the option to come earlier in the day to avoid the heat or to use the air conditioner, and they chose not to do either of those. I did not receive any communication that the upstairs was too hot or that a fan was needed (which I could have provided). The cleaner said she wiped down all of the walls.
