We have used Murray Hill Maids for over 13 years, absolutely love them for their conscientious professional cleaning, great communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company and the people that work for them.... you won't be disappointed! read more

Communication is pretty much nonexistent. Messaged them on Yelp and they said call to schedule an in-home estimate. Left multiple voicemails and no one would call me back. I hired someone else. read more

I have called on Murrayhill Maids quite a few times to help me move out and move into a few places. I have always been pleased with the quality and professionalism the teams have shown both my family homes and my possessions. I have had different employees come in over the years and Denise has always assured me that I will be pleased with the work and I HAVE! I will ALWAYS recommend this high quality reasonably priced company to anyone wanting safe cleaners and responsible, respectful people in their homes. Thank you so much for all you ladies have done to make my life easier, you are the BEST!!! read more

I have been using Murrayhill Maids for several years now and these gals do an amazing job. I have a dog with long hair and they get rid of all of it, including on my couch. They also get rid of dog nose prints on my front window and sliding glass door. All the gals are friendly, fun and so accommodating. Denise, Deanna and Bri are our favorites, although we like them all. Best part is they all love my dog who wants to be the supervisor, following them around the house and trying to herd the vacuum. It doesn't seem to bother them in the least and I really appreciate that. I also like that they don't just use a feather duster for dusting everything and that my mini blinds get dusted regularly. I totally trust them to come and clean when I'm not home and never have to worry. I could go on and on, but these gals and this company are awesome and the service is a great value for the money. read more

We have been so happy with Murrayhill Maids! They are so attentive to our needs and met our expectations with the cleaning of our home. Denise took the time to listen to our concerns about making our home clean without harsh chemicals or leaving a fragrance from their cleaners. They came through for us. The cleaning staff is great! They are quiet, thorough, and very nice to interact with. It is our pleasure to leave this review. read more

Murrayhill Maids is fantastic! Their team is always professional, on time and conscious about taking care of our home. The best part is everything is sparkling when they leave! I highly recommend them. read more

I recently hired Murrayhill maids to clean my apartment to move out and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work they did and their customer service! My concerns and requests were all met directly by one of the owners, and I was very impressed with that. They use completely eco friendly cleaning supplies which was one of the main reasons I reached out to them as I have bunnies in the apartment and other sensitive pets that were not completely moved out. They did not mind this and were completely flexible with me. I would 100 percent recommend them to friends and will hire them in the future for any cleaning needs. Thanks ladies! read more

I have tried many cleaning companies over the years and end up being disappointed after a few cleanings. They just don't keep up the quality they start out with. But after using Murrayhill Maids I will go no where else!!!! They are fantastic!!! Impeccable service and amazing attention to detail!!! I am so impressed with them that I hesitate to write this review because I want to keep them all to myself!! But as a small business owner...I have to share!!! If you are lucky enough to get on their schedule it will be the best decision you make!!! A++++++ WONDERFUL CLEANING COMPANY! M. Morris, Beaverton Or. read more

Murrayhill Maids always go above and beyond our expectations. They always assure a clean home and happy customers. I've used this company many times for cleanings and I have always had an excellent experience. Better than other cleaners I've used. I just had them out a few weeks ago for a cleaning and would definitely recommend to someone looking for regular or occasional cleaning help. read more

SUPERB! Based on reviews, good and negative I called to find out for myself. They cleaned ALL the things I hate doing... window sills, baseboards, all doors, ceiling fans, banisters, shower, tubs and still had time to do basic cleaning. Very affordable, and work done in the order of my list left. Based from personal experience, I will hire again. I've also dismissed the negative comments as people who are never happy. read more

Unimpressed. Friendly owner who tried to compensate for her sub par cleaners who did not pay attention to cleaning details. Was hopeful after a few cleanings that things would improve but that wasn't the case and we will take our business elsewhere. read more

They had a $189 special so thought I would give them a try, as we were having a baby shower bbq at our house and wanted it to look clean! However, the deal "3 maids for 2 hours"... However the maids left after an hour and a half! And they didn't even finish anything. I spent a couple of hours after they left re-cleaning what they did. Definitely not worth the money. read more

I have been using Murrayhill Maids for over two years and I highly recommend them. Three members of my family have allergies and I am personally very eco-conscious, so it is important to me that I use a cleaning service that uses only environmentally friendly products with no perfumes. Every time they clean my home, I am amazed at how CLEAN it smells without any perfume smells covering up odors. It's just purely clean. I have solid granite and hardwood floors and I appreciate the attentive care the Murrayhill Maids staff take in cleaning these surfaces properly. They are very easy to communicate with and always respond quickly. They are fairly priced, honest, consistent, and always deliver what they promise. You can't ask for much more than that. read more

I was sadly disappointed with the service I received. First, I called and got the answering machine, I left a message but no one ever called me back. I called a second time, realizing it was after hours and left a second message. They did call me back within 5 minutes and said her computer was down for the night and she would call me the following day to set up the appointment which we discussed. She did not call me back the following day so later I called her again and she apologized that no one had gotten back to me. The appointment was set up to accommodate my move. The day of the cleaning the three maids arrived on time and began to clean. I indicated that when I set up the appointment they told me to make a list of things I wanted done. When I went down my list they said "this is a move out clean, and we have our own list." I wanted them to wash some walls but that was not on their list and they would not do it. When the things on THEIR list were completed they packed up and left - leaving 30 minutes early. I pride myself in having a clean home but I paid the full price for a move out clean. I feel I was greatly shorted in services. And I never received any type of receipt or thank you. read more

I've been using Murrayhill Maids for more than 6 months now and we've been really happy with their service. The cleaning has been consistent and thorough. Any concern I've had has been quickly and cheerfully corrected. Recommend! read more

We worked with another cleaning service that did a fine job cleaning but no one on their crew spoke enough English to communicate when needed. With Murrayhill that hasn't been a problem at all. With the previous service we didn't see or hear from the owner after we hired them, with Murrayhill one of the owners (they are sisters) is usually part of the cleaning team! They are thorough, reliable, the price reasonable and leave the house with nice finishing touches that make it feel (for one night anyway!) a bit like a hotel. And they are great with the family dog too. Highly recommend. read more

I used Murrayhill Maids to clean my upon move out. I sent Denise my priority list and they accomplished everything on the list and the house looked beautiful. I would highly recommend them! read more

Hired Murrayhill Maids a second time (this time for the move in cleaning for $189.00). They showed up on time, even in a snow storm, and did an excellent job. Since this house was three times the mess and twice the size of the last one I really didn't think they would get everything within the two hour time limit- but they did! Well worth the money. read more

Heard from others about this company and that they were good, so wanted to give them a try for a two hour clean.I definitely did not have the same experience as some others on here - I was very pleased, and used my own list with no problem. The team that arrived were polite, efficient and did an excellent job on my home. They got a lot more done than I expected in the time they were there! They were very thorough and friendly to my two dogs as well while cleaning.I will definitely use their services again ,and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

Our home has been cleaned bi-weekly by Denise and her team at Murrayhill Maids for nearly 3 years. They are professional, detailed, efficient and friendly. The days they come to our house are the best because everything looks, feels and is clean. I completely trust them in our home. In addition we've used them to do "move-out" and "move-in" cleans . Has saved us so much time and head-aches during the moving process. Thank you Murrayhill Maids for caring for our home. read more

I have never had anyone clean my house before and was reluctant to do so. I recently had surgery and was not able to do it so I researched extensively cleaning services in Beaverton. I had two things in mind for what I wanted from the service, someone that was licensed and bonded and also that they would not be here cleaning all day. There was a team of 3 girls that came and they were in and out in 2 hours! My house was cleaned the way I would have cleaned it which made me very, very happy!! I am now going to have them come once a month. I would highly recommend Murrayhill Maids. read more

Prompt, efficient, friendly, thorough. Have called on them 3 times previously, and will be doing so again.
