I typically don't write reviews because I always forget to. However with a service like this where the owner goes above and beyond, it's hard to forget. I've used Murrayhill Maids only a handful of times so far. Excellent service each cleaning, my house is always spotless. Ladies are always professional and they always clean my house thoroughly. Recently my sister has been having a difficult time keeping up with her house while going through chemotherapy. I tried contacting the owner to see if I could start getting cleanings for her and then found out they are partnered with cleaning for a reason! I didn't even know that was a thing. They offered to fit my sister in promptly and I was amazed and how caring this owner seemed. After working around my sisters many appointments, they gave her a free cleaning and her house was sparkling. Seeing the thrill on my sisters face meant the world to me. I have been with Murrayhill maids for over two years now. I have never been happy with any service before so when I encountered Denise (owner/operator) I was excited to have a person that I can communicate with and who truly listens to what I need in my home. The team was very friendly and respectful of my many collectibles and made sure I was getting all that I asked for completed. I even got the chance to talk to employees in my home and they assured me of their safety protocols for COVID and that they want to keep everyone safe and protected. The ladies are very nice and treat my home, me, and each other with great respect. I have never seen such cohesiveness. In a time where tensions are very high and people can be less than sensitive to all that is going on in the world they are nothing but the best! I totally recommend this company. My husband and I are admittedly picky and have been through three different maid services in the area. However, we have finally found the one!! The owner did a great job explaining to us the different services they offer when giving an estimate, and she did a great job catering to our needs. I'm on the bi-weekly plan and they just got finished with their third cleaning and we are blown away. One of the main problems we had with previous cleaning companies was how inconsistent the cleanings were. They (usually) did good the first time, then every time after would be disappointing (forgetting things we specified wanting done, not thoroughly wiping things down). I saw and Ad for Murrayhill Maids on craigslist. They were offering a 20% discount for new customer so I decided to give them a try. The first came to my house and provided a very detailed explanation of their services including the eco-friendly products they use. They listened and took notes on all of my requirements. As of yesterday, they just finished the first clean on my home and it is by far the cleanest my home has ever been. I have 3 cats and a dog which means I had plenty of pet fur and odor. Now I have no fur and the house doesn't smell! I plan to use their service on a biweekly basis. The price was far better than the prices I obtained from their competitors and I really appreciated that they listened and wrote down all of my requirements. read more

We have been happy customers of Murrayhill Maids for several years now. We currently have them come in every two weeks to clean the whole house - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, mopping. The very first time they came in, they did a deep clean on each room so now it's just upkeep. They are very careful around collections, electronics, and fragile items and will dust around them but won't pick them up and move them. I think this is fine - it reduces their risk of breaking anything but still gets things pretty clean. The staff is always super friendly and easy to work with. Pricing is very competitive, though it of course depends on how big your house is, how often they come, etc. We're super glad we have them and absolutely recommend them without reservation. read more

Murrayhill Maids have been cleaning my home for the past 18 months since the birth of my son, and they are incredible. I am extremely picky about the look of my home, and they really took that to heart. They made sure they knew exactly what I expected and treated my home as if it were their own. Just wanted to update my review of this company since I have now had service with them for well over a year. I have Murrayhill Maids come by once a month to spruce up the place. Since my house is rather large, they bring a team of 4 when they arrive. To date I have been extremely happy with their service. I think they missed dusting a couple of items on one visit but I let them know and it has not happened again.
