I used their cleaning service for just under a year. I had a few minor issues with dings in my walls and door trim from not unplugging the vacuum from the outlet but overall they did an okay job. One day after they had cleaned my home, I came home to find a wet carpet with a note stating they had spilled a bucket of water on my laminate floor and carpet. Upon further review it was determined that they cleaned the water but placed the wet rug back on my floor. After pulling back the carpet to allow it to dry, I noticed water damage and my laminate floor had buckled. I immediately called Ashley to report the issue. She advised she would report it to her insurance company but stated a few times that she had never had to report anything to her insurance company before. She made me feel very uncomfortable for reporting an issue that had occurred with her employee for being careless. We then played phone tag a few times and during our last conversation she fired me as her customer stating I was a liability because I reported the damage caused by her employee. It turned out to be almost 6,000.00. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior by an owner of a company. I did not write a yelp review prior but this has stayed with me since my experience with Ashley snd her company. I would not recommend Ashley or her company for cleaning services to anyone in Oregon. I have never been dismissed for services by a company damaging my home! I do think Karma takes care of others who treat their customers poorly. Signed by a very disappointed customer read more

We have used Simply Green for over a year now. Initially we had some scheduling issues but they worked with us and we came up with a plan that works for all. They are on time or, if there are unexpected changes we get a text so we always know what is going on. The cleaners do a good job and are receptive to suggestions and requests. They work quickly and have all been very nice people to have around the house. The owners are easy to work with, schedule well in advance and offer discounta from time to time. We are very happy with Simply Green and plan to stay with them. read more

The person buying our condo demanded a professional cleaning as part of the purchase agreement, so I hired Simply Green to do the job. Due to a last-minute delay in our tenants' move-out date, the job ended up being bigger than I had originally characterized it, but Ashley was so exceptionally patient, responsive, and professional throughout the process that I want to make sure she gets the praise she deserves here on Yelp. I am satisfied with the quality of the work Simply Green did, and I will definitely consider them first when I finally admit I can't keep up with the cleaning in my own home. read more

Slow and incomplete work for big $$! $600 for less than 8 hrs of sloppy cleaning work. We were required to pay in advance for the job! BIG MISTAKE!! read more

We were very happy with our interactions with simply green cleaning. First, they were very friendly and professional. Anyone who came to our home wore booties, which really made me feel like they respected us and our home (even though it was a complete mess. The women who came to clean were efficient and really kind. They went out of their way to do the quieter tasks first so that my son had a decent nap, which was so very appreciated! I will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to friends and family. read more

I love coming home to a clean house!! The best thing I ever did was switch from once a month to twice a month cleaning. It is affordable and worth every penny to NEVER have to scrub toilets, bathtubs or my hardwood floors. Instead I have the peace of mind that I'm going to get a friendly and professional crew to clean my house. They are reliable and accountable which is also extremely important to me. I've recommended them to my friends, family and business contacts. Thank you for the amazing job you do month in and month out for my family. read more

I have had these folks clean my house for over a year now. They have been great. As a busy professional, I just need someone to come in and "reset," my house biweekly and do the things I have no time for (floors) or don't want to do (toilets). I have a dog who sheds and you cannot tell after they have been in my house. All of their cleaners are super friendly and do a great job. read more

Simply Green has impeccable service, a great attitude, and is highly professional. We have been using their service for the past year and it is phenomenal! All the employees are friendly and leave the house spotless. We have multiple animals and two very busy work schedules so having the house cleaned is an absolute sanity saver. Before each cleaning you get an email reminder letting you know exactly when they will be at your home. If there are any questions, requests, or concerns, Ashley addresses it promptly. I cannot say enough good things! read more

Excited about utilizing their services. Customer service has been great, very professional and I am thankful for their quality of work!

Ashley is great and her crew has done a great job cleaning our home. Would definitely recommend Simply Green!!!

I have used Simply Green Cleaning for about 4-5 months and I never been more disappointed in a cleaning service before. It started that I would have cleanings on Friday at a certain time. That never happened. If you say you will be there at a certain time, you need to be there at that time. Their cleaning is very subpar. My new wood floors have a film on them now that I can't get rid of. There are many areas that they just did not clean...I call it surface cleaning...not a deep clean. I would never recommend them! read more

Ashley and her team are the best! They are professional and personable. It is such a pleasure to have Simply Green clean our house. Our dog and cat are huge fans too and love when the team comes! read more

I committed to a monthly cleaning for the past 6 months. One of their strengths is eco friendly cleaning materials, which we want to minimize the fume exposure to our dogs. Overall, they do a nice job with our bathrooms and floors. In addition to the employees, the owner is responsive and has great customer service. I plan to continue hiring them in the future! read more

I have no knowledge of their cleaning quality because they never got around to cleaning our house. I contacted them initially via their online form (per the recommendation on their voicemail message) and received an email requesting a phone call. After playing phone and email tag for quite some time, we finally arranged an in home visit. This only occurred after we told them via email that we needed the house cleaned before an event at the end of the month. During the estimate and follow-up call, my husband was told there should not be any problem scheduling the cleaning before our event. The Monday before our event, we received an EMAIL saying there was no room in the schedule until mid-November. My husband responded that we needed our house cleaned before the end of the month and got a kiss-off email from the scheduler. No apology or explanation, just an appearance that the left hand (estimator) didn't know what the right hand (scheduler) was doing. In a follow-up call with the estimator, I received a better explanation of their resource issues, however, Simply Green is clearly at capacity. If they are not able to take on new customers, they should tell people that up front rather than wasting a month trying to line up business. At this late date, we cannot find a replacement. There was no attempt to help us other than providing a few names of other cleaners, but why should we trust their recommendation at this point? If it were my business, frankly, I would have paid a cleaner overtime, eating the loss on the estimate in order to gain an ongoing new customer (we were committing to monthly cleanings). Or I would have contacted existing customers that have regularly scheduled cleanings to see if there was any flexibility. Instead, they left us in the lurch before an event, creating a vocal detractor. Simply Green is a small company with limited resource availability and questionable customer service. read more
