They were so thorough with our house. Even put up with our dog! I will definitely use them again!

Amazing Maids is exactly what you want in a cleaning service. Scheduling was simple and painless, communication was prompt and clear every step of the way, and the pricing is fair for what you actually get. The crew that came out was friendly, professional, and clearly took their work seriously. They were thorough - we're talking baseboards, corners, surfaces that often get a pass. The house was immaculate when they left. Not "looks clean at first glance" immaculate. Actually immaculate. Highly recommend if you want a cleaning service that does what it says it's going to do. read more

They canceled me as a client for making them repair damage they did, then got an unprofessional response from them for leaving an honest review. 8 years as a client, over $25K in payment and they canceled me after they had to repair their damage. Anyway, find a company that won't act like this. read more

I reached out for a move out clean and they did amazing! We were quoted outrageous prices from multiple other companies and this one was by far the best option. We added on baseboards, the fridge & the oven and I'm so glad we did! It looks like we never even lived there. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out again!! read more

We needed post remodel cleaning and Amazing Maids did it well. Attention to details, cleaned everything well. Can't recommend them any higher. read more

I have been using this crew for years and should have left them a review before now. These cleaners are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. We are fortunate enough to be on their regular schedule and they do a fantastic job each time. We have a 3-level home and 3 dogs. All of the nooks and crannies are spotless and hairless when they leave! I really appreciate their flexibility when the need arises. We just did a remodel and had them do a deep clean, which was well worth it. I have loved working with their Operations Manager, Denisse over the years--very timely email responses and a great problem solver! read more

just got home after first appt with Amazing Maids. They did a spectacular job, we're on time, and have been super good about communication. The team got places others have missed, heeded my instructions about focus and things I needed them to skip as well. Space is immaculate and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them as my regular cleaners from now on read more

My former tenant arranged for Amazing Maids to do a 'Move Out' service that was to include the inside windows and the removal of some stickers (windows and SS refrigerator). The carpet had already been cleaned by another company. My former tenant had me coordinate this service for her once hired. This property is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath with a small office totaling 934 square feet. The appointment was for 10:30 am. They called and pushed the time to between 3-4 pm. No one arrived until 4:30 pm. I communicated clearly with Danella that due to a scheduling error, by my new tenant, that work would need to be done with some furniture already in the unit. I let them know they would need a ladder to perform some of the needed cleaning due to the 11' high ceilings. This included some of the windows in the master bedroom and the living room. Plus, the fan cover in the bathroom. ALL of my new tenants boxes and most of her furniture was out on the covered wrap around porch. My former tenant rented this property furnished. My furniture had yet to be moved. I let them know they did not need to clean anything in the 2nd bedroom as this is were I moved what furniture I could that was mine. So, 1 less room to clean and 4 less windows. The bathroom, small office and hall were completely empty when they arrived. And, 2/3 of the master bedroom was empty. I let them know once they finished cleaning the empty portion of the master bedroom that I would move the few items over to the other side of the room so they could finish cleaning that room. Which I did do. I forgot to pack my things that were in the dishwasher. So, when they arrived I was working on that. Once I finished that I moved all of my kitchen boxes that were stacked neatly by the front door out onto the porch. These were not in anyway in anyones way when they arrived and were working on the other rooms. Everything in the living room was moved to the center of the room as I was told to do. You could easily walk the perimeter of the entire room. There was also plenty of room for a ladder to be brought in to wash the windows. I directed the 2 gals that arrived first to start on the empty spaces and the master bedroom. I asked for them to let me know when they needed me to move the few items in the master bedroom to the other wall. Somewhere along the line one of them called their office and/or the owner. A gentleman and Denise (owner, I think) arrived to help. Denise immediately started in on the refrigerator. This was on a completely different wall and section of the kitchen. My finishing up packing items out of the dishwasher in no way hindered her or anyone else's work that was taking place in other rooms of the house. When I finished my small task I moved all my neatly stacked boxes by the front door out on to the porch with everything else. Not a typical 'Move Out' service but they knew that a full week before they arrived!!! Denise arrived upset and agitated and was both rude to me and completely unprofessional the entire time she was there. It seems they either under bid this job or it was getting so late in the day that she'd have to pay overtime. Neither of these scenarios should result in Denise being rude to an owner of a property or NOT completing the job they were hired to do. BATHROOM: 1. Did not clean window. 2. Did not take fan cover off of ceiling and wash. OFFICE: 1. Did not clean window. MASTER BEDROOM: 1. Did not clean windows. LIVING ROOM AND TURRET: 1. Cleaned 2 lower sections of 5 large windows. 2. Did not clean any of the window sills, any of the lower molding, any of the lower turret molding, or the fireplace mantel or marble hearth. 3. Did not sweep or mop the wood floors (perimeter). KITCHEN: 1. Did not clean grease off the underside of the hood exhaust fan. 2. Did not clean oven exhaust on viking range. 3. Did not thoroughly clean decorative hood and cabinets above range. 4. Did not clean grease spots off the ceiling above range/cabinets. 5. Vacuumed out cabinets and double pantry but did not spray and scrub as need to remove food residue. Same for the under sink cabinet. Awful! Awful, job! 6. Did not clean front doors and drawer handles on center island. Let these filthy dirty! 7. Did not clean main window. 8. Did not clean glass panes on kitchen door. Denise complained when I came in to see how much longer they needed. She thought 1 hour. To me 4 people in the kitchen for another hour should have meant the kitchen was super clean. Instead it was the worst room in the house! When I spoke to her the next day about them coming back to finish the kitchen, living room and windows she went off at me about no guarantees because there was furniture in the house (Center of living room and 1 bedroom wall). What does that have to do with the state of the KITCHEN? She actually started swearing saying 'S*** Show' and 'F*** Up'. Wow! I have called to try to set up an appointment and I haven't gotten a call back it's been 3 days. That's really unprofessional. I have some question Are you an osha certified cleaning company? I have a 3 year old that's autistic and I really need the help. read more

We had a great experience with your cleaning crew. They arrived exactly on time, went straight to work, finished on time, and left things so nicely that we learned a lesson or two (like putting the tall things farther back in your fridge; makes the whole thing look roomier!). They were also kind and pandemic-safe, which we really appreciate. read more

This cleaning company is excellent. They are organized, professional and efficient. Their crews have been trained well and the cleaning products that are used are quality and green. The management and crews are always pleasant and trustworthy. We have used them for approximately 6 years read more

The actual cleaning is decent however I had to let them go due to theft of jewelery. The same day they were terminated they left my key inside my home and my front door unlocked. No offer to compensate me for my jewelery or any other offer to make this better. Really disappointing. read more

I've used Amazing Maids over the years (and several other local cleaning services) and there have been great jobs, good jobs, and okay jobs. Today, Rosa and Debbie cleaned my house and they are truly AMAZING. My house looks so much better than I'd expected or hoped for (trust me, it needed a clean BADLY). Thank you to Amazing Maids, especially Debbie and Rosa, for squeezing us in right before the Thanksgiving holiday (!!!) and making my house look better than it's looked in many, MANY years. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! They don't even deserve the 1-star review, but it was the lowest I could give. I scheduled their services 6 weeks in advance to do a move out clean on an apartment I was vacating. I had done so as a "gift" to myself to alleviate the stress of cleaning the apartment I was moving out of, but instead it was a NIGHTMARE!!! The day before my scheduled date, Amazing Maids left me a confirmation voicemail stating the cleaners would be there the next morning between 8-9am. At 9:15am the day of service, no one had arrived. I called the company and was informed by Beth that one of the maids had called in sick, so the other worker was running late, but she assured me the maid was only 5-10 minutes away from my residence. At 9:30am, the maid still had not arrived so I called Beth back. She said she was unsure why the maid had not arrived at my place yet, and stated she would call her then call me back. At 9:45am I still had not heard anything so I called Beth back again. She said she was unable to reach the maid that was scheduled to clean my apartment and that she had no idea where she was. I asked what I should do since I had other commitments that day and had planned to leave after the maids arrived (now 90 minutes late to the arrival time I was given). Beth replied "I don't know what to tell you". I then asked Beth if there was a possibility the maid might just not show up, to which Beth stated she did not know since she wasn't able to reach her. Since I had this scheduled for over 6 weeks, I expected Beth to offer some resolution to the problem, possibly sending over another worker or offering to have someone come later that day. Instead, Beth was extremely rude and demeaning, again repeatedly stating "I don't know what to tell you". I was in tears and asked Beth what I was supposed to do since this had been scheduled for over 6 weeks, so Beth finally offered to have someone come out the following week. I then told Beth that would not work as this was a move-out clean and I had to be out of the apartment the following day. Beth responded in a very rude and uncaring tone that since it was a move-out clean, that even if the maid did show up now, it was too late into my appointment time for them to even provide the services I had requested. At that point, I was so upset and felt nothing would be resolved so I hung up. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service this company displayed. Through all of this, Beth never even so much as offered an apology for what had transpired and their inability to provide the services I scheduled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Was disappointed in Amazing Maids service. Had a great consult with their business manager who walked through my home and reassured me they would clean every detail, including the extensive white trim I have throughout my home and white doors, as well as cobweb sweeping in my highest areas. I needed a deep clean. Not only were those things not done, but dirty dishes were left in my living room, floors were mopped but not "deep cleaned," as I was told they would be. There remained dirt and spots on my hardwood floors that were not clean when the ladies were done (spots that could have been mopped up). I was told linens would be changed but learned after the ladies arrived that they would not wash my linens, just change them. My dining room table was also not wiped down. Two hours, two ladies and nearly $200 for a general clean with lots of things missed. I asked for a discount given the poor work and have only received a response indicating they would talk to to the owner but no further communication. read more
